Hyperbranched poly(2‐ethyl‐2‐oxazoline) was synthesized by a combination of cationic ring‐opening polymerization and the oxidation of thiol to disulfide groups. A three‐arm star poly(2‐ethyl‐2‐oxazoline) (PEtOx) was first synthesized using 1,3,5‐tris(bromomethyl) benzene as an initiator. The star PEtOx was end‐capped with potassium ethyl xanthate. Similarly, a linear PEtOx was synthesized and end‐capped with potassium ethyl xanthate using benzyl bromide as an initiator. Hyperbranched PEtOx was then obtained by in situ cleaving and subsequent oxidation of the star PEtOx and linear PEtOx mixture with n‐butylamine as both a cleaving agent and a base in tetrahydrofuran. The linear PEtOx was used to prevent the formation of gel. The hyperbranched PEtOx can be cleaved with dithiothreitol to trithiol and monothiol polymer. The hyperbranched PEtOx shows no remaining thiols using Ellman's assay. In a satellite optical communication system, the pointing error is an important factor that strongly influences the system performance. For periscope-type satellite optical communication terminals, installation errors of 45° plane mirrors in the coarse point apparatus (CPA) can lead to pointing errors. In this respect, we classify the installation errors of two 45° plane mirrors in the system and derive the corresponding ??transfer?? matrices to describe them. Furthermore, we establish mathematical models of the pointing error caused by installation errors of 45° plane mirrors. These models allow one to calculate and compensate the pointing errors in periscope-type satellite optical communication terminals. The results of our simulations show that the pointing errors vary with the elevation axis angle but do not depend on the azimuth axis angle. Compared to the side-angle error, the slope-angle error brings a larger pointing error. However, the mathematical model we developed allows one to compensate more than 99.9?% of the overall pointing error. Bergenia emeiensis is a traditional folk medicine in China. Most studies are focusing on the bioactivity of bergenin, neglecting other compounds. Therefore, in this present work, the antioxidant, antibacterial and anticancer abilities of triterpenes from B. emeiensis rhizomes (TBE) were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that TBE could well scavenge DPPH with a lower EC50 of 0.29 mg/mL and could improve the cell viability of CHO cells against H2O2 induced cell death. Additionally, TBE also enhanced the resistance of C. elegans under thermal stress, exhibiting a strong antioxidant potential in vivo. Moreover, TBE showed a certain antibacterial ability on five kind strains such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa while TBE could not significantly inhibit the growth of plant pathogenic fungi. Furthermore, TBE possessed an excellent suppression ability on the proliferation of cancer cells especially Hela and Hep G2 cells with an IC50 of 41.79 μg/mL and 48.62 μg/mL at 48 h, respectively. After fractionally extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and ethanol, ethanol phase (EP) contained the most triterpenes, followed by ethyl acetate phase (EAP) and petroleum ether phase (PEP). Besides, EP and EAP exhibited a strong antioxidant capacity and also inhibited the proliferation of Hela and Hep G2 cells with the effect of pro-oxidation by inducing a high level of ROS and decreasing mitochondrial membrane potential, thus causing oxidative stress then inducing cell apoptosis. Therefore, these outcomes indicated the triterpenes from B. emeiensis possessed a strong antioxidant ability and an anticancer effect, thus making B. emeiensis become a promising potential alternative in pharmacological field. 相似文献

Microwave (MW) heating was proven to efficiently solid-synthesize calcium carbide at 1750 °C, which was about 400 °C lower than electric heating. This study focused on the investigation of the diffusion behaviors of graphite and calcium oxide during the solid-state synthesis of calcium carbide by microwave heating and compared them with these heated by the conventional method. The phase compositions and morphologies of CaO and C pellets before and after heating were carefully characterized by inductively coupled plasma spectrograph (ICP), thermo gravimetric (TG) analyses, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The experimental results showed that in both thermal fields, Ca and C inter-diffused at a lower temperature, but at a higher temperature, the formed calcium carbide crystals would have a negative effect on Ca diffusion to carbon. The significant enhancement of MW heating on carbon diffusion, thus on the more efficient synthesis of calcium carbide, manifested that MW heating would be a promising way for calcium carbide production, and that a sufficient enough carbon material, instead of CaO, was beneficial for calcium carbide formation in MW reactors. 相似文献
