从描述空间冷等离子体波动的双流体动力学方程出发,模拟了低纬电离层顶部的周期场向电流脉冲激发的阿尔芬波在电离层中的传播过程,分析了阿尔芬波在低纬电离层中的反射和耦合.结果表明,在谐振器下边界沿磁力线方向传播的剪切阿尔芬波会发生明显反射(反射系数(R)≥0.6),当剪切阿尔芬波频率位于谐振器共振频率附近时,剪切阿尔芬波在反射过程中将激发垂直于背景磁场传播的压缩阿尔芬波,其扰动磁场将可能形成当地观测的短周期地磁脉动.该结果为从理论上解释地磁脉动现象提供了一种理论依据.  相似文献

We prove a generalization to the totally real field case of the Waldspurger’s formula relating the Fourier coefficient of a half integral weight form and the central value of the L-function of an integral weight form. Our proof is based on a new interpretation of Waldspurger’s formula as a combination of two ingredients – an equality between global distributions, and a dichotomy result for theta correspondence. As applications we generalize the Kohnen–Zagier formula for holomorphic forms and prove the equivalence of the Ramanujan conjecture for half integral weight forms and a case of the Lindel?f hypothesis for integral weight forms. A new type of catalyst from supporting C60 on MoO3 and Al2O3 has been prepared. The effect of different order of impregnation and calcination atmosphere on catalyst are investigated by the solution test in toluene, UV-VIS spectroscopy and temperature programmed reduction (TPR). The results show that when the catalyst was prepared by supporting MoO3 on C60/Al2O3 and calcined in N2, there is a stronger interaction between C60, MoO3 and Al2O3, but when supporting C60 on MoO3/Al2O3, the interaction is relatively weak. We consider that in the former method a new complex, Mo–C60–O–Al, is formed.  相似文献

Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) was used to study the noncovalent metallo-enzyme—inhibitor complexes of matrilysin (a matrix metalloproteinase of mass 18,720 u) under gentle experimental conditions and to determine the metal ion association stoichiometries in both the free enzyme and the complexes. The metal association stoichiometries of the free matrilysin were found to be highly sensitive to solution pH changes. At pH 2.2 the enzyme existed as metal-free apo-matrilysin and was not capable of binding an inhibitor. At pH 4.5–7.0 the enzyme associated specifically with zinc and calcium cations and became active in inhibitor binding. Although the stoichiometries of the metal cofactors varied (zero to two zinc and/or calcium ions) in the free enzyme dependent on solution pH, the predominant form of the enzyme—inhibitor complexes in the pH range of 4.5–7.0, in contrast, always had the metal association stoichiometry of 2Zn + 2Ca, which was the same stoichiometry the most active free metallo-enzyme had at the optimal pH of 7. At the activity onset pH of 4.5 matrilysin existed mostly as apo-enzyme (but in a conformation different from the denatured one at pH 2.2) and bound to an inhibitor slowly (time constant ~ 2.5 min) to form the noncovalent metallo-enzyme—inhibitor complex. Of the two inhibitors studied, the one with the higher solution binding constant also produced larger ion signals for the noncovalent complex in the solvent-free gas phase, which pointed to the feasibility of the use of ESI-MS for inhibitor screening studies.  相似文献

The influence of repeated freeze–thawing on pore structural characteristics and physical properties of porous silk fibroin materials prepared by freeze drying were studied. It showed that when quick‐frozen silk fibroin solution was repeatedly thawed and frozen before being vacuum dried, thus pore size of prepared porous silk fibroin materials increased from 67 µm to about 120 µm, and pore density decreased from 80 per square millimeter to about 28 per square millimeter; at the same time compression ratio and moisture permeability increased from 22.7% and 230 g/m2 hr to about 33.7% and 308 g/m2 hr, respectively, tensile strength and dissolvability in hot water decreased from 20.2 N/cm2 and 42.7% to about 12.5 N/cm2 and 26.1%, respectively. Both the times of repeated thawing and the thawing temperature had a certain influence on the above‐mentioned pore characteristic parameters and physical properties. 应用人工神经网络原理,采用误差反向传播方法,对紫外吸收光谱重叠的增效联磺片中的三个组分含量不经分离可同时进行测定。磺胺嘧啶(SD)、磺胺甲恶唑(SMP)、甲氧苄胺嘧啶(TMP)的平均回收率分别为103.1%、98.21%、98.76%。探讨了人工神经网络中网络参数对分析结果的影响。  相似文献
