Silicon carbide nanosheets (SiCNSs) have a very broad application prospect in the field of new two-dimensional (2D) materials. In this paper, the interlayer interaction mechanism of bilayer SiCNSs (BL-SiCNSs) and its effect on optical properties are studied by first principles. Taking the charge and dipole moment of the layers as parameters, an interlayer coupling model is constructed which is more convenient to control the photoelectric properties. The results show that the stronger the interlayer coupling, the smaller the band gap of BL-SiCNSs. The interlayer coupling also changes the number of absorption peaks and causes the red or blue shift of absorption peaks. The strong interlayer coupling can produce obvious dispersion and regulate the optical transmission properties. The larger the interlayer distance, the smaller the permittivity in the vertical direction. However, the permittivity of the parallel direction is negative in the range of 150-300 nm, showing obvious metallicity. It is expected that the results will provide a meaningful theoretical basis for further study of SiCNSs optoelectronic devices. 相似文献

Chitin is a structural component of fungal cell walls but is absent in vertebrates,mammals,and humans.Chitin synthase is thus an attractive molecular target for developing fungicides.Based on the structure of its donor substrate,UDP-N-acetyl-glucosamine,as well as the modelled structure of the bacterial chitin synthase NodC,we designed a novel scaffold which was then further optimized into a series of chitin synthase inhibitors.The most potent inhibitor,compound 13,exhibited high chitin synthase inhibitory activity with an IC_(50) value of 64.5 μmol/L All of the inhibitors exhibited antifungal activities against the growth of agriculturally-destructive fungi,Fusarium graminearum,Botrytis cinerea.and Colletotrichum lagenarium.This work presents a new scaffold which can be used for the development of novel fungicides. 相似文献

On the basis of theoretical considerations of the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) effect, we have designed a series of donor (D)–acceptor (A) conjugated polymers based on bis‐benzothiadiazole (BBT). A PPP‐type copolymer of electron‐rich 2,7‐carbazole (CZ) and electron‐deficient BBT units poly[N‐(2‐decyltetradecyl)‐2,7‐carbazole‐co‐7,7′‐{4,4′‐bis‐(2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole)}] ( PCZ‐BBT ), a PPV‐type copolymer poly[N‐(2‐decyltetradecyl)‐2,7‐carbazolevinylene‐co‐7,7′‐{4,4′‐bis‐(2,1,3‐benzothiadiazolevinylene)}] ( PCZV‐BBTV ), and a tercopolymer based on carbazole, thiophene, and BBT poly[N‐(2‐decyltetradecyl)‐2,7‐(di‐2‐thienyl)carbazole‐co‐7,7′‐{4,4′‐bis‐(2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole)}] ( PDTCZ‐BBT ) have been synthesized to understand the influence of BBT acceptor structure and linkage on the photovoltaic characteristics of the resulting materials. Both the HOMO and LUMO of the resulting polymers are found to be deeper‐lying than those of benzothiadiazole‐based polymers. The measured electrochemical band gaps (eV) are in the following order: PDTCZ‐BBT (1.65 eV) < PCZV‐BBTV (1.69 eV) < PCZ‐BBT (1.75 eV). All the polymers provide a photovoltaic response when blended with a fullerene derivative as an electron acceptor. The best cell reaches a power conversion efficiency of 2.07 % estimated under standard solar light conditions (AM1.5G, 100 mW cm?2). We demonstrate for the first time that BBT‐based polymers are promising materials for use in bulk‐heterojunction solar cells. 相似文献
