界面反射偏振象差分析

在光学没计中,一般认为在同一光波面上,光束具有相同的振幅和偏振状态。事实上,光束经过许多光学元件后,偏振状态会发生变化,特别是入射角和光程的不同,会导致出射光波面上偏振分布不再均匀,形成偏振象差。本文主要就轴上物点发出的光束经过界面反射后的偏振象差方面进行了分析。     

Effects of electron-interface-phonon interactions on interactions between electrons in double-heterostructures

Effects of electron-interface-phonon interaction on the interaction between electrons in double heterostructures are considered. It is found that the interaction potential between electrons caused by each of four interface-phonon modes is different. For electrons moving at the two interfaces of double heterostructure, the interaction energies of the electrons produced by the interaction with antisymmetric modes are positive which indicate that the forces between electrons are repulsive. The interaction energies caused by interaction with symmetric modes are negative and the forces are attractive. The resultant of the forces are attractive and become larger when the width of potential barrier decreases for InAs/GaSb/InAs double heterostructure.

Global optimization design of quasi-optics fower combiner of solid-state millimeter wave resonator

This paper describes a global optimization design of quasi-optics power combiner of solid-state millimeterwave resonator. It is operated in the frequency range from 50 to 300 GHz using GaAs Gunn diodes. It is shown that sourcearrays containing N² (N=3,5,...2K+1, where k is positive integer) individual elements. It is very efficient power transfer of energy from the source-array to the fractional power of the fundamental beam mode etc.. The RF output power exceeded the sum of the individual diodes to be threefold to sevenfold. And this data is the global optimization solution.

Mössbauer study of fired Lishan clay and terra-cotta warriors and horses of Qin dynasty (221 B.C.)

The sherds of terra-cotta warriors and horses and Lishan clay were characterized by Mossbauer spectroscopy, XRD, XRF, NAA, thermal and chemical analyses. Lishan clay was testified as the original material of terracotta warriors and horses, the kilning of these warriors and horses was first carried out in an oxidizing atmosphere, and then changed to a predominantly reducing atmosphere. With refiring experiments, the temperatures of Q3 and Q4 samples were determined to be 830±50 and 980±50°C respectively. Transformations of Lishan clay were determined by firing in oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. The Mossbauer parameters of Lishan clay, which was taken after 2–24h firing, were changing up to 12h.     

All-fibre optical system for exciting and detecting the vibration of silicon microresonator sensors

An all-fibre optical system for optical interrogation and detection of the vibrations of a silicon microresonator is reported. Metal-coated silicon microresonators are excited by intensity modulated laser light delivered through an optical fibre, while the vibration of the resonators is detected by an optical fibre interferometer. Measurements have shown that an average optical power of 10 μW is sufficient to maintain the flexural vibration of the resonator. When the resonator is used as a pressure sensor, its resonant frequency changes from 62 kHz to 130 kHz as the pressure varies from -0°6 bar to 1 bar (gauge). A silicon resonator with 700 nm aluminium coating functions as a temperature sensor, showing a frequency shift from 262 kHz to 251 kHz when the temperature changes from 25 °C to 80 °C.
