The effects of pellet morphology, diameter, density, and interior structure on L-lactic acid fermentation by Rhizopus oryzae were characterized for different inoculum sizes and concentrations of peptone and CaCO3. Inoculum size was the most important factor determining pellet formation and diameter. The diameter decreased with increasing inoculum size, and larger pellets were observed for lower inoculum sizes. Peptone concentration had the greatest effect on pellet density, which increased with increasing peptone concentration. L-lactic acid production depended heavily on pellet density but not on pellet diameter. Low-density pellets formed easily under conditions of low peptone concentration and often had a relatively hollow structure, with a thin condensed layer surrounding the pellet and an extraordinarily loose biomass or hollow center. As expected, this structure greatly decreased production. The production of L-lactic acid increased until the density reached a certain level (50–60 kg/m3), in which the compact part was distributed homogeneously in the thick outer layer of the pellet and loose in the central layer. Homogeneously structured, denser pellets had limited mass transfer, causing a lower overall turnover rate. However, the interior structure remained nearly constant throughout all fermentation phases for pellets with the same density. CaCO3 concentration only had a slight influence on pellet diameter and density, probably because it increases spore germination and filamentous hypha extension. This work also provides a new analysis method to quantify the interior structure of pellets, thus giving insight into pellet structure and its relationship with productivity. 相似文献

The high reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation ability and simple construction of sonosensitizer systems remain challenging in sonodynamic therapy against the hypoxic tumor. In this work, we rationally prepared MOF-derived double-layer hollow manganese silicate nanoparticle (DHMS) with highly effective ROS yield under ultrasound irradiation for multimodal imaging-guided sonodynamic therapy (SDT). The presence of Mn in DHMS increased ROS generation efficiency because it could be oxidized by holes to improve the electron–hole separation. Moreover, DHMS could produce oxygen in the tumor microenvironment, which helps overcome the hypoxia of the solid tumor and thus enhance the treatment efficiency. In vivo experiments demonstrated efficient tumor inhibition in DHMS-mediated SDT guided by ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging. This work presents a MOF-derived nanoparticle with sonosensitive and oxygen generating ability, which provides a promising strategy for tumor hypoxia in SDT. 相似文献

Despite recent progress in producing perovskite nanowires (NWs) for optoelectronics, it remains challenging to solution-print an array of NWs with precisely controlled position and orientation. Herein, we report a robust capillary-assisted solution printing (CASP) strategy to rapidly access aligned and highly crystalline perovskite NW arrays. The key to the CASP approach lies in the integration of capillary-directed assembly through periodic nanochannels and solution printing through the programmably moving substrate to rapidly guide the deposition of perovskite NWs. The growth kinetics of perovskite NWs was closely examined by in situ optical microscopy. Intriguingly, the as-printed perovskite NWs array exhibit excellent optical and optoelectronic properties and can be conveniently implemented for the scalable fabrication of photodetectors. 相似文献

Cationic framework materials, especially pure inorganic cationic frameworks that can efficiently and selectively capture harmful heavy metal oxyanions from aqueous solution are highly desired yet scarcely reported. Herein, we report the discovery of a 2D cationic aluminum oxyhydroxide, JU-111, which sets a new benchmark for heavy metal oxyanion sorbents, especially for CrVI. Its structure was solved based on 3D electron diffraction tomography data. JU-111 shows fast sorption kinetics (ca. 20 min), high capture capacity (105.4 mg g−1), and broad working pH range (3–10) toward CrVI oxyanions. Unlike layered double hydroxides (LDHs), which are poorly selective in the presence of CO32−, JU-111 retains excellent selectivity for CrVI even under a large excess of CO32−. These superior features coupled with the ultra-low cost and environmentally benign nature make JU-111 a promising candidate for toxic metal oxyanion remediation as well as other potential applications. 相似文献

The enantioseparation of eight psychoactive drugs has been firstly performed on a coated cellulose-based chiral stationary phase (Chiralcel OJ-H). To obtain optimum separation conditions, the influences of alcohol modifiers and basic/acidic additives have been studied. As a result, except for the partial separation of oxybutynin enantiomers, the other seven drug enantiomers, including mirtazapine, sulpiride, promethazine, citalopram, oxazepam, donepezil, and cyamemazine, have been completely separated. Additionally, for gaining a better insight into the chiral recognition mechanisms, molecular docking was carried out using the Autodock software. Herein, binding energy and conformations of the chiral stationary phase complexes were provided, and it was found that the distinction in enantiomeric conformation determined the number and strength of intermolecular interactions between analytes and chiral stationary phase which resulted in the difference in binding energies of two enantiomers, and ultimately led to the different migration. These modeling results were in accordance with the observed enantioseparation results in high performance liquid chromatography experiments. At last, chiral separation mechanisms have been discussed in detail, and it has been confirmed that hydrogen bond, π–π, hydrophobic interactions, and some special interactions synergistically contributed to the enantioseparation of psychoactive drugs. 相似文献

The high-dimensional (that is, three-dimensional (3D)) assembly of nanomaterials is an effective means of improving their properties; however, achieving this assembly at the atomic level remains challenging. Herein, we obtained a novel nanocluster, [Au8Ag57(Dppp)4(C6H11S)32Cl2]Cl (Dppp=1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane) showing a 3D octameric assembly mode involving the kernel penetration of eight complete icosahedral Au@Ag10Au2 units for the first time. The atomically precise structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and further confirmed by thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry measurements. Furthermore, ligand-induced transformation prompted the conversion of [Au8Ag57(Dppp)4(C6H11S)32Cl2]Cl, with complete octameric fusion into [Au8Ag55(Dppp)4(C6H11S)34][BPh4]2, with incomplete octameric fusion. Purely organic materials showing room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) and ultralong RTP (OURTP) have recently attracted much attention. However, it is challenging to integrate circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) into RTP/OURTP. Here, we show a strategy to realize CPL-active OURTP (CP-OURTP) by binding an achiral phosphor group directly to the chiral center of an ester chain. Engineering of this flexible chiral chain enables efficient chirality transfer to carbazole aggregates, resulting in strong CP-OURTP with a lifetime of over 0.6 s and dissymmetry factor of 2.3×10−3 after the conformation regulation upon photo-activation. The realized CP-OURTP is thus stable at room temperature but can be deactivated quickly at 50 °C to CP-RTP with high CPL stability during the photo-activation/thermal-deactivation cycles. Based on this extraordinary photo/thermal-responsive and highly reversible CP-OURTP/RTP, a CPL-featured lifetime-encrypted combinational logic device has been successfully established. 相似文献

本文较为系统地研究了铜粉催化剂加入方式对C.I.颜料红177中间体4,4'-二氨基-1,1'-二蒽醌-3,3'-二磺酸(DAS)合成过程中的乌尔曼偶联反应速率的影响规律。 研究结果表明,在55 ℃较佳反应温度下,先加入与溴氨酸钠质量比为2:5的铜粉,反应一段时间后再加入与溴氨酸钠的质量比为1:5的铜粉,与一次性加入与溴氨酸钠的质量比为3:5的铜粉相比较,综合反应时间可节省2~3 h。 另外,对于DAS中混有的铜盐,采取在制备过程中加入柠檬酸的方法予以去除,此举可提高DAS的纯度。 当铜粉与柠檬酸的质量比为6:1时,可使DAS中铜盐的含量小于0.001%。 此外还探究了蒸馏后滤液的剩余量对DAS收率的影响,结果表明,滤液的剩余量在20 mL时,DAS的收率在95%以上。 基于本文的研究结果提出,欲进一步提高该反应的收率,需要寻找更高效的催化剂。 相似文献

采用超声法制备g-C3N4/NiO复合催化材料,将其滴涂在玻碳电极(GCE)表面构建g-C3N4/NiO/GCE催化电极。采用电聚合方法,以马尿酸为模板分子,邻苯二胺为功能单体构建M IP/g-C3N4/NiO/GCE传感器。采用时间-电流法对传感器制备条件优化。结果表明,复合催化材料对H2O2具有良好的催化效果。分子印迹传感器对马尿酸具有良好的选择性。在优化条件下,马尿酸质量浓度在0.05~2 mg/L范围内,电极电流响应与浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为7.1μg/L。将电极用于尿液中马尿酸的检测,回收率在87.3%~95.3%之间。 相似文献
