本文提出了EMD与Elman神经网络相结合的气液两相流流型识别的新方法.将压差波动信号经验模态分解(EMD)后的固有模态函数(IMF)进行分析、提取IMF能量作为Elman神经网络的输入特征向量,对水平管内的气液两相流流型进行识别.实验结果表明:该方法优于BP网络且稳定、识别率高,具有可行性.  相似文献

为了探讨稀土Eu^3+与纳米ZnO基质之间的能量传递,利用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-Gel)制备了ZnO∶Eu^3+纳米晶,测量了样品的X射线衍射谱(XRD)、光致发光谱(PL)和激发谱(PLE)。X射线衍射结果表明,ZnO∶Eu^3+具有六角纤锌矿晶体结构。观察到稀土Eu^3+强而窄的特征发射和ZnO基质弱而宽的可见发射。分析了稀土Eu^3+激发态5^D0→7^F1,5^D0→7^F3和5^D0→7^F2特征发射机制。给出了Eu^3+离子特征发射的峰值强度随掺Eu^3+浓度增加而增强的变化关系,证实了纳米ZnO基质与稀土Eu^3+离子之间存在能量传递。比较了Eu^3+离子5^D0→7^F1磁偶极跃迁(MD)与5^D0→7^F2电偶极跃迁(ED)的相对强度,证实了在ZnO纳米晶基质中大多数Eu^3+占据了对称性较低的格位。  相似文献

A single-photon detector based on an InGaAs avalanche photodiode has been developed for use at telecom wavelengths. A suitable delay and sampling gate modulation circuit are used to prevent positive and negative transient pulses from influencing the detection of true photon induced avalanches. A monostable trigger circuit eliminates the influence of avalanche peak jitter, and a dead time modulation feedback control circuit decreases the afterpulsing. From performance tests we lind that at the optimum operation point, the quantum efficiency is 12% and the dark count rate 1.5 × 10^-6 ns^-1, with a detection rate of 500 kHz.  相似文献

Six kinds of Ni-A1 alloy nanowires are optimized by means of simulated annealing. The optimized structures show that the Ni-A1 alloy nanowires are helical shell structures that are wound by three atomic strands, which is very similar to the case with pure metallic nanowires. The densities of states (DOS), transmission function T( E), current-voltage (I - V) curves, and the conductance spectra of these alloy nanowires are also investigated. Our results indicate that the conductance spectra depend on the geometric structure properties and the ingredients of the alloy nanowires. We observe and study the nonlinear contribution to the I-V characteristics that are due to the quantum size effect and the impurity effect. The addition of Ni atoms decreases the conductance of the Ni-A1 alloy nanowire because the doping atom Ni change the electronic band structures and the charge density distribution. The interesting statistical results shed light on the physics of quantum transport at the nano-scale.  相似文献

The extinction cross sections of a system containing two particles are calculated by the T-matrix method, and the results are compared with those of two single particles with single-scattering approximation. The necessity of the correction of the refractive indices of water and polystyrene for different incident wavelengths is particularly addressed in the calculation. By this means, the volume fractions allowed for certain accuracy requirements of single-scattering approximation in the light scattering experiment can be evaluated. The volume fractions calculated with corrected refractive indices are compared with those obtained with fixed refractive indices which have been rather commonly used, showing that fixed refractive indices may cause significant error in evaluating multiple scattering effect. The results also give a simple criterion for selecting the incident wavelength and particle size to avoid the 'blind zone' in the turbidity measurement, where the turbidity change is insensitive to aggregation of two particles.  相似文献

The double electromagnetically induced transparency induced by two coupling fields can be realized in a fourlevel tripod-type atom. Such double transparency spectra can be locally modulated by using the weak coherent fields to perturb the coupling transitions. Elastic scattering properties of the ultracold interaction for the triplet state of ^133Cs and ^85Rb atoms are studied using two kinds of potentials by the same phase Ф. One is the interpolation potential, and another is Lennard-Jones potential (LJl2,6 ). The radial Schrodtinger equation is also solved using two computational methods, the semiclassical method (WKB), and the Numerov method. Our results are found to be in an excellent agreement with the more recent theoretical values. It shows that the two potentials and methods are applicable for studying ultracold collisions between the mixing alkali atoms.  相似文献

The Beijing Electron and Positron Collider II (BEPCII) is a double ring electron positron collider, which can also be used as a synchrotron radiation (SR) light source. Since the BEPCII will start commissioning with SR mode in November 2006, it is essential to have a satisfying SR lattice. Here we first perform frequency map analysis on the original BEPCII SR lattice. The result shows that the resonance is really severe in the lattice and the transverse motion of particles is unstable. Then a new SR lattice is designed to obtain a large dynamic aperture and much more stable transverse motion. The dynamic aperture of the new lattice including nonlinear wiggler effect is calculated to be very good. This new SR lattice can be used in the commissioning stage of the BEPCII.  相似文献

A novel method incorporating the shielded method and the post-processing method has been proposed to fabricate the π-phase-shifted fibre grating. Then an Er-doped π-phase-shifted distributed feedback fibre grating laser has been fabricated using the grating. The laser threshold is 20mW. When pumped with 90mW light at 980nm, the laser gives an output of 1.1mW. Its signal-to-noise ratio is better than 60dB. It is demonstrated that the laser is single mode operation by means of a Fabry--Perot scanning interferometer.  相似文献
