Stabilization of zeylenone in rat plasma by the presence of esterase inhibitors and its LC‐MS/MS assay for pharmacokinetic study

Six esterase inhibitors, namely EDTA·2Na⁺, NaF, phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride, dichlorvos, bis‐nitrophenyl phosphate (BNPP) and thenoyltrifluoroacetone, and the mixture of NaF and BNPP, were evaluated for the stabilization of labile benzoate containing zeylenone in rat plasma. The mixture appeared to exhibit the most effectively stabilizing effect with the degraded content of zeylenone decreasing from >60% (in the absence of inhibitors) to <6%. Following the stabilization by the addition of NaF (5 mm ) and BNPP (5 mm ), the analytes in rat plasma were acidified by formic acid and extracted into ethyl acetate at 0°C. After chromatographic separation, the detection of zeylenone was performed on a 3200 Q‐Trap with positive ion electrospray mode, monitoring the ion transition m/z 383.2 → 105.0. The method was validated over the range from 2.68 to 1340 ng/mL with inter‐ and intra‐run precision for the quality control samples being less than 6.8%. The assay accuracy was within 100 ± 7.0%. The validated method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study in rats after the intratracheal administration of zeylenone in free drug or polymeric micellar solutions. The results showed that the pulmonary absorption of zeylenone loaded in micelles was significantly retarded compared with that of free drug solutions. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定消食类中草药中的铅

建立了浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定4种消食类中草药中Pb含量的方法。以双硫腙为络合剂、非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)为萃取剂,采用浊点萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法联用,测定4种消食类中草药中Pb的含量,探讨溶液p H、表面活性剂用量、络合剂用量、平衡温度、平衡时间、干扰离子等条件对浊点萃取率的影响。最佳条件下,富集倍数为21倍,方法的检出限为0.16μg/L,校准曲线相关系数为0.9995;RSD≤1.7%(n=11),回收率在96.5%~98.1%之间。方法已用于4种消食类中草药中Pb的测定。     

Conjugated polymer‐functionalized graphite oxide sheets thin films for enhanced photovoltaic properties of polymer solar cells

In this study, the maleimide‐thiophene copolymer‐functionalized graphite oxide sheets (PTM21‐GOS) and carbon nanotubes (PTM21‐CNT) were developed for polymer solar cell (PSC) applications. The grafting of PTM21‐OH onto the CNT and GO sheets was confirmed using FTIR spectroscopy. PTM21‐CNT and PTM21‐GOS exhibited excellent dispersal behavior in organic solvents. Better thermal stability was observed for PTM21‐CNT and PTM21‐GOS as compared with that for PTM21‐OH. In addition, the optical band gaps of PTM21‐GOS and PTM21‐CNT were lower than that of PTM21‐OH. We incorporated PTM21‐GOS and PTM21‐CNT individually into poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT)/[6,6]‐phenyl‐C₆₁‐butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) blends for use as photoconversion layers of PSCs. Good distributional homogeneity was observed for PTM21‐GOS or PTM21‐CNT in the P3HT/PCBM blend film. The UV–vis absorption peaks of the blend films red‐shifted slightly upon increasing the content of PTM21‐GOS or PTM21‐CNT. The band gap energies and LUMO/HOMO energy levels of the P3HT/PTM21‐GOS and P3HT/PTM21‐CNT blend films were slightly lower than those of the P3HT film. The conjugated polymer‐functionalized PTM21‐GOS and PTM21‐CNT behaved as efficient electron acceptors and as charge‐transport assisters when incorporated into the photoactive layers of the PSCs. Asymmetric Total Synthesis of Hispidanin A

Asymmetric total synthesis of the dimeric diterpenoid hispidanin A was accomplished by non-catalytic Diels–Alder cycloaddition at room temperature. The synthesis relies on iron-catalyzed coupling to construct a Z-configured trisubstituted alkene, an iron-catalyzed radical cascade to generate a labdane-type diene, and both Yamamoto cationic polyene cyclization and palladium-catalyzed Stille coupling to generate a totarane-type dienophile.

采用球形托卡马克(ST)等离子体位形,对氦冷嬗变包层、钠冷嬗变包层、氟锂铍(FLiBe)熔盐冷嬗变包层三种嬗变包层中子学方案进行了初步计算分析,并就各自的中子学特性进行了比较.结果表明,从嬗变长寿命放射性锕系核素237Np的角度考量,FLiBe冷却嬗变包层的嬗变性能最优.对氦冷嬗变包层的计算结果表明,通过改变初装料时237Np在次锕系元素中的成分比例,可使包层在比较长的运行时间(9.62年)内,保持稳定有效增殖系数、稳定功率、稳定产氚率.     

基于LED可见光通信的视频传输装置

基于可见光通信技术设计了一种视频传输装置。该装置直接将CCD摄像头输出的模拟信号作为输入信号,结合发射端与接收端的高频响应元件,实现了短距离的可见光视频传输。该装置电路响应速度高,传输100 k Hz~200 k Hz方波信号时仍无明显失真。经对比测试,传输的视频色彩丰富、细节清晰,同有线方式传输的视频相比差别较小。     

Material growth and device fabrication of terahertz quantum-cascade laser based on bound-to-continuum structure

The terahertz quantum-cascade laser （THz QCL） based on bound-to-continuum structure is demonstrated. The X-ray diffraction measurement of the material shows a high crystalline quality of the active region. A THz QCL device was fabricated with semi-insulating surface-plasmon waveguide. The test device is lasing at about 3 THz and operating up to 60 K. It shows a single frequency property under different drive currents and temperatures. At 9 K, the maximum output power is greater than 2 mW with a threshold current density of 159 A/cm2.     

Necessary and Suffcient Conditions for Distinguishability of Linear Control Systems

Distinguishability plays a crucial rule in studying observability of hybrid system such as switched system. Recently, for two linear systems, Lou and Si gave a condition not only necessary but also sufficient to the distinguishability of linear systems. However, the condition is not easy enough to verify. This paper will give a new equivalent condition which is relatively easy to verify.
