Organic dyes based on triphenylamine for dye-sensitized solar cells:Structure–property relationships
Three new organic dyes based on triphenylamine with a structure of A-D-A-D-A(D1),A-D-A(D2) and D-A(D3) were designed,theoretically calculated and synthesized for dye-sensitized solar cells.Dye D1 exhibits a broader absorption than D2 and D3,due to the intramolecular charge transfer between the donor triphenylamine and the acceptor benzothiadiazole.Dye D1 exhibits a lower HOMO and a lower LUMO than D2 and D3 due to the electron-withdrawing benzothiadiazole.The number of anchoring group cyanoacrylic acid has no obvious influence on absorption and energy levels of D2 and D3.The LUMO of D1 locates on benzothiadiazole rather than cyanoacrylic acid anchoring groups,while the LUMOs of D2 and D3 are localized on cyanoacrylic acid.D2 and D3 give higher short-circuit current density than D1.D3 with one anchoring group gives the highest open-circuit voltage.Consequently,the D3-based device gives the highest efficiency. 相似文献

The development of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) with functional groups has been intensively pursued in recent years. Herein, a simple, versatile, and cost‐effective strategy to synthesize water‐soluble and amino‐functionalized MNPs, based on the thermal decomposition of phthalimide‐protected metal–organic precursors followed by deprotection, was developed. The resulting amino‐functionalized Fe3O4, MnFe2O4, and Mn3O4 MNPs with particle sizes of about 14.3, 7.5, and 6.6 nm, respectively, had narrow size distributions and good dispersibility in water. These MNPs also exhibited high magnetism and relaxivities of r2=107.25 mM?1 s?1 for Fe3O4, r2=245.75 mM?1 s?1 for MnFe2O4, and r1=2.74 mM?1 s?1 for Mn3O4. The amino‐functionalized MNPs were further conjugated with a fluorescent dye (rhodamine B) and a targeting ligand (folic acid: FA) and used as multifunctional probes. Magnetic resonance imaging and flow‐cytometric studies showed that these probes could specifically target cancer cells overexpressing FA receptors. This new protocol opens a new way for the synthesis and design of water‐soluble and amino‐functionalized MNPs by an easy and versatile route. 相似文献

Laser shock forming is a new material processing technology. Micro-channel with dimension of 260 μm × 59 μm was successfully fabricated on metallic foil surface using laser-generated shock wave. The work piece has a high spatial resolution at the micron-level. A series of experiments was conducted to validate the finite element model. An analysis procedure including dynamic analysis performed by ANSYS/LS-DYNA and static analysis performed by ANSYS is presented in detail to attain the simulation of laser shock embossing to predict the surface deformation. Micromould based laser shock embossing holds promise for achieving precise, well-controlled, low-cost, high efficiency of three-dimensional metallic microstructures. A series of methyl-substituted bis(2-(hydroxyphenyl)benzothiazolate)zinc derivatives [Zn(n-MeBTZ)2, n = 3 (1a), 4 (1b), 5 (1c)] were synthesized to investigate the correlation between molecular structures and optical properties. The results indicate that the blue-emitting (λmax = 470 nm) complex 1b is monomer with a higher PL quantum efficiency than complexes 1, 1a, 1c. Two green-emitting (λmax = 507 nm and 499 nm) complexes 1a and 1c have special bi-molecular structures. The molecular structure for Zn(BTZ)2 (complex 1) is dimer. Bilayer organic light-emitting devices were fabricated by using these complexes as emitting layer. The maximum emission wavelengths of the devices are in the range of 501–553 nm. The devices show turn-on voltages at 9.2, 12.7, 2.3 and 10.7 V for complex 1, 1a, 1b, and 1c, respectively. In particular, the device with complex 1b shows a higher brightness than the other complexes under the same conditions. 相似文献

Novel magnetic chromium and sulfur co-doped TiO2 photocatalysts (M-Cr/S/TiO2) have been prepared by a sol?Cgel process, using magnetic hollow fly ash microspheres as support material. The crystal phase of M-Cr/S/TiO2 was characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV?Cvisible absorption spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The photocatalytic activity of the photocatalysts was examined by photodegradation of methyl orange in aqueous solution under visible light irradiation. The results showed that chromium and sulfur co-doped catalysts (Cr/S/TiO2) containing 0.60?% (atomic ratio) chromium and 1.2?% (atomic ratio) sulfur calcined at 450?°C for 2?h had high catalytic efficiency under visible irradiation. It is worth mentioning that the floating M-Cr/S/TiO2 catalyst had greater photocatalytic activity than Cr/S/TiO2 powder. Therefore, M-Cr/S/TiO2 is a promising, high-performing, visible-light-driven photocatalyst. 相似文献
