新型含金属元素二胺的合成与表征

本文分别用液相法和固相法合成了一系列含不同金属元素的二胺,并通过红外光谱,~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR,紫外光谱,电化学分析及元素分析对其进行表征,还通过DSC和TG对其热性能进行了研究,结果发现这些二胺具有良好的耐热性,是合成一些耐热高聚物的优良原料.     

Determination of terbutaline with ferrocene-gold colloid-1,4-benzenedimethanethiol layer-by-layer self-assembled gold electrode

Aminylferrocene is successfully immobilized on nanosized gold colloid particles associated with a 1,4-benzenedimethanethiol monolayer on a gold electrode surface and characterized by cyclic voltammograms and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In a pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution, the formal potential (E ⁰’) of Fc is 0.432 V (SCE), and the apparent surface electron-transfer rate constant is 0.89 s⁻. The immobilized Fc gives an excellent electrocatalytic response to the terbutaline oxidation. The catalytic-current response of differential pulse voltammograms increases linearly with the terbutaline concentration from 1.75 × 10⁻⁷ to 5.62 × 10⁻⁴ mol/l. The detection limit is 2.30 × 10⁻⁸ mol/l. The determination of terbutaline in a tablet dosage is satisfactory. The method is simple, quick, and sensitive. Headspace Solid-phase Microextraction–Gas Chromatographic–Mass Spectrometric Analysis of the Essential Oils of Two Traditional Chinese Medicines, Angelica pubescens and Angelica sinensis

Angelica pubescens and Angelica sinensis belong to the Umbelliferae family and both are used as traditional Chinese medicines. In the present study, headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used for the analysis of the volatile constituents present in their roots. Eighty-seven compounds in Angelica pubescens and thirty-six compounds in Angelica sinensis were identified by GC-MS. Their relative contents were calculated by the peak area ratio. HS-SPME was compared to steam distillation (SD) by analyzing the volatile constituents of Angelica sinensis root. A good agreement between results obtained with both techniques was found. As a conclusion, HS-SPME is a powerful tool for determining the volatile constituents present in the TCMs.     

钴-5,10,15,20-四(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)卟啉修饰玻碳电极的L-抗坏血酸化学传感器研究

将水合 5,10,15,20-四-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)钴卟啉(CoTMHPP)修饰在玻碳电极表面,制成CoTMHPP修饰电极.电极稳定性好且灵敏度高,对抗坏血酸有良好的电催化氧化作用,测定线性响应范围为1.0×10(-5)～1.0×10(-2)mol/L,响应时间小于12s.本文研究了电极的性质和应用,并用于药物中抗坏血酸的测定,其测定结果与碘量法一致.     

喷雾热解法合成球形(Y,Gd)BO3:Eu荧光粉的研究

采用喷雾热解法合成了无团聚的球形(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉。研究了各因素对(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉体的结晶性能、外观形貌及发光强度的影响。结果表明,按120%硼酸的化学计量比于900℃喷雾热解,再经过1200℃后处理2 h,可以合成结晶良好的(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉体;喷雾热解溶液的浓度和载气流量对荧光粉的外观形貌影响较大;铕含量为10%时可以获得最佳的发光强度。在优化喷雾热解实验条件下成功合成出良好发光强度的PDP用(Y0.6Gd0.3)BO3∶Eu0.1荧光粉。

Determination of acetone, hexanal and heptanal in blood samples by derivatization with pentafluorobenzyl hydroxylamine followed by headspace single-drop microextraction and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry

In the study, we developed a simple, rapid, sensitive, and inexpensive method for determination of the disease biomarkers of acetone, hexanal and heptanal in human blood. For the first time, derivatization of carbonyls with O-2,3,4,5,6-(pentafluorobenzyl)hydroxylamine (PFBHA) was combined with headspace single-drop microextractin (HS-SDME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS) and applied to the analysis of acetone, hexanal, and heptanal in human blood. At first, acetone, hexanal and heptanal in blood were derivatized with PFBHA and formed oximes in several seconds. Sequentially, the oximes were headspace extracted and concentrated by a microdrop solvent. Finally, the extracted oximes were analyzed by GC–MS. HS-SDME conditions and method validations were studied. Due to needing of only 2 μl organic solvent, short extraction time of 8 min, and simple operation, derivatization-HS-SDME was shown to be a rapid, simple, and inexpensive technique for analysis of acetone, hexanal, and heptanal in human blood. Moreover, it had low detection limit values from 0.24 to 0.62 nM, and good reproducibility (R.S.D. less than 12%).     

碘离子选择电极在动力学分析中的应用 Ⅰ.催化电势动力学测锆法研究

本文报道采用碘离子选择电极,系统研究了锆于BO_3~--I~-反应中的定量催化特性,建立了催化电势动力学间接测痕量锆的方法。结果表明,本法专属性较高,55种阴、阳离子均不干扰测锆。     

电动势法测定Cu(Ⅰ)与乙炔生成配合物的热力学函数

乙炔与Cu(I)生成配合物的热力学函数文献报道鲜见,且不同作者的测定结果差异较大。本文用改进的电动势法。对在氯丁橡胶、聚氯乙烯,乙醛等工业过程有重大意义的Cu(I)与乙炔配合物进行测定,得到更合理的结果。
