以2,6,6-三甲基环己-2-烯-1,4-二酮为原料, 经选择性羰基保护、Wittig反应、脱保护基、 腈基水解和还原等5步反应合成了目标化合物, 总产率可达6.0%.     

建立统一的紫外,可发光光度标准装置的探讨

介绍由低压石英汞灯、错钕滤光片、透射比标准滤光片、杂散光滤光片等组成标准装置开展紫外、可见分光光度计的检定问题。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 2-(3,3'-Bithiophen-2,2'-yl)dibenzothiazole (BTDB) and 2-(Dithieno[2,3-b:3',2'-d]-thiophen-2,5-yl)dibenzothiazole (DTTDB)

The title compounds, 2-(3,3’-bithiophen-2,2’-yl)dibenzothiazole (BTDB) and 2-(dithieno[2,3-b:3’,2’-d]thiophen-2,5-yl)dibenzothiazole (DTTDB), have been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR, NMR, MS, HRMS and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal of BTDB crystallizes in triclinic, space group Pī with a=9.2207(17), b=10.453(2), c=10.969(2), V=981.2(3)3 and Z=2. Crystal data of DTTDB: orthorhombic system, space group Pbcn with a=4.5290(8), b=13.576(3), c=32.033(6), V=1969.6(6)3 and Z=4.     

High-power vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers bonded with efficient packaging

<正>High-power vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers(VCSELs) are processed using a wet thermal-selective oxidation technique.The VCSEL chips are packaged by employing three different bonding methods of silver solder,In-Sn solder,and metalized diamond heat spreader.After packaging,optical output power, wavelength shift,and thermal resistance of the devices are measured and compared in an experiment.The device packaged with a metalized diamond heat spreader shows the best operation characteristics among the three methods.The 200-μm-diameter device bonded with a metalized diamond heat spreader produces a continuous wave optical output power of 0.51 W and a corresponding power density of 1.6 kW/cm~2 at room temperature.The thermal resistance is as low as 10 K/W.The accelerated aging test is also carried out at high temperature under constant current mode.The device operates for more than 1000 h at 70℃,and the total degradation is only about 10%.

超辐射发光二极管(SLD)具有高功率、宽光谱和低相干性等光学特性,在光纤通信、工业国防、生物影像和痕量气体检测等领域具有极高的应用价值。本文聚焦于SLD的输出功率与光谱宽度特性,综合评述了量子阱、量子点近红外SLD与量子级联中红外SLD的研究进展。详细介绍了InP基量子短线、混合量子点量子阱与异维量子点量子阱等新型有源结构,以及量子点掺杂与区域混杂等相关工艺技术。最后,概述了SLD的应用前景,并对SLD的潜在研究方向和技术发展应用趋势进行了展望。     

CONSTANT ELASTICITY OF VARIANCE MODEL AND ANALYTICAL STRATEGIES FOR ANNUITY CONTRACTS

The constant elasticity of variance（CEV） model was constructed to study a defined contribution pension plan where benefits were paid by annuity. It also presents the process that the Legendre transform and dual theory can be applied to find an optimal investment policy during a participant＇s whole life in the pension plan. Finally, two explicit solutions to exponential utility function in the two different periods （before and after retirement） are revealed. Hence, the optimal investment strategies in the two periods are obtained.     

固定支出下最优资产组合策略

在固定消费支出水平的条件之下,文章就资产组合问题建立常方差弹性（CEV）模型,应用随机控制原理求出了相应的非线性Hamilton—Jacobi—Bellman偏微方程,再用Legendre变换将其转化为线性偏微方程,建立对偶问题。通过对偶问题的求解,从而求得原问题的精确解析解,确定风险资产和无风险资产的最优投资比例,实现了满足既定支出水平下总资产的对数效用最大化,从实际市场的角度改进发展了经典的Merton模型结果．
