脉搏血氧饱和度检测仪可以无损、实时地检测动脉血液中的含氧百分比,从而快速对人体的呼吸状况以及心肺功能作出判断,但其检测精度极易受到测试部位运动的影响.人体测试部位的运动大致可以分为突发性运动干扰以及周期性的运动干扰.突发性干扰表现在局部脉搏波的波形突变上,而周期性的干扰体现在多个局部脉搏波的波形的周期性变化上.文章有针对性地提出了一种将微分阈值分段与迭带中值滤波相结合的方法来剔除突发扰动的方法,并且在上诉方法上再加上一级多点移动平滑以消除周期性运动干扰.实验证明该方法在消除多种运动伪差上有着较好的效果,且该方法计算简单,易于实现,有着一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

镉(Cd)是重要的重金属污染源,一氧化氮(NO)是近年来发现的一种普遍存在于生物界的信使分子,研究表明其参与了植物对Cd胁迫的应答反应调控。文章用硝普纳(SNP)作为NO供体,向番茄幼苗喷洒100mol·L^-1SNP1d后加入50mol·L^-1Cd处理7d,取完全展开叶片,提取叶绿体进行光谱学研究,分别测定了叶绿体室温吸收光谱、叶绿体低温荧光光谱和DCPIP电子传递效率等指标,研究外源NO缓解Cd对叶绿体毒性的影响。结果发现,CA对叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝b素含量都有不同程度的降低,NO处理缓解了CA的影响,使叶绿体室温吸收光谱的吸收率提高;CA导致686nm处峰(PSII)偏移4nrn,峰值降低33%,734nm处峰值降低23%,外源NO缓解了Cd对光合系统的影响,使得叶绿体低温荧光光谱在686和734nm的峰值分别仅下降17%和100o;以DCPIP为人工电子受体,Cd处理的叶绿体中DCPIP还原速率较慢,光合电子传递(H2O→DCPIP)速率降低1.5倍,外源NO处理显著缓解了Cd对电子传递链的抑制,使其光合电子传递速率恢复到对照的水平。该研究可为NO处理增强植物对Cd胁迫的抗性提供理论依据。  相似文献

A high energy digital radiography (DR) testing system has generated diverse scientific and technological interest in the field of industrial non-destructive testing. However, due to the limitations of manufacturing technology for accelerators, an energy fluctuation of the X-ray beam exists and leads to bright and dark streak artifacts in the DR image. Here we report the utilization of a new software-based method to correct the fluctuation artifacts. The correction method is performed using a high pass filtering operation to extract the high frequency information that reflects the X-ray beam energy fluctuation, and then subtracting it from the original image. Our experimental results show that this method is able to rule out the artifacts effectively and is readily implemented on a practical scanning system.  相似文献

We examine two-pion Bose-Einstein correlations for partially coherent particle-emitting sources within quantum statistical formalism, where the sources are treated as classical currents with chaotic and coherent components. <正>SnO_2 nanorods were deposited on the Si substrates in an aqueous solution containing both SnCl_4 and CO(NH_2)_2.It is found that different self-assembled patterns of SnO_2 nanorods can be obtained by changing the deposition conditions such as the molar ratio of CO(NH_2)_2 to SnCl_4 and the pretreatment of the substrate.Scattered SnO_2 nanorods,for example,can be changed into flower-like patterns when the molar ratio of CO(NH_2)_2 to SnCl_4 is raised,and well-aligned nanorod arrays can be formed when the pretreatment of the substrate is changed.In addition,some interesting patterns,e.g.tree-like patterns,can also be observed.  相似文献

System calibration, which usually involves complicated and time-consuming procedures, is crucial for any three-dimensional (3D) shape measurement system based on vision. A novel improved method is proposed for accurate calibration of such a measurement system. The system accuracy is improved with considering the nonlinear measurement error created by the difference between the system model and real measurement environment. We use Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm to compensate the error and get a good result. The improved method has a 50% improvement of re-projection accuracy compared with our previous method. The measurement accuracy is maintained well within 1.5% of the overall measurement depth range.  相似文献

Two novel copolymers based on squaraine and fluorine units have been synthesized through palladium catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction and Sonogashira coupling reaction,respectively.The structures and properties of the two copolymers were characterized by FT-IR.NMR,UV-vis absorbance(Abs),gel permeation chromatography(GPC),thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and cyclic voltammetry(CV).The solution absorption spectrums of P1 and P2 show two distinct absorption bands,one locates at 300-500 nm and the other at 600-800 nm.The absorption spectrums of P1 and P2 in films are broadened obviously and the spectral responses are extended up to 900 nm.Thermal gravimetric analysis demonstrates that the polymers are stable.Cyclic voltammetry experiment shows that the band gaps of the copolymers are 1.65 eV and 1.67 eV. respectively,suggesting their potential for applications as solar cells materials.  相似文献
