To meet the booming demands for lithium-ion battery (LIB), it is practically significant to promote its electrochemical performance and safety. In our work, a novel kind of flexible membrane as separator for LIB is prepared via phase inversion method with soluble polyimide (SPI) containing trifluoromethyl substituent, which is synthesized from 1,4-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)benzene (6FAPB) and 4,4′-oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA). The SPI separator shows 5% weight loss temperature (Td5%) of 535 °C and maintains intrinsic dimension even after heating at 200 °C. The SPI membrane depicts a sponge-like structure with abundant interconnected pores and delivers a dominant porosity (67%). The SPI membrane displays desired electrolyte wettability, validated by contact angle tests (16.2° and 46.8° for SPI membrane and PE separator, respectively) and electrolyte uptake tests (420 and 132% for SPI membrane and PE separator, respectively). The LIB with SPI membrane as separator exhibits nice ionic conductivity (0.92 mS cm?1) than that with PE separator (0.30 mS cm?1), and therefore affords better electrochemical performance, such as cycling stability and rate capability. 相似文献

In this work, we report the synthesis of magnetic sulfur-doped Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles (Fe_3O_4:S NPs) with a novel simple strategy,which includes low temperature multicomponent mixing and high temperature sintering. The prepared Fe_3O_4:S NPs exhibit a much better adsorption performance towards Pb(Ⅱ) than bare Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles. FTIR, XPS, and XRD analyses suggested that the removal mechanisms of Pb(Ⅱ) by Fe_3O_4:S NPs were associated with the process of precipitation (formation of PbS), hydrolysis,and surface adsorption. The kinetic studies showed that the adsorption data were described well by a pseudo second-order kinetic model, and the adsorption isotherms could be presented by Freundlich isotherm model. Moreover, the adsorption was not significantly affected by the coexisting ions, and the adsorbent could be easily separated from water by an external magnetic field after Pb(Ⅱ) adsorption. Thus, Fe_3O_4:S NPs are supposed to be a good adsorbents for Pb(Ⅱ) ions in environmental remediation. 相似文献

研究了RE,Al及Al-RE合金对Zn-2%(质量分数,下同)Ni合金组织中Zn-Ni合金相粒子的细化作用,利用扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS)等方法分析了合金凝固组织特点。结果表明:在Zn-2%Ni合金中,加入0.02%~1%RE会产生新的Zn—RE—Ni合金相粒子,对Zn-Ni合金相粒子没有明显的细化作用;加入0.02%~1%Al,虽然对Zn-Ni合金粒子有细化作用,但此合金组织不适宜在热镀锌中运用。在铝浓度较低(〈0.1%)时。凝固组织中的合金相粒子尺寸不均匀;当铝浓度较高(〉0.2%)时,高熔点、低密度β-NiAl相核心长大,合金相粒子易上浮,出现比重偏析;加入0.02%~0.2%Al-RE时,能形成细小弥散而均匀分布的异质晶核β-NiAl相,促进了γ-Ni2Zn5相的生成,获得细小且均匀分布的γ-Ni2Zn5相。Al-RE合金细化效果明显优于RE和Al,其最佳加入浓度为0.05%~0.1%。 相似文献
