Asymptotic Behavior of a Stochastic Predator-prey Model with Beddington-DeAngelis Functional Response and L\'{e}vy Jumps

A stochastic two-prey-one-predator model with Beddington-DeAngelis functional response and L\''{e}vy jumps is proposed and investigated in this paper. First of all, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution, and stochastic ultimate boundedness of the solution. Next, under a simple assumption, by using It\^{o} formula and other important inequalities, some sufficient conditions are established to ensure the extinction and persistence in the mean of the system. The results show that neither strong white noise nor L\''{e}vy noise is conducive to the persistence of the population. Finally, the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulations.     

Triple Positive Solutions of Boundary Value Problems for High-order Fractional Differential Equation at Resonance with Singularities

In this paper, we investigate the existence of triple positive solutions of boundary value problems for high-order fractional differential equation at resonance with singularities by using the fixed point index theory and the Leggett-Williams theorem. The spectral theory and some new height functions are also employed to establish the existence of triple positive solutions. The nonlinearity involved is arbitrary fractional derivative, and permits singularity.     

Synthesis and magnetic properties of trinuclear copper(II) complexes bridged by dimethylglyoximate groups

Summary New three Cu^II-Cu^II-Cu^II homotrinuclear complexes have been synthesized, namely [Cu(dmg)₂{CuL}₂](ClO₄)₂ [L = 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline (5-NO₂-phen), 4,4-dimethyl-2,2-bipyridiine (DMbpy), tetramethylenediamine (TMDA) and dimethylglyoximate ion (dmg)^2-]. The magnetic susceptibilities of complexes (1) (L = 5-NO₂-phen) and (2) (L = DMbpy) were measured in the 4.2–300 K range, giving the parameters,J = -335cm^-1 (1) andJ= -327.5cm^-1 (2). The results demonstrate a very strong antiferromagnetic exchange interaction between the adjacent copper(II) ions.     

Products and transforms of white-noise functionals (in general setting)

Some sharp results about Weiner and Wick products of whitenoise functionals are obtained. Using the inequality of Wick products we show to what extent scaling transformations, translations, and Sobolev differentiations can be performed on white-noise functionals.This work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Study of the yrast band in the doubly odd156Tm

The yrast band in the doubly odd¹⁵⁶Tm nucleus was studied through¹⁴⁴Sm(¹⁹F,2p5n)¹⁵⁶Tm reaction at beam energy of 105MeV. Several high-spin states of¹⁵⁶Tm were identified and the highest spin of the band with configuration7/2^–[523] v1/2⁺[660] could be built up to spin 25. The level structure shows the onset of a non- or weak collectivity which generally appears at neutron number of 87 in neutron-deficient rare-earth nuclei.This work was supported in part by the Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation and the Natural Science Fund of China.     

Observation of isomeric states in197Bi

The high spin states of¹¹⁹Te, populated in¹¹⁰Pd(¹³C,4n) and¹¹⁰Pd(¹²C,3n) reactions, have been studied through -ray spectroscopy. The level scheme has been established upto a spin of 55/2. Three-quasiparticle states, based on g² _7/2h_11/2 and g_7/2d_5/2h_11/2 configurations, have been identified. The 35/2 and 39/2 states are suggested to be the fully aligned states constituted by five valence h_11/2 ³, g_7/2, d_5/2 quasiparticles.
