四（对-羟基苯基）卟啉氧合配合物的室温固相合成，表征及氧合能力

采用固相反应合成了四羟基苯基卟啉与与Fe^2＋,Co^2＋金属离子的配合物,在室温下,将其与分子O2作用,提纯后得到两种固态氧合配合物．通过元素分析、红外光谱（IR）、核磁共振氢谱（^1HNMR）、电导、热分析（TG／DTA）、紫外光谱（UV）等测试手段确定了氧合配合物的组成为[Co·THPP·O2]（NO3）2·2H2O、[Fe·THPP·O2]Cl2·2H2O]，可知1mol配合物吸收了1molO2,采用失重法测定了氧合配合物中的配位氧,确定1mol金属配合物吸收1molO2形成超氧配合物．     

Effect of nitrogen surface doping on the work function and field emission of hydrogenated amorphous carbon films

The effect of nitrogen surface doping on the electron field emission characteristics of hydrogenated amorphous carbon films was studied. It was found that the emission threshold electric field decreased after nitrogen surface doping which indicated the reduction of the emission barrier at the film surface. It was demonstrated that this improvement arose from the decrease of the effective work function due to the formation of a dipole layer induced by chemical termination and chemical structural change on the film surface. 光泽精化学发光体系的研究与应用

对光泽精化学发光体系的动力学性质、荧光光谱、化学发光光谱及化学发光机理进行研究和探讨。详细研究了光泽精 - H2 O2 - Co( )流动注射化学发光体系的最佳分析条件。结果表明 ,当光泽精 (L c)为 2 .5×10 - 5mol/L、H2 O2 为 0 .5 mol/L、Na OH为 0 .4 mol/L、CTMAB为 2 .0× 10 - 5mol/L时 ,测定 Co( )的校准曲线线性范围为 0 .0 5— 2 0 0μg/m L ,检出限为 0 .0 1μg/m L。对 10μg/m L Co( )连续测定 7次 ,相对标准偏差为 1.7%。     

~ Transform Demonstration of Dark Soliton Solutions Found by Inverse Scattering

One of the basic problems about the inverse scattering transform for solving a completely integrable nonlinear evolutions equation is to demonstrate that the Jost solutions obtained from the inverse scattering equations of Cauchy integral satisfy the Lax equations. Such a basic problem still exists in the procedure of deriving the dark soliton solutions of the NLS equation in normal dispersion with non-vanishing boundary conditions through the inverse scattering transform. In this paper, a pair of Jost solutions with same analytic properties are composed to be a 2 × 2 matrix and then another pair are introduced to be its right inverse confirmed by the Liouville theorem. As they are both 2 × 2 matrices, the right inverse should be the left inverse too, based upon which it is not difficult to show that these Jost solutions satisfy both the first and second Lax equations. As a result of compatibility condition, the dark soliton solutions definitely satisfy the NLS equation in normal dispersion with non-vanishing boundary conditions.     

Fast algorithms for determining the linear complexities of sequences over GF(pm) with the period 3n

In this paper, for the the primes p such that 3 is a divisor of p − 1, we prove a result which reduces the computation of the linear complexity of a sequence over GF(p ^m) (any positive integer m) with the period 3n (n and p ^m − 1 are coprime) to the computation of the linear complexities of three sequences with the period n. Combined with some known algorithms such as generalized Games-Chan algorithm, Berlekamp-Massey algorithm and Xiao-Wei-Lam-Imamura algorithm, we can determine the linear complexity of any sequence over GF(p ^m) with the period 3n (n and p ^m − 1 are coprime) more efficiently.     

二维光电位置敏感器件的非线性修正

根据二维光电位置敏感器件 (PSD)的工作原理 ,分析了影响PSD线性度的主要因素 ,提出了一种用神经网络对PSD进行非线性修正的方法。以PSD的输入输出数据对作为样本训练的神经网络 ,利用神经网络所具有地能够以任意精度逼近非线性函数的能力 ,实现PSD的输出与实际光点位置之间的映射 ,在神经网络的输出端得到线性响应。该方法的优点是不需要很大的数据存储量即可得到很好的修正效果。结果表明 ,修正后的PSD能在较宽的位置范围内输出高线性度的信号     

Drift of Spiral Waves in Complex Ginzburg-Landau Equation

The spontaneous drift of the spiral wave in a finite domain in the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation is investigated numerically. By using the interactions between the spiral wave and its images, we propose a phenomenological theory to explain the observations.     

一生辉煌半世坎坷——纪念孟昭英院士诞辰一百周年

孟昭英院士是著名物理学家、我国电子学开拓者，在清华大学物理系历史上是积极倡导“理工会通”教育思想的杰出大师，曾为我国培养了许多高级科技人才，有的成了我国某学科学术带头人，有的是佩戴上“两弹、一星”国家勋章的科学家．孟昭英先生一生辉煌、半生坎坷，但是即使在蒙受奇冤的年代，仍然以国家和民族大业为重，不懈努力．改革开放后，更是老骥伏枥，惮精竭虑地为清华大学物理系的重振作出了卓越贡献．值此孟昭英先生诞辰100周年之际，挥泪命笔写下此文。
