用电离室△E-E望远镜测量了19F+208Pb体系在88、91.93、96.98、102MeV6个能量点的准弹反应角分布,用ECIS程序拟合弹性散射角分布,得到该体系的光学势参数,观察到明显的“阈异常”现象,对转移反应角分布作了分析,得到了产物为C、N、O的转移反应的激发函数,此外,导出了3个主要转移反应道208Pb(19F、18O、15N、14C)的转移几率和最趋近距离的关系,得到斜率因子κ. 在单核子转移的情况下,κ值与半经典计算基本符合;而对于两核子以上转移的情况,k值小于理论值,存在着“斜率反常”的现象. 同时发现k值明显与能量相关,这无法用半经典理论解释. 相似文献

Cobalt oxides/carbon fibers (CoOx/CFs) composites were synthesized by thermal oxidation of cobalt coated carbon fibers (Co/CFs). The scanning electron microscopy images and X-ray diffraction pattern indicate that the layers are about 0.7 μm and composed of Co3O4 and CoO (CoOx), the preferred condition for preparation of CoOx/CFs composites is to anneal Co/CFs precursors at 350 °C for 3 h in air. The coercivity, saturation magnetization and residual magnetization of the CoOx/CFs composites are 464.8 Oe, 10.62 emu/g and 2.21 emu/g, respectively. The reflectivity of cobalt oxides coated carbon fibers (1.11-5.12 mm in thickness) is less than −10 dB over the working frequency range of 4.04-18.00 GHz and less than −20 dB over 11.54-14.77 GHz. The lowest reflectivity is −45.16 dB at 13.41 GHz when the thickness is 1.50 mm. 相似文献

Composites of Co3O4/graphene nanosheets are prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Their electrochemical behavior as anode materials of lithium-ion rechargeable batteries is investigated by galvanostatic discharge/charge measurements and cyclic voltammetry. The composite is composed of Co3O4 nanorods (around 20??0?nm in diameter) and nanoparticles (around 10?nm in diameter) distributed within the graphene matrix. The specific capacity of the composite is higher than both Co3O4 and graphene nanosheets. The cycling stability of Co3O4 is obviously enhanced by compositing with graphene. After 100 cycles, the discharge and charge capacity of the composite is 1,005 and 975?mAh g??, respectively, and the irreversible capacity loss is less than 3%. 相似文献

Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) are employed to investigate methanol oxidation reactions on single-walled carbon nanotube-supported platinum (Pt) and platinum–ruthenium (Pt-Ru) nanoparticles. EIS and CV measurements show consistent results: Pt catalyst supported on single-walled carbon nanotubes possesses higher catalytic activity for methanol oxidation than that on carbon black. Additionally, semicircles in the second quadrant of the Nyquist diagrams are observed for methanol oxidation on all types of catalytic nanoparticles when applying an electrical potential of 600 mV, which indicates the occurrence of negative resistance during electrocatalytic methanol oxidations. However, all impedance spectra show positive resistance at other electrode potentials (e.g., 300, 400, and 800 mV). Electrocatalytic characteristics of all catalysts are further analyzed by equivalent circuit simulations. We propose that intermediate coverage on the catalyst surface and subsequently the oscillation of nonlinear electrochemical methanol oxidations lead to the occurrence of negative resistance at 600 mV. 相似文献

A novel fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor system based on an interrogating technique by two parallel matched gratings was designed and theoretically discussed. With an interrogation grating playing the role of temperature compensation grating simultaneously, the wavelength drifts induced by temperature and strain were discriminated. Additionally, the expressions of temperature and strain were deduced for our solution, and dual-value problem and cross sensitivity were solved synchronously through data processing. The influence of the FBG's parameters on the dynamic range and precision was discussed. Besides, the change of environment temperature cannot influence the dynamic range of the sensor system through temperature tuning. The system proposed in this paper will be of great significance to accelerate the real engineering applications of FBG sensing techniques. 相似文献
