Three model drugs with different function groups were chosen to dialyze with dextran-graft-poly(N-isopropylacrylamide).Only ibuprofen could induce the formation of drug loaded micelles,which was confirmed with dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscope.Hydrogen-bonding between the amide groups of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and the carboxyl groups of ibuprofen was driving force for the drug-loaded micelle.It was also found that the diameter of the ibuprofen-loaded micelles changed reversibly against temperature. 相似文献

In this work, a functional gradient polymeric material derived from silicon-containing acrylate blend emulsion film is prepared

multiple emulsifiers by the two-stage semicontinuous emulsion copolymerization method. Next, blend latexes composed of TRIS-containing
and TRIS-free acrylate latexes are obtained. Detailed studies on the effects of the film-formation temperature and the glass
transition temperature (T
g) differences on the compositional gradient film are conducted. Surface energy analysis shows that silicon elements enriched
at the film-air (F-A) interface and T
g differences facilitate the fabrication of silicon gradient in emulsion blend films. Scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive
X-ray further reveals that the concentration of silicon components varies in a gradient-like manner along the overall transaction
of the film when the film-formation temperature is 55 °C. However, excessive temperature creates the formation of a segmental

The optimization of structure and composition is essential to improve the performance of catalysts. Herein, mesoporous nanoparticles assembled PdNi/Ni nanotubes (mPdNi/Ni NTs) are successfully fabricated using nickel nanowires as sacrificial template. The combination of nanotubular structure with mesoporous nanoparticle morphology can provide facilitated transfer channels and sufficient active sites, allowing the full contact and reaction between catalysts and reactants. Therefore, the synthesized mPdNi/Ni NTs exhibite superior ethanol oxidation performance to mesoporous Pd nanotubes and commercial Pd black. This study proposes a rational strategy for the development of nanoparticle assembled nanotubes with surface mesoporous morphology, which can greatly improve catalytic performance in various electrocatalytic fields. 相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) calculations and experiments in tandem led to discoveries of new reactivities and selectivities involving bioorthogonal sydnone cycloadditions. Dibenzocyclooctyne derivatives (DIBAC and BARAC) were identified to be especially reactive dipolarophiles, which undergo the (3 + 2) cycloadditions with N-phenyl sydnone with the rate constant of up to 1.46 M–1 s–1. Most significantly, the sydnone-dibenzocyclooctyne and norbornene-tetrazine cycloadditions were predicted to be mutually orthogonal. High-spin states in nucleus 139Pm have been studied using the reaction 116Cd(27Al,4n)139Pm.Two dipole cascades have been found.Spin and parity assignments were based on the Directional Correlation of Oriented Nuclei(DCO) ratios and systematic behavior in neighboring odd-proton nuclei.The level structures of 139Pm are compared with those of the N =78 isotone 141Eu in which two dipole bands have been confirmed as magnetic rotational bands.The close similarity between them suggests that the dipole bands in 139... 相似文献
