Reactions of [Au(PPh3)Cl], (Bu4N)[AuCl4] and the organometallic gold complex [Au(damp-C1,N)Cl2] (damp- = 2-(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl) with the potentially tri- and tetradentate proligands PhP(C6H3-SH-2-R-3)2 (H2L1a, R = SiMe3; H2L1b, R = H) and P(C6H4-SH-2)3 (H3L2) result in the formation of mono- or dinuclear gold complexes depending on the precursor used. Monomeric complexes of the type [AuL1Cl] are formed upon the reaction with [Au(damp-C1,N)Cl2], but small amounts of dinuclear [AuL1]2 complexes with gold in two different oxidation states, +1 and +3, have been isolated as side-products. The dinuclear compounds are obtained in better yields from [AuCl4]-. A dinuclear complex having two Au(III) centers can be isolated from the reaction of [Au(PPh3)Cl] with H3L2, whereas from the reaction with H2L1b the mononuclear [Au(Ph3P)HL1b] is obtained, which contains a three-coordinate gold atom. Comparatively short gold-gold distances have been found in the dinuclear complexes (2.978(2) and 3.434(1) A). They are indicative of weak gold-gold interactions, which is unusual for gold(III).  相似文献

A new patterning approach using polymer-on-polymer stamping (POPS) has been developed to fabricate polymer-colloid templates for controlling selective cell attachment. In this paper, a polyamine surface patterned onto a poly(acrylic acid)/poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAA/PAH) cell resistant multilayer platform serves as a template for the deposition of close- or loose-packed colloidal particles. Peptides containing the RGD adhesion sequence were used to modify the PAH/colloid surface for specific cell attachment. Cell behavior was studied by varying colloidal packing array density, pattern geometry, and surface chemistry. It was found that loose-packed RGD-modified colloidal arrays enhance cell adhesion, as observed through the development of focal adhesion contacts and orientation of actin stress fibers, but close-packed colloidal arrays induce a rounded and nonadhesive cell morphology and yield a smaller number of attached cells. On loose-packed arrays, cells adjust their shapes to the pattern geometry when the stripe width is smaller than 50 microm and increase their extent of attachment when the concentration of surface RGD peptides is increased. This new biomaterials system allows the examination of cell behavior as a function of RGD surface distribution on the molecular to micrometer scale and reveals cellular response to different surface roughnesses.  相似文献

Cope's rat snakes (Elaphe taeniura) favor to expose under sunlight in order to increase their body temperature simultaneously increasing the risk of skin damage by ultraviolet B (UVB) irradiation. We have investigated the effects of UVB irradiation on their skin. Results show that the UVB transmission of the keratinous layer was only 5.1+/-0.36%. The peak of epidermal damage and malondialdehyde (MDA) content, a product of lipid peroxidation, simultaneously occurred 72-96, 48 or 24 h after exposure to 300, 500 and 800 mJ/cm2 of UVB radiation, respectively. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was inhibited by UVB and the lowest activity occurred 24, 48, 12 and 12 h after exposure to 110, 300, 500 and 800 mJ/cm2 of UVB, respectively. SOD activity recovered later to some extent but mostly remained below control level. After exposure to different doses of UVB radiation, catalase (CAT) activity was inhibited immediately, and then gradually recovered and even increased to peak levels above control level. The highest CAT levels accompanied the most serious damage of skin morphology. Later on, CAT activity decreased and recovered again close to or below control level, which was accompanied by shedding off the damaged epidermal complex. This indicated that the epidermal damage induced by UVB is closely related to lipid peroxidation, where CAT acts as a primary antioxidant enzyme. Moreover, the keratinous layer protects the viable cell layer against UVB damage as well.  相似文献

The Ni/CNT catalyst was fabricated by directly dipping carbon nanotube precursors refluxed in 4 M of nitric acid into Ni electroless plating bath, and used to synthesize new carbon nanotubes. The experimental results indicate that the duration of acid-treatment of carbon nanotubes precursors exerts a great influence on the catalysis of Ni/CNT in the synthesis of carbon nanotubes and hence the structures of the new carbon nanotubes. When the carbon nanotubes precursors were refluxed for 0.5 h in 4 M of nitric acid, bamboo-shaped carbon nanotubes (BSCNT) or Y junction carbon nanotubes in the carbon products were obtained. As the duration of acid-treatment of carbon nanotubes precursors increased to 6 h, the as-prepared Ni/CNT displayed higher activity, and the carbon nanotube products were high pure without any Y junction structure or any separation layers in hollow.  相似文献

From the high-order perturbation formulas of EPR parameters (zero-field splitting D, g factors gparallel, gperpendicular and hyperfine structure constants Aparallel, Aperpendicular) based on the two spin-orbit coupling parameter model for 3d3 ions in trigonal symmetry, the EPR parameters of Cr3+ and V2+ ions in HfS2 crystals are calculated. From the calculations, it is found that the local trigonal distortion angle theta of impurity center in HfS2:Cr3+ is smaller than that in HfS2:V2+. The dominant cause of the small zero-field splitting |D| and g-anisotropy |Deltag|=|gparallel-gperpendicular| in HfS2:Cr3+ (compound to HfS2:V2+) is due to the small local trigonal distortion angle theta rather than to the small impurity-ligand distance R in HfS2:Cr3+.  相似文献

 以类层柱CuZnAl水滑石为前体,经不同温度焙烧制备了一系列甲醇水蒸气重整制氢催化剂. 在250 ℃、 水/甲醇比1.3和重时空速2.5 h-1下的反应结果表明, 600 ℃焙烧的催化剂具有优异的活性和稳定性,而≤500 ℃和≥700 ℃焙烧后的催化剂活性较差. 热重、 X射线衍射、 傅里叶变换红外光谱和程序升温还原分析结果表明, 600 ℃焙烧时水滑石分解较为完全,析出纳米CuO粒子的同时伴生CuAl2O4尖晶石相,进而在反应过程中对金属Cu纳米粒子和ZnO起到良好的隔离和稳定作用. 焙烧温度≥700 ℃时CuO纳米粒子发生二次团聚,同时CuAl2O4尖晶石相大量生成,造成催化活性位减少,活性较低; 而焙烧温度≤500 ℃时水滑石分解不完全,生成 (Cu,Zn)AlxOy(CO3)z复合物且无尖晶石相伴生,造成反应中金属Cu纳米粒子和ZnO聚集,导致催化剂活性较低.  相似文献

鳗鱼加工下脚料(头、骨等)所得鱼油经甲酯化处理后,用GC和GC-MS进行了脂肪酸的组成分析,共签定出27个组分,它们占色谱峰总面积的97.9%。其主组分为油酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸,并含有廿碳五烯酸、廿二碳六烯酸,与鳗鱼肉中油的化学组成类似,具有开发利用的价值。  相似文献

本文建立了流动注射二甲酚橙光度法测定镀锌纯化液中Zn ̄2+的自动分析方法。利用区域采样技术和调整管路参数自动完成对样品的上千倍稀释,确定了最佳分析条件并研究了干扰离子的影响及消除办法。所建方法仪器简单,分析速度为84次/小时,变异系数(Zn ̄2+16.0g/L,n=20)为1.O%,用于实际钝化液分析,相对误差小于±10%。  相似文献
