层状α-氢型磷酸氢锆混合二氧化硅的交流电导

1 引言无定形和多晶粉末层状α-水合磷酸氢锆是一种固体质子电解质.多晶粉末层状α-水合磷酸氢锆的电导率随结晶度的提高而明显降低,但是其电导表观活化能相同而和结晶度无关.电导主要是由质子沿着微晶的水合表面迁移所致.因此,增大水合表面有可能提高多晶粉末层状α-磷酸氢锆的电导率.α-磷酸氢锆的层状结构由层间的磷氧基形成氢键     

Optimization separation of five phosphoamidothioate enantiomers using a series of silica and chiral column by high-performance liquid chromatography

A computer-assisted method is described for optimization of multi-component,mobile phase selection for separation of five phosphoamidothioate enantiomers with a series of silica and chiral columns in normal phase HPLC.The method is based on the triangular solvent selection concept using a statistical scanning method.The optimization of the separation over the experimental region is based on a special polynomial estimation from seven experimental runs,and resolution (Rs) is used as the selection criterion.Excellent agreement was obtained between predicted and experimental data.     

Synthesis of 2-Alkyl（aryl）-3-methylthio-6-methyl-6-arylpyrano-[4, 3-c]pyrazol-4（2H）-ones

The synthesis of 2-alkyl(aryl)-3-methylthiopyrano[4,3-c]pyrazol-4(2H)-ones via 5, 6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2, 4-dione-3-dithioacetals with (un)substituted hydrazines is described and the mechanism of the formation of title compounds is discussed. Their structures were confirmed by ^1HNMR spectra and elemental analysis.

近红外光谱的数据预处理研究

进行了小麦样品近红外光谱数据的预处理研究,一般仪器记录的样品近红外光谱数据中包含有一系列噪声和干扰信号,因此适当的预处理是进行后续光谱定标、建模及模型传递的基础,对可靠地获得准确分析结果具有很重要的作用。结合小麦样品蛋白质含量近红外光谱分析工作,对由近红外光栅光谱仪和傅里叶变换近红外光谱分别记录的66种小麦样品光谱数据,采用高斯一阶、二阶导数小波变换方法进行了预处理。对比常用的一阶差分预处理,证明高斯函数导数小波变换方法是十分有效、实用的,预处理后光谱曲线非常光滑、噪声消除效果明显,富含有用光谱分析信息的区域更加清晰显示,因而非常有助于后续的光谱定标、建模和模型传递工作。     

图像处理技术用于计算液滴体积

液体的液滴体积大小包含了该液体的许多物理、化学特性,提出用图像处理技术测量液滴体积的方法。通过CCD摄像机实时采集液滴生长过程中的轮廓变化情况,通过图像处理系统存储图像并运用Sobel或Laplacian检测算子进行边缘提取,最后根据液滴的轮廓边缘积分计算出液滴的体积。给出了液滴生成过程的CCD图像记录和液滴体积变化曲线。
