海洋生物体中稀土元素的微波消解电感耦合等离子体质谱测定研究

建立了微波消解样品处理、电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定海洋生物体中稀土元素的方法.用人发标准参考物质(GBW09101)、植物标准参考物质(GBW07603)以及实际样品标准加入回收的方法对文中所述的分析流程进行确认.实验结果表明,所建立方法的测定结果与标准参考物质的标准值或推荐值一致;样品标准加入实验的回收率在97%～104%之间.方法的定量下限为0.01～0.31 ng·g-1(10σ,n=10,干样).     

Antifouling ultrafiltration membrane composed of polyethersulfone and sulfobetaine copolymer

A new random copolymer was synthesized by reacting hydrophilic N,N-dimethyl-N-methacryloxyethyl-N-(3-sulfopropyl) (DMMSA) with hydrophobic butyl methacrylate (BMA) through a conventional radical polymerization. The as-prepared sulfobetaine copolymer (DMMSA–BMA) was blended with polyethersulfone (PES) to fabricate antifouling ultrafiltration membrane for BSA separation. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis of blend membranes revealed concentration of sulfobetaine groups at the membrane surfaces that endowed the membrane with higher hydrophilicity and better antifouling property. For the membrane with 8.0 wt% DMMSA–BMA copolymer concentration (No. 5), irreversible fouling has been considerably reduced and the flux recovery rate of the blend membrane reached as high as 82.8%. Furthermore, the blend membrane could effectively resist BSA fouling in a wide pH range from 4.0 to 8.0.     

Selective Determination of Nanogram γ-Globulin in Human Blood Serum by Resonance Light Scattering of Functionalized Nano-PbS

Functionalized nano-PbS has been prepared and characterized. The functionalized nanoparticles have good dispersibility in water. Reaction of functionalized nano-PbS with γ-globulin (γ-IgG) results an enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) around 385nm.However, when the content of HSA is lower than 0.5μg/ml^-1 the RLS enhancement is very weak and is nonlinear to concentration of HSA. Based on these results, a new direct quantitative determination method for γ-globulin in blood serum samples without separation is established.Under optimal conditions, the enhanced RLS intensity is in proportion to the γ-IgG concentration in the range 10-500ng/mL. The limit of detection is 2.75ng/mL. This method is proved to be very sensitive, rapid, simple and selective for detection of γ-IgG in blood serum.

On the Thermal Behaviour of Heteropoly Acids of the Type H_3+n[PV_nMo_12?nO₄₀] · x H₂O (n = 0, 1, 2, 3). II. Raman and Infrared Spectroscopic Investigations The investigation of de- and rehydratization of the heteropoly acids H_3+n[PV_nMo_12?nO₄₀] · x H₂O (n = 0, 1, 2, 3) shows typical changes in the region of valence and bridging vibrations in the Raman and infrared spectra, in particular during the existence of ?anhydrous”? forms. The time dependence of rehydratization is also demonstrated well with a special Raman sample technique.     

全自动QuEChERS样品制备系统结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测植物源性食品中34种农药残留

建立了全自动QuEChERS样品制备系统结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱（HPLC-MS/MS）同时检测植物源性食品中34种农药残留的分析方法。方法利用全自动QuEChERS样品制备系统涡旋振动和离心功能，将手动QuEChERS方法中样品提取和分散固相萃取相结合；优化了操作参数及前处理步骤，在多反应监测（MRM）模式下检测，基质匹配外标法定量。从方法学验证角度对全自动QuEChERS法与手动QuEChERS法进行了比较。结果表明：该方法中大多数农药在一定范围内呈现良好的线性关系，相关系数（R²）均大于0.99，检出限为0.76~3.60 μg/kg，定量限为2.28~10.80 μg/kg，加标回收率为53.0%~125.2%，相对标准偏差（RSD）<15.9%（n=5）。该方法与手动QuEChERS法的方法验证比对结果显示差异不明显，用于植物源性食品中多农药残留检测可有效降低劳动强度和出错概率。     

Nation-Teflon bimembrane-supported palladium catalysts for Suzuki coupling reactions

Nation-Teflon bimembrane was used as an efficient support for the preparation and application of heterogeneous palladium catalysts.The supported palladium catalysts exhibit high activity and stability in the Suzuki cross-coupling of aryl bromides with arylboronic acids to afford the corresponding biaryls in good to excellent yields,and can be readily recovered and reused several times without significant loss of activity.     

Covalent Schiff base catalysis and turnover by a DNAzyme: a M2+ -independent AP-endonuclease mimic

A DNAzyme, synthetically modified with both primary amines and imidazoles, is found to act as a M2+ -independent AP lyase-endonuclease. In the course of the cleavage reaction, this DNAzyme forms a covalent Schiff base intermediate with an abasic site on a complementary oligodeoxyribonucleotide. This intermediate, which is inferred from NaCNBH3 trapping as well as cyanide inhibition, does not evidently accumulate because the second step, dehydrophosphorylative elimination, is fast compared to Schiff base formation. The 5'-product that remains linked to the catalyst hydrolyzes slowly to regenerate free catalyst. The use of duly modified DNAzymes to perform Schiff base catalysis demonstrates the value of modified nucleotides for enhancing the catalytic repertoire of nucleic acids. This work suggests that DNAzymes will be capable of catalyzing aldol condensation reactions.     

Fe-Co-Ni合金纳米线有序阵列的模板合成与磁性

以二次阳极氧化的氧化铝膜为模板，用电化学沉积的方法成功地合成了Fe-Co-Ni三组份有序纳米线阵列.扫描电子显微镜（SEM）和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察表明纳米线表面光滑、有序、高长径比；磁性测量表明,其矫顽力较同组份的膜材料有较大的提高.将样品在惰性气体氛围中不同温度下退火，随着退火温度增加，其纵向矫顽力有一个极值，而对应的横向矫顽力没有类似的变化，关于这一现象的机理,本文进行了初步的讨论. 图5参15     

Ion Association and Hydration in Aqueous Solutions of Nickel(II) and Cobalt(II) Sulfate

Aqueous solutions of nickel(II) and cobalt(II) sulfate have been investigated at 25 ^∘C by dielectric relaxation spectroscopy (DRS) over a wide range of frequencies (0.2 ≤ ν (GHz) ≤ 89) and salt concentrations (0.025 ≤ c(mol-L⁻¹) ≤ 1.4). The spectra indicate, as for MgSO₄(aq) studied previously, the simultaneous presence of double solvent-separated, solvent-shared and contact ion pairs in both NiSO₄(aq) and CoSO₄(aq). The stepwise formation constants for each ion-pair type and the overall association constant, obtained from the data are in good agreement with ultrasonic relaxation and other estimates. The DR spectra at higher concentrations (c ≥ 0.5 mol-L⁻¹) suggest the existence of a nonlinear triple ion M₂SO₄²⁺(aq). Consistent with the very strong hydration of the salts, which have ‘effective’ hydration numbers approaching 27 at infinite dilution, there are no significant differences in any of the relaxation or thermodynamic parameters for NiSO₄(aq) and CoSO₄(aq), except that the triple ion appears to be somewhat more stable for the latter.
