The composites of barium ferrite coated on hollow ceramic microspheres were prepared using sol-gel technique. The crystal structure, morphology and microwave absorption properties of composite powders with different weight ratio of microspheres were studied with XRD, EDS, FESEM and vector network analyzer. The results show that the microwave absorption properties of composite powders are greatly improved. The maximum microwave loss of composite powders reaches 31 dB with an amount of 50 wt.% microspheres, and its density is only about 1.80 g/cm3. The effect of hollow ceramic microspheres on the microwave absorption property is also discussed. 相似文献

Nylon‐66 nanocomposites were prepared by melt‐compounding nylon‐66 with an alkyl ammonium surfactant pretreated montmorillonite (MMT). The thermal stability of the organic MMT powders was measured by thermogravimetric analysis. The decomposition of the surfactant on the MMT occurred from 200 to 500 °C. The low onset decomposition temperature of the organic MMT is one shortcoming when it is used to prepare polymer nanocomposites at high melt‐compounding temperatures. To provide greater property enhancement and better thermal stability of the polymer/MMT nanocomposites, it is necessary to develop MMT modified with more thermally stable surfactants. The dispersion and spatial distribution of the organic MMT layers in the nylon‐66 matrix were characterized by X‐ray diffraction. The organic MMT layers were exfoliated but not randomly dispersed in the nylon‐66 matrix. A model was proposed to describe the spatial distribution of the organic MMT layers in an injection‐molded rectangular bar of nylon‐66/organic MMT nanocomposites. Most organic MMT layers were oriented in the injection‐molding direction. Layers near the four surfaces of the bar were parallel to their corresponding surfaces; whereas those in the bulk differed from the near‐surface layers and rotated themselves about the injection‐molding direction. The influence of the spatial distribution of the organic MMT on crystallization of nylon‐66 was also investigated. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Based on the generalized Huygens–Fresnel diffraction integral and the expansion of the hard aperture function into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions, the approximate analytical expression of elegant Laguerre–Gaussian beams passing through a paraxial ABCD optical system with an annular aperture is derived. Meanwhile, the corresponding closed-forms for the unapertured, circular apertured or circular black screen cases are also given. The obtained results provide more convenience for studying their propagation and transformation than the usual way by using diffraction integral formula directly. This paper introduces the analysis method and principle of pulse fast-thermal neutron analysis (PFTNA). A system for the measurement
of low caloric power of coal by PFTNA is also presented. The 14 MeV pulse neutron generator and BGO detector and 4096 MCA
were applied in this system. A multiple linear regression method applied to the data solved the interferential problem of
multiple elements. The error of low caloric power between chemical analysis and experiment was less than 0.4 MJ/kg.

The effects of partial substitution of Mn for Co on the thermoelectric properties of Ca3MnxCo4−xO9 (x=0, 0.03, 0.9), prepared by sol-gel process, were investigated at the temperatures from 380 K down to 5 K. The results indicate that the substitution of Mn for Co results in increase in thermopower at temperatures >∼80 K, and substantial (23-31% at 300 K) decrease in lattice thermal conductivity in the whole temperature range investigated. The temperature behavior of ZT suggests that Ca3MnxCo4−xO9 with light Mn substitution would be a promising candidate for high-temperature thermoelectric applications. 相似文献

通过调整泵浦光直径,使得LD端面泵浦固体激光器的振荡光工作于基模.在排除高阶横模的条件下,测量了由于热透镜的不稳定引起的光场场分布的噪音.实验发现,基模振荡光的高斯半径、光束指向角都在波动,而且光斑存在畸变波动.对一个未采取抑制措施的2W连续LD端面泵浦Nd:YAG固体激光器进行了测量.结果表明,在总功率不变的情况下,激光束峰值点附近的光强波动达到6.3%;激光的高斯半径波动达到5.8%;激光的指向角波动达到0.3mrad. 相似文献
