研究了一类3维反转系统中包含2个鞍点的对称异维环分支问题, 且仅限于研究系统的线性对合R的不变集维数为1的情形. 给出了R-对称异宿环与R-对称周期轨线存在和共存的条件, 同时也得到了R-对称的重周期轨线存在性. 其 次, 给出了异宿环、 同宿轨线、 重同宿轨线和单参数族周期轨线的存在性、 唯一性和共存性等结论, 并且发现不可数无穷条周期轨线聚集在某一同宿轨线的小邻域内. 最后给出了相应的分支图.  相似文献

Numerical basis sets are known for their rapid convergence in density functional theory calculations. The selections of global orbital cutoff values and numerical basis set sizes are important to the computational accuracies and efficiencies. In this study, the effects of global orbital cutoff values and numerical basis set sizes on the theoretical atomization energies (D 0) were investigated using density functional theory with the generalized gradient approximation. Our results on the total energies of seven atoms and D 0 of a set of 44 molecules demonstrate that the numerical orbital cutoff value should be larger than 6.5 Å to get the converged energetic properties. Through comparing the D 0 of these 44 molecules obtained by using four kinds of different numerical basis sets, DN, DND, DNP, and TNP, it demonstrates that the DNP basis set is good enough to predict accurate D 0 with affordable computational cost.  相似文献

We propose refractive index sensors based on Ag-metalized nanolayer in microstructured optical fibers. The surface plasmon resonance modes and the sensing properties are theoretically analyzed using finite element method (FEM). In the calculation, Drude–Lorentz model is used to describe the Metal Dielectric constant. The calculation results show that the sensitivity of Ag-metalized SPR sensor can reach 1500 nm/RIU corresponding to a resolution of 6.67 × 10?5 RIU. Comparing with conventional detecting material-Au under the same structure, the sensitivity and 3 dB bandwidth of our device are better.  相似文献

Biological ion channels existing in organisms are critical for many biological processes. Inspired by biological ion channels, the heterogeneous electrospinning nanofiber membranes (HENM) with functional ion channels are constructed by electrospinning technology. The HENM successfully realizes ion-gating effects, which can be used for tunable energy conversions. Introduction of pyridine and carboxylic acid groups into the HENM plays an important role in generating unique and stable ion transport behaviors, in which gates become alternative states of open and close, responding to symmetric/asymmetric pH stimulations. Then we used the HENM to convert osmotic energy into electric energy which reach a maximum value up to 12.34 W m−2 and the output power density of HENM-based system could be regulated by ion-gating effects. The properties of the HENM provide widespread potentials in application of smart nanofluidic devices, energy conversion, and water treatment.  相似文献

Occupational chronic cadmium poisoning (OCCP) can cause irreversible organ damage. Currently, no effective treatment is available for OCCP, and effective and sensitive biomarkers for treatment evaluation are still lacking. In this study, metabolomics techniques were used to analyze changes in endogenous metabolites in the urine of patients with OCCP after 15 years of treatment. Thirty urine samples from female patients with OCCP and healthy female controls (n = 15 per group) were assessed using gas chromatography–time-of-flight mass spectrometry and ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography–Q-Exactive mass spectrometry. The OCCP group had higher concentrations of blood urea nitrogen and urinary cadmium but near-normal urinary concentrations of β2-microglobulin and retinol-binding protein. Compared with the control group, the OCCP group had 66 significantly different metabolites with a variable importance in projection score >1 and p < 0.05. These differential metabolites were involved in various metabolic pathways, such as creatine metabolism, nicotinate and nicotinamide metabolism, the pentose phosphate pathway, d -glutamine and d -glutamate metabolism, and amino acid metabolism. Compared with the control group, the OCCP group had significantly higher urinary concentrations of creatine, glutamic acid, quinolinic acid and nicotinic acid. In a receiver operator characteristic analysis, the area under the curve of creatine was higher than those for glutamic acid, quinolinic acid and nicotinic acid, indicating that urinary concentrations of creatine could be used as a sensitive biomarker for the diagnosis and prognosis of OCCP and for monitoring its treatment.  相似文献
