All-optical integrated support for multicast and burst amplification in transparent optical network

A novel scalable and integrated design that supports optical multicast and burst amplification is proposed and demonstrated experimentally.The powers of incoming signals can be tuned to optimize the results of burst amplification and replication.Experimental results also show that erbium-doped optical Fiber amplication(EDFA) transients can be suppressed to an equally low level regardless of the burst parameters. Extended structure designs are further proposed to satisfy the need of mass replication of multicast signals.     

具有结构变化的非线性回归模型的阶段异方差检验

对于具有结构变化的非线性回归模型,两阶段的随机误差同时具有方差齐性是一个基本假设,但是该假设未必正确．本文研究该模型阶段异方差的检验问题．首先探讨了两阶段异方差的同时检验,然后构造了两阶段异方差的两个单个检验,分别得到了同时检验和单个检验的score统计量以及相应的调整形式．然后应用得到的检验统计量分析了南澳大利亚洋葱数据的阶段异方差性(Ratkowsky,1983),并用AIC,SBC进行模型比较,得到的结果与检验结果非常吻合．最后,用Monte Carlo模拟方法研究了统计量的检验功效．     

多重延迟的关键更新定理及其在风险理论中的应用

利用广义局部次指数分布族的性质,讨论了带有多重延迟且Lundberg指数不存在时的关键更新定理,所得结果包含了重尾和轻尾的情形.将此结果应用到平稳更新风险模型,得到了该模型在破产时亏损额分布的局部渐近性质.     

恰当散度非线性模型变离差的检验

本文研究了恰当散度非线性模型变离差的检验问题.基于似然比统计量和得分统计量,得到变离差的检验.并且用数值例子说明方法是有效的.     

漆酚醛树脂多孔微球对有机物的吸附性能

研究了由悬浮缩聚法制备的多孔漆酚醛树脂微球对乙二胺、二乙烯三胺和茶碱,以及苯、二甲苯、氯仿和四氯化碳等气体的吸附性能,并研究了吸附时间对乙二胺、二乙烯三胺和茶碱吸附性能的影响。结果表明,树脂中的酚羟基因能与胺基产生酸碱之间的作用而吸附乙二胺和二乙烯三胺,其吸附量分别为320.9mg/g、222.2mg/g;该多孔微球亦能吸附有机物气体,尤其对氯仿、四氯化碳的吸附性能较佳,其吸附量分别为248.1mg/g和119.7mg/g。

基于M估计的线性混合效应模型中方差的齐性检验

本文对纵向数据的线性混合模型,用Fisher得分法得到了参数的M估计(稳健估计),给出了其渐近性质,研究了M估计下异方差的Score检验问题,并对检验统计量的功效进行了模拟,最后通过葡萄糖数据的实例说明了本文方法的有效性.     

Using bidirectional modulation of 2-Ch phase modulator as basis for nonlinear distortion compensation in analog photonic links

We propose a third-order intermodulation distortion （IMD3） compensation scheme based on the bidirec- tional modulation of 2-Ch phase modulator （PM）. We realize the destructive combination of IMD3 by using different modulation efficiencies and appropriately adjusting the input optical power ratio to satisfy a fixed relationship with modulation efficiency. The primary advantage of this scheme is that out-of-phase IMD3 is introduced using only one 2-Ch PM, thereby resulting in the cancellation of IMD3. Up to 27-dB suppression in IMD3 is experimentally demonstrated--a feature that will be useful in low-distortion analog or）tical transrni~sirm.     

Polarization readout analysis for multilevel phase change recording by crystallization degree modulation

Four different states of Si15Sb85 and Ge2Sb2Te5 phase change memory thin films are obtained by crystallization degree modulation through laser initialization at different powers or annealing at different temperatures. The polarization characteristics of these two four-level phase change recording media are analyzed systematically. A simple and effective readout scheme is then proposed, and the readout signal is numerically simulated. The results show that a high-contrast polarization readout can be obtained in an extensive wavelength range for the four-level phase change recording media using common phase change materials. This study will help in-depth understanding of the physical mechanisms and provide technical approaches to multilevel phase change recording.
