Chiral bis(imidazolidine)‐derived NCN–rhodium complexes ([PhBidine‐RhX2] and [tBu‐PhBidine‐RhX2]) were prepared by a C?H insertion method, and the structures were unequivocally determined by X‐ray crystallographic analysis. The [tBu‐PhBidine‐Rh(OAc)2] complex smoothly catalyzed an asymmetric Mannich reaction of malononitrile with N‐Boc imines to give products in up to 94 % ee, which are useful for the synthesis of chiral α‐amino acids.  相似文献

We investigate the energy relaxation of intermolecular motions in liquid water at temperatures ranging from 220 K to 300 K and in ice at 220 K using molecular dynamics simulations. We employ the recently developed frequency resolved transient kinetic energy analysis, which provides detailed information on energy relaxation in condensed phases like two-color pump-probe spectroscopy. It is shown that the energy cascading in liquid water is characterized by four processes. The temperature dependences of the earlier three processes, the rotational-rotational, rotational-translational, and translational-translational energy transfers, are explained in terms of the density of states of the intermolecular motions. The last process is the slow energy transfer arising from the transitions between potential energy basins caused by the excitation of the low frequency translational motion. This process is absent in ice because the hydrogen bond network rearrangement, which accompanies the interbasin transitions in liquid water, cannot take place in the solid phase. We find that the last process in supercooled water is well approximated by a stretched exponential function. The stretching parameter, β, decreases from 1 to 0.72 with decreasing temperature. This result indicates that the dynamics of liquid water becomes heterogeneous at lower temperatures.  相似文献

A series of propeller-shaped π-conjugated molecules based on 2,4,6-tris(thiophene-2-yl)-1,3,5-triazines has been designed and synthesized to obtain ambipolar charge-transporting liquid-crystalline materials. The 3-fold electron-donating aromatic units are attached to the electron-accepting triazine core, which forms electro-functional octupolar π-conjugated structures. These octupolar molecules self-organize into one-dimensional columnar nanostructures and exhibit ambipolar carrier transport behavior, which has been revealed by time-of-flight measurements. In this approach, electron-donor and acceptor electro-active segments are assembled individually in each column to give one-dimensional nanostructured materials with precisely tuned electronic properties. Their desirable electronic structures responsible for both hole and electron conductions have also been examined by cyclic voltammetry and theoretical calculations. The present results provide a new guideline and versatile approach to the design of ambipolar conductive nanostructured liquid-crystalline materials.  相似文献

3'-beta-Carbamoylmethylcytidine (CAMC) and its derivatives were synthesized using an intramolecular Reformatsky-type reaction promoted by SmI2 as the key step. In vitro tumor cell growth inhibitory activity was evaluated and CAMC was found to exhibit potent cytotoxicity against various human tumor cell lines. From a structure-activity relationship study it was postulated that the cytotoxic mechanism of action of CAMC did not require phosphorylation at the 5'-hydroxyl group. This study provides a novel strategy for the development of a new type of antitumor nucleoside.  相似文献

We systematically investigated, for the first time, the relationship between regioselectivity and acid/base effects in the cyclization reactions between carboxylic acids and carbon-carbon triple bonds. We found novel acid- and base-promoted cyclizations to selectively give isocoumarin or pyran-2(2H)-one and phthalide or furan-2(5H)-one skeletons, respectively, and established a catalytic version of regioselective heterocyclic ring synthesis. 93Nb(n, n′)93mNb reaction allows retrospective estimation of integrated fast neutron dose in nuclear reactor. We proposed isomer-selective trace analysis of 93mNb by Resonance Ionization Mass Spectrometry (RIMS) combined with a gas-jet atomic source and an injection locked Ti:Sapphire laser system operated at several kHz. Resonant ionization spectroscopy of Nb in gas-jet using Ti:Sapphire laser was demonstrated.  相似文献

The introduction of a five-membered ring α,α-disubstituted α-amino acid into l-Leu-based heptapeptides preferentially induced right-handed (P) helical structures. Using 5 ~ 20 mol% of a single helical foldamers-catalyst, enantioselective 1,4-addition reactions of dialkyl malonates to cycloalk-2-enones (5 ~ 7 rings) proceeded to give chiral 3-substituted cycloalkanones with 94 ~ 99% ee in moderate chemical yields, regardless of the ring size of substrates.  相似文献

Despite the tremendous efforts devoted to the structural analysis of hydrogel microspheres (microgels), many details of their structures remain unclear. Reported in this study is that thermoresponsive poly(N‐isopropyl acrylamide) (pNIPAm)‐based microgels exhibit not only the widely accepted core–shell structures, but also inhomogeneous decanano‐sized non‐thermoresponsive spherical domains within their dense cores, which was revealed by temperature‐controlled high‐speed atomic force microscopy (TC‐HS‐AFM). Based on a series of experiments, it is concluded that the non‐thermoresponsive domains are characteristic for pNIPAm microgels synthesized by precipitation polymerization, and plausible structures for microgels prepared by other polymerization techniques are proposed.  相似文献
