A new method for the synthesis of novel C‐substituted piperazine derivatives bearing aryl substituents on 2,6‐C positions has been developed by one‐pot three‐component sequential reaction of α‐bromoarylethanones with ethanolamine in the presence of formic acid. The structure of the novel compounds was established by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry (MS), and elemental analysis. In addition, the crystal structure of 4e was determined by single X‐ray crystallography and a possible reaction mechanism was proposed.  相似文献

A series of poly(L-lactic acid)/polybutadiene (PLA/PB) biodegradable multiblock elastomers was synthesized and characterized. A two-step process to prepare PLA/PB multiblock elastomers was applied. Melt polymerization was used to prepare poly(L-lactic acid) (PLA) terminated with hydroxyl groups and, at the same time, hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) and 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) were employed to synthesize diisocyanate-terminated polybutadiene (ITPB). Then, PLA and ITPB were reacted with different PLA/PB weight ratios. Consequently, a series of PLA/PB biodegradable poly(ester-urethane)s with crosslinked chains was obtained. Swelling characteristics and crosslink density of the crosslinked elastomer were investigated. DMA was applied to characterize its thermal properties. The measurement of mechanical properties showed that a PLA/PB elastomer with adjustable mechanical properties was synthesized. Micromorphology, hydrophobicity, and degradability of the material were also characterized.  相似文献

This study describes the development and use of a modified quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe (QuEChERS) method coupled with gas chromatography with mass spectrometry to determine 29 pesticide residues in green, red and dehydrated red peppers. Pesticides were extracted with acetonitrile (1% acetic acid), partitioned with sodium chloride and purified with primary secondary amino and octadecyl silane in acetone. The QuEChERS extraction conditions were optimized, and the matrix effects that might influence recoveries were evaluated and minimized using matrix‐matched calibration curves. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration curves for 29 pesticides showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.1–10 μg/mL with determination coefficient R2 > 0.998. The limits of quantification of the 29 pesticides were 0.006–0.06 mg/kg for green pepper, 0.005–0.039 mg/kg for red pepper and 0.014–0.25 mg/kg for dehydrated red pepper. These values are below the suggested regulatory maximum residue limits. The mean recoveries ranged between 70.1 and 110%, and the relative standard deviations were <13%. The developed method was successfully applied to commercial samples. Some samples were found to contain the 29 pesticides with levels below the legal limits. Fluorescence and ultraviolet spectroscopies were applied to investigate the interaction between five N-benzyl piperidones (NBP) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) under imitated physiological conditions. The experimental results show that these NBPs have a static fluorescence quenching effect on the endogenous fluorescence of BSA at the temperatures 302 and 310?K. According to the fluorescence quenching theory, the Stern?CVolmer quenching constant (K SV), the binding constant (K a), and the number of binding sites (n) were obtained. Also, the effect of substituents on the binding capacity between NBP and BSA is in the order: C6H5?<?4-CH3OC6H4?<?4-CH3C6H4?<?2,4-Cl2C6H3?<?4-ClC6H4. The corresponding thermodynamic parameters (??G, ??H, and ??S) were obtained at two different temperatures and indicate that hydrogen bonding and van der Waals forces play main roles in stabilizing the BSA?CNBP complex. The binding distance between the tryptophan residue in BSA and NBP was found to be much <7?nm based on the F?rster theory of non-radiation energy transfer. The effect of NBP on the conformation of BSA was analyzed as well by synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy.  相似文献

Two new complexes, (CoIII)2(H3L?)2(0.5H2O)2(ClO4)4 (I) and (MnIII)2(H3L?)2(0.5H2O)2 (ClO4)4 (II), were synthesized and crystallographically characterized [H4L = 1,4,7,10‐tetra‐(2‐hydroxypropyl)‐l,4,7,10‐tetraazacyclododecane] using electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and X‐ray photoelectron spectrometery. The characterizations confirmed that the valences of the metal ions increased from divalent to trivalent due to deprotonation of one OH group (H4L was in the form of H3L?). Owing to the instability of Co(III) and Mn(III) in both air and in solution, they preferred to exist in divalent form. The two heptadentate complexes are extraordinary in that the chiral pendants of the complexes are different in configuration. Spectroscopic studies, viscosity measurements, thermal denaturation experiments and circular dichroism spectra demonstrated that the complexes were prone to interact with DNA by groove binding. At micromolar concentrations and under physiological conditions, the two complexes were able to oxidatively cleave the supercoiled pUC19 plasmid DNA into its nicked and linear forms. Mechanistic studies using various additives suggest the complexes had structures different from those of other inorganic complexes. These are the first reported inorganic complexes not containing planar aromatic ligands and yet binding at the major groove. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this work, living radical polymerizations of a water‐soluble monomer poly(ethylene glycol) monomethyl ether methacylate (PEGMA) in bulk with low‐toxic iron catalyst system, including iron chloride hexahydrate and triphenylphosphine, were carried out successfully. Effect of reaction temperature and catalyst concentration on the polymerization of PEGMA was investigated. The polymerization kinetics showed the features of “living”/controlled radical polymerization. For example, Mn,GPC values of the resultant polymers increased linearly with monomer conversion. A faster polymerization of PEGMA could be obtained in the presence of a reducing agent Fe(0) wire or ascorbic acid. In the case of Fe(0) wire as the reducing agent, a monomer conversion of 80% was obtained in 80 min of reaction time at 90 °C, yielding a water‐soluble poly(PEGMA) with Mn = 65,500 g mol?1 and Mw/Mn = 1.39. The features of “living”/controlled radical polymerization of PEGMA were verified by analysis of chain‐end and chain‐extension experiments. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We develop here a simple wet chemistry to prepare covalent functionalized graphenes(FGs) through epoxide aminolysis especially under alkaline aqueous condition. Remarkably, a series of typical monoamines, such as industrial Huntsman Jeffamine~ M-2070 and M-2005 polymer with hydrophilic or hydrophobic polyetheramine chains, positively-charged 2-amino-N,N,Ntrimethylpropanaminium,negatively-charged sulfanilic acid, even oligopeptide sequence, can be effectively grafted on the platelets of graphene oxide precursor with covalent functionalization and partially reduced features. This strategy provides the researchers a facile and convenient approach to design and synthesize solution processable, biocompatible and functionalized graphenes for the potent applications in electronic inks, drug carriers and biomedicines. Expansion of the current study is actively ongoing in our laboratory.  相似文献
