A New Taxoid from Leaves and Branches of Taxus chinensis

A new taxoid, 2-deacetyl-2α, 14β-dihydroxybaccatin Ⅳ (1), was isolated from the leaves and branches of Taxus chinensis together with the known compound baccatin Ⅳ (2). The structure of the new compound was elucidated by spectroscopic techniques. The detailed ^13C NMR assignments of baccatin Ⅳ are reported for the first time.     

火焰原子吸收间断雾化技术的研究及应用

本文综合评述了前人所用间断雾化的各种进样方式和装置,发现在采用峰值测量时,其灵敏度和精密度差别不大。这样,可以直接将喷雾毛细管瞬间(约3秒)插入试液,进行测定。本文对影响饱和量体积的各种因素进行了较详细的试验与对比,包括提升量的变化。喷雾响应时间,不同粘度,不同溶剂(水与有机)的影响。认为饱和量体积实质上取决于待测元素到达火焰和原子化平衡的时间,以及仪器的响应速度。本文还对高盐基体的测定,有机萃取直接FAAS测定,以及血清的测定进行了研究,发现间断雾化技术在这方面具有广泛的应用前景。     

大孔树脂对磺酸类化合物吸附行为的研究

用4种大孔树脂ND-022，ND-900，NDA-99和NDA-100作为吸附剂，分别对水溶液中甲基磺酸钠、苯磺酸钠、对甲基苯磺酸钠和2-萘磺酸钠等磺酸盐进行吸附．探讨了溶液的初始pH值对不同类型树脂吸附磺酸类物质的影响，并通过动态吸附实验研究了SO4^2-对树脂吸附磺酸盐的影响．实验结果表明，复合功能树脂NDA-99对磺酸类化合物具有良好的吸附性能，且其选择性优于弱碱树脂ND-900，这为进一步研究大孔树脂对磺酸类物质的吸附机理和实际工业应用提供了一定的理论依据。     

Triterpenoid Saponins from Luculia pincia Hook

Two new triterpenoid saponins, cincholic acid-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside, 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (I), quinovic acid28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (4), and a new phenolic glucoside, 4-[4‘‘-O-( 2‘‘, 3‘‘, 5‘‘, 6‘‘-tetrahydroxy phenyl)-β-D-glucoside]-l-butene (2), along with five known triterpenoid saponins and one phenolic glucoside were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of the stems of Luculia pinciana Hook. Their structures were established by means of spectroscopic methods.     

Removal of Heavy Metals in Effluent by Adsorption and Coagulation

The silicate colloids with an average diameter 100 nm, were prepared by the hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane (TES), NH4OH (30%) and then modified by (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane (APS). The colloids can adsorb heavy metals such as Pb and Cr in effluent and after adsorption the colloids can be separated by coagulation of aluminum sulfate. The removal of heavy metals is up to 99%.     

二氧化氯催化氧化处理含酚废水的研究

以3种模拟的高浓度含酚废水为处理对象，在室温常压下，以二氧化氯为催化剂，在自制催化剂的作用下进行催化氧化分解酚类物质的研究，考察了PH，ClO2废水（体积比），反应时间，反应温度等对CODCr去除率的影响。实验表明该法能有效地降低含酸废水的CODCr，去除率达90％以上，是一种行之有效的含酚废水处理方法。     

同步辐射X射线微探针研究石榴石中元素分布

北京正负电子对撞机(BEPC)提供同步辐射(SR)白光做激发源,束斑尺寸50μm×50μm,计数时间20s,位移200μm/步,扫描测量石榴石中元素(Fe,Mn,Ca)分布.得到清晰的元素分布图。     

X射线荧光光谱粉末法监控蓝晶石生产流程

利用已有准确结果的蓝晶石选矿流程试样制备两个标准系列(原、尾矿和精矿),试样经机械研磨至~#300目(50μm)及用经验系数法校正矿物效应,颗粒效应及基体效应。本法有快速、简易、成本低等特点,所得结果与化学分析相吻合。可满足生产要求。
