稀土金属硼氢化物的研究(Ⅸ)——N,N''''-双(邻羟基苯叉)-1,3-丙二胺合稀土(Ⅲ)十氢十硼酸盐的合成

我们曾报道过含闭式氢硼駿根的二齿配体的稀土螯合物的合成及性质。为了解不同配体的稀土配合物在结构及性质上的差异,又合成了四齿(ONNO)配体N,N′-双(邻羟基苯叉)-1,3-丙二胺(salpr),并通过两种方法(模板合成法及配体合成法)合成了稀土配合物的闭式十氢十硼酸盐。化合物均为黄色粉末固体,室温下它们对光、空气、潮汽均稳定。     

银（Ⅰ）－硫脲－四正丁基溴化铵体系电致化学发光法测定水中痕量银

本文研究了银（Ⅰ）－硫脲－四正丁基溴化铵体系的电致化学发光（ＥＣＬ）。发现在正矩形脉冲下，银对含有硫脲的ＴＢＡＢｒ溶液的ＥＣＬ有明显催化作用，银（Ⅰ）的浓度在１．４×１０￣（－８）～３．５×１０￣（－６）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内与ＥＣＬ强度呈良好线性关系。检出限为９．０×１０￣（－９）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ相对标准偏差为５％。用于天然水中银的测定，获得较满意的结果。     

Determination of gamma-globulin at nanogram levels by its enhancement effect on the resonance light scattering of functionalized HgS nanoparticles

A novel assay of γ-globulin (γ-IgG) with a sensitivity at the nanogram level is proposed based on the measurement of enhanced resonance light-scattering (RLS) signals resulting from the interaction of functionalized nano-HgS with γ-globulin. At pH 5.03, the RLS signals of functionalized nano-HgS were greatly enhanced by γ-globulin in the region of 200-700 nm characterized by the peak around 362 nm. Linear relationship can be established between the enhanced RLS intensity and γ-globulin concentration in the range of 10-140 ng ml⁻¹. The limit of detection is 2.71 ng ml⁻¹. Based on this, a new direct quantitative determination method for γ-globulin in blood serum samples without separation of human serum albumin (HSA) is established. The contents of γ-IgG in blood serum samples were determined with recovery of 95.7-102.5% and R.S.D. of 1.6-2.4%. This method is proved to be very sensitive, rapid, simple and tolerance of most interfering substances.     

Preparation and application of functionalized nanoparticles of CdS as a fluorescence probe

CdS nanoparticles have been prepared and modified with mercaptoacetic acid. The functionalized nanoparticles are water-soluble and biocompatible. They could be used as a fluorescence probe in the determination of bovine serum albumin (BSA), which was proved to be a simple, rapid and specific method. In comparison with single organic fluorophores, these nanoparticle probes are brighter, more stable against photobleaching, and do not suffer from blinking. Under the optimum conditions, the response is linearly proportional to the concentration of BSA between 0.1 and 3.2 μg ml⁻¹, and the limit of detection is 0.08 μg ml⁻¹.

1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reactions of nitrile oxides to prop‐1‐ene‐1,3‐sultone

The reaction of prop‐1‐ene‐1,3‐sultone 1 with a variety of nitrile oxides 3 afforded novel [3+2] cycloaddition products 4 in good yield. The cycloaddition reaction achieved excellent regioselectivity.     

核磁共振法研究CH2=CHSi（OET）3的水化反应

高强水泥的生产近年来巳成为许多国家发展水泥生产的一个主要方向。在水泥中加入有机单体可以改善混凝土的质量,如加重量比为3％的有机硅烷偶联剂乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷CH_2=CHSi(OEt)_3(简称VTES)于水泥中,即可在较大程度上增加水泥石的强度。     

苯偶氮罗丹宁类显色剂的合成及其与铜的显色反应

报道５－（４＇－氯－２＇－羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁（２），５－（４＇－溴－２＇－羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁（３）和５－（４＇－碘－２＇羧基苯偶氮）罗丹宁（４）的合成及在水溶液中的离奶常数Ｋ和Ｋ研究它们与铜的显色反应，在弱酸性时，３种显色剂与铜均形成配位比为２：１的配合物，２与铜的显色反应，当铜浓度在０～２．５μｇ／ｍＬ范围内符合比耳定律。用分光光度法测定了合金中铜的含量。     

Application of L-Cysteine-Capped ZnS Nanoparticles in the Determination of Nucleic Acids Using the Resonance Light Scattering Method

Nanometer-sized L-cysteine-capped ZnS particles were synthesized by a colloidal aqueous method. The functionalized nanoparticles are water-soluble and suitable for biological applications. In Tris-HCl buffer solution, nucleic acids combine with cysteine-capped nano-ZnS particles by intermolecular forces to form larger nanoparticles. There are two resonance light scattering peaks at 304.5nm and 373.8nm, respectively. The enhanced RLS is related to the concentration of nucleic acids in the range of 0.04 to 1.2µgmL^–1 for calf thymus DNA and 0.2 to 1.0µgmL^–1 for fish sperm DNA. The detection limits (3) are 19ngmL^–1 for calf thymus DNA and 23ngmL^–1 for fish sperm DNA, respectively. Four synthetic samples were analyzed satisfactorily.
