The influence of cation additives on the NIR luminescence intensity of Er<sup>3+</sup>-doped borate glasses 下载免费PDF全文
Er3+-doped 25BaO-(25-x)SiO2-xAl2O3-25B2O3 transparent glasses are prepared with x = 0,12.5 and 25 by a solid-state reaction.The Er-related NIR luminescence intensity,which corresponds to the transition of 4I15/2-4I13/2,is obviously altered with different silicon/aluminum ratios.The Judd-Ofelt parameters of the Er3+ ions are adopted to explain the intensity change in the NIR fluorescence,and the Raman scattering intensity versus the amount of Al and/or Si components are discussed.The spectra of the three samples are quite similar in the peak positions,but different in intensity.The maximal phonon density of state for the samples is calculated from the Raman spectra and is correlated to the NIR luminescence efficiency. 相似文献

采用密度泛函B3LYP方法,研究含双锌核的甲烷单加氧酶催化底物CH3X (X=H,CH3) 羟基化的反应机理.用cis-(HCOO)(C3N2H4)Zn2(μ-O)2(COOH)(C3N2H4)(其中C3N2H4=咪唑)模拟双锌核甲烷单加氧酶中的关键化合物Q.研究表明,反应通过自由基回弹机理发生.首先,底物CH3X (X=H,CH3)与Q中的一个桥形氧发生相互作用生成分子复合物QCH3X.然后,Q中的一个桥形氧进一步夺取底物中的氢原子,生成QH和XCH2双自由基.这两种双自由基很容易结合生成醇类分子复合物PXCH2OH,其中P= cis-(HCOO)(C3N2H4)Zn(μ-O)Zn(COOH)(C3N2H4).最后,分子复合物PXCH2OH脱去羟基化合物XCH2OH生成P.在298.15K和1atm的条件下,含双锌核甲烷单加氧酶Q催化CH4和CH3CH3羟基化反应在蛋白质溶液中的速率常数分别为6.414×10-19和1.542×10-6 dm3·mol-1·s-1. 相似文献

In this paper, we study the Cauchy problem with decaying initial data for the nonlocal modified Korteweg-de Vries equation(nonlocal mKdV) qt(x, t)+qxxx(x, t)-6 q(x, t)q(-x,-t)qx(x, t) = 0, which can be viewed as a generalization of the local classical mKdV equation. We first formulate the Riemann-Hilbert problem associated with the Cauchy problem of the nonlocal mKdV equation. Then we apply the Deift-Zhou nonlinear steepest-descent method to analyze the long-time asymptotics for the solution of the nonlocal m KdV equation. In contrast with the classical mKdV equation,we find some new and different results on long-time asymptotics for the nonlocal mKdV equation and some additional assumptions about the scattering data are made in our main results. 相似文献

Room-temperature ferromagnetic Mn-doped ZnO films are grown on Si (001) substrates by plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD). X-ray diffraction measurements reveal that the Znl-xMn.O films have the single-phase wurtzite structure. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy indicates the existence of Mn^2+ ions in Mndoped ZnO films. Furthermore, the decreasing additional Raman peak with increasing Mn-doping is considered to relate to the substitution of Mn ions for the Zn ions in ZnO lattice. Superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) measurements demonstrate that Mn-doped ZnO films have ferromagnetic behaviour at room temperature. 相似文献

采用微波水热法一步合成了核壳结构的CdSe/CdS纳米晶,讨论了巯基丙酸中S2-的释放过程对纳米晶生长的影响。XRD和Raman光谱结果表明,140℃合成温度下获得了CdSe/CdS核壳结构的纳米晶。FTIR光谱结果表明,巯基丙酸随时间的分解有助于CdS壳层的形成。PL光谱呈现出CdSe纳米晶的带间发射和缺陷发射,随着核壳结构的形成,CdSe纳米晶的表面缺陷被抑制,相关的荧光发射减弱。 相似文献
