大学物理实验教学改革的实践与思索

本主要介绍了我校近年来在大学物理实验课程体系和教学内容改革的实践及下一步改革的思路。     

电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定化妆品中砷、铅、汞

本文采用五氧化二钒作催化剂，HNO3－H2SO4消解法对化妆品前处理后，用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪同时测定砷，铅，汞，方法简便，快速，回收率在95％－103．5％之间，相对标准偏差不大于3％。     

Hilbert空间上线性算子的Drazin可逆性

主要研究了Hilbert空间上两个Drazin可逆算子和的Drazin可逆性.同时,对上三角算子矩阵的Drazin可逆性也给出了详细的讨论.     

The Monitoring System Using FOBG Sensor for The Health of the Rocket

A novel heath monitoring system of the rocket based on fiber optic Bragg gratings is brought forward, its component units and working principle are also described.     

A New Pathway to Synthesize Cyclomercurated Ferrocenylimines Containing Heterocyclic Ring

The cyclomercurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring were prepared by the condensation of cyclomercuration of acylferrocene with the appropriate heterocyclic amine.This procedure provides an efficient method for the synthesis of cyclomerucurated ferrocenylimines containing heterocyclic ring which are difficultly synthesized by the conventional method.The reaction mechanism is proposed.     

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. Project supported by the National Hi-Tech Inertial Confinement Fusion Committee, the Guangdong Natural Science Foundation the Postdoctoral Foundation of Guangdong and National Postdoctoral Foundation of China.     

Ga1-xInxAs/InAsyP1-y/InP异质结的MOCVD生长及表征

Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)材料是未来长距离低损耗光纤通信的理想光源材料和探测器材料之一.我们采用水平常压MOCVD系统,在InP衬底上成功地生长了Ga1-xInxAs(x>0.53)/InAsyP1-y/Inp异质结材料.其中InAs1-yPy为组份阶梯变化的多层结构.由样品的(400)面X光衍射结果测定了各层组份.由二次离子质谱(SIMS)得到了样品剖面组份变化结果,证明InAs1-yPy层组份为阶梯状变化的.通过对光致发光结果和X光衍射结果比较,可以看到,InAsyP1-y层通过位错和弹性畸变二种方式来释放或积累Ga1-xInxAs与InP间的失配应力,从而减少了Ga1-xInxAs中的失配位错.有效地改善了Ga1-xInxAs的质量.已获得了x高达0.94表面光亮的Ga1-xInxAs/InAs1-yPy/InP异质结材料.     

独立不同分布随机变盆序列的部分和的增量有多小

关于独立同分布随机变量部分和的增量有多小问题，目前已有了著名的结果.本文通过与独立同分布情形时完全不同的途径，讨论了独立不同分布情形时相应的问题.在矩母函数存在的条件下，获得了与同分布情形相近的结论.     

高压下液态Ag-20 at%Ge合金的凝固及密排六方亚稳相的形成

 利用高压淬火方法，在液态Ag-20at%Ge合金的凝固过程中，对比液态急冷低四个数量级的冷却速率得到了单相密排六方结构亚稳相，其点阵参数为a=0.289 8 nm，c=0.470 8 nm，c/a=1.625。
