ABSTRACT

In this work, a magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (Fe3O4@SiO2@MIPs) was prepared via a surface-imprinted method for the determination of the triazines in environmental water samples combined with high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS). The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and vibrating sample magnetometer showed that the Fe3O4@SiO2@MIPs was successfully synthesised and exhibited superparamagnetism. The isotherm adsorption, selectivity and adsorption kinetics experiments showed that the Fe3O4@SiO2@MIPs exhibited excellent specific recognition and fast adsorption equilibrium for triazines. The adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic. The isotherm adsorption was consistent with Scatchard model and adsorption kinetic fit pseudo-second-order kinetic model. Under the optimised adsorption conditions, the Fe3O4@SiO2@MIPs was directly used to selectively enrich six triazines in environmental water samples. The enrichment volume was up to 500 mL, and the matrix effects were down to 0.7–12.4%. The built method has excellent linearities in the range of 0.25–500 ng L?1 with R2 in the range of 0.998–0.999, lower limit of detections (0.02–0.08 ng L?1) and higher precision (2.4–7.2%). The Fe3O4@SiO2@MIPs is expected to be widely applied to the direct enrichment of triazines in bulk environmental water samples.  相似文献

We propose a functional extension of fuzzy clusterwise regression, which estimates fuzzy memberships of clusters and regression coefficient functions for each cluster simultaneously. The proposed method permits dependent and/or predictor variables to be functional, varying over time, space, and other continua. The fuzzy memberships and clusterwise regression coefficient functions are estimated by minimizing an objective function that adopts a basis function expansion approach to approximating functional data. An alternating least squares algorithm is developed to minimize the objective function. We conduct simulation studies to demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed method compared to its non-functional counterpart and to examine the performance of various cluster validity measures for selecting the optimal number of clusters. We apply the proposed method to real datasets to illustrate the empirical usefulness of the proposed method.  相似文献

分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)是模拟抗原-抗体识别机制,人工构筑的对目标物具有专一识别性的材料,构建具有优异水相识别能力的MIPs是分子印迹领域长期面临的挑战。近年来水相识别MIPs以其优异的抗基质干扰和水中识别能力,引起了分析化学家、材料学家和环境学家的广泛关注。本文综述了近年来水相识别MIPs在样品预处理中的应用研究。首先,简要介绍了MIPs的构筑原理、优势及面临水相识别困难的挑战。其次,介绍了样品前处理技术及其重要性。再次,结合各类新兴材料和MIPs制备技术,从样品前处理技术的角度(包括固相萃取、分散固相萃取、磁固相萃取、固相微萃取、管尖固相萃取和搅拌棒吸附萃取)全面总结了水相识别MIPs在含水样品分析中的应用,并结合材料性能和分析参数讨论了各类方法的分析优势。最后,分别从水相识别MIPs构建和预处理两方面提出了该领域面临的挑战和未来的发展趋势。  相似文献

A new high sensitive spectrophotometric determination of trace molybdenum was investigated. The sensitivity of the determination of molybdenum, which based on the color charge transfer complex of molybdotungstophosphate-3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine, was greatly enhanced by copper(II) ions in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol. The improved method maintained the features of simplicity, rapidity and selectivity, especially eliminating the interference from tungsten. Under the optimum conditions, Beer's law was obeyed over the range from 2 to 32 ng ml−1 molybdenum with molar absorptivity being 4.92×105 l mol−1 cm−1 at 660 nm. The relative standard deviation was 1.2% under nine determinations for 16 ng ml−1 Mo(VI). The present method had been applied to the determination of trace molybdenum in tungsten ores with satisfactory results.  相似文献

局部搜索算法是一种非常有效的求解组合优化问题的算法 ,它具有通用、灵活等特点 .但是 ,由于搜索空间和目标函数的复杂性 ,目标函数在搜索空间中有许多局部极小值点 ,使算法在这些局部极小值点处被“卡住”,大大影响算法的效果 .对于此问题 ,笔者查阅了大量文献资料 ,结合自己的研究实践 ,总结出几种跳出局部极小“陷井”的策略 .使用这些策略 ,有望使算法更加完善 ,在求解组合优化问题过程中更能发挥其作用 .  相似文献
