Determination of proteins with Alizarin Red S by Rayleigh light scattering technique

A new protein determination method by enhanced Rayleigh light scattering (RLS) technique has been developed. In acid condition (pH=3.60), RLS of 1,2-dihydroxyanthraquinone-3-sulfonate (Alizarin Red S) can be greatly enhanced by addition of proteins, resulting in two characteristic peaks, 360 and 505 nm, respectively. The new protein assay is based on the RLS enhancement and spectrum change. The optimum condition for the reaction was investigated. The linear range is 0.20-24.9 μg ml⁻¹ for BSA and 0.20-15.5 μg ml⁻¹ for HSA. The detection limits (S/N=3) are 9.59 ng ml⁻¹ for BSA and 9.51 ng ml⁻¹ for HSA. The results of determination for human serum samples were comparable to those obtained by Bradford method. The binding stoichiometry was determined.     

A New Activation Method for Electroless Metal Plating：Palladium Laden via Bonding with Self—Assembly Monolayers

A new activation method has been developed for electroless copper plating on silicon wafer based on palladium chemisorption on SAMs of APTS without SnCl2 sensitization and roughening condition.A closely packed electroless copper film with strong adhesion is successfully formed by AFM observation.XPS study indicates that palladium chemisorption occurred via palladium chloride bonding to the pendant amino group of the SAMs.     

A mitochondrial-targeted ratiometric probe for detecting intracellular H2S with high photostability

Based on 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride, one novel ratiometric fluorescence H₂S-probe (IDNA) was designed and synthesized. Further studies indicate that IDNA can sensitively recognize H₂S (detection limit of 7 μmol/L) with good selectivity and anti-interference ability. In addition, IDNA has satisfactory photostability in HeLa cells, ability of mitochondrial co-localization, and can be utilized in fluorescence imaging of H₂S.     

试纸法快速测定高粱中单宁的研究

探讨了试纸与单宁反应的最佳条件,提出了用Fe(SCN)3-壳聚糖试纸法快速检测高粱中单宁的方法。结果表明,在pH 7.0～9.0的条件下,单宁与试纸上的显色物质反应生成紫红色稳定络合物,试纸颜色深浅与样品中单宁浓度成正比,通过与标准色阶图谱比较确定单宁浓度。试纸最低检出限达1.0μg/mL,5 min即可实现检测。应用于7种高粱样品中单宁含量的测定,并通过与国标法测定结果比较,本方法可实现半定量检测,已应用于高粱样品中单宁的实时、快速检测。

4,5-二苯基-2-(9-苯基-9H-3-咔唑基)-1H-咪唑的合成及其性能

以联苯甲酰、对溴苯甲醛和乙酸铵为原料，经缩合反应制得2-(4-溴苯基)-4,5-二苯基咪唑(1); 1与N-苯基-3-咔唑硼酸经Suzuki偶联反应合成了一种具有D-π-A结构的新型咪唑衍生物4,5-苯基-2-(9-苯基-9H-3-咔唑基)-1H-咪唑(2），其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, IR和MS(EI)表征。采用FL, UV-Vis，循环伏安法（CV）和理论计算对2的光电性能进行了研究。结果表明：2的最大吸收波长为302 nm和326 nm，荧光发射波长为395 nm和412 nm, HOMO和LUMO轨道能级分别为5.35 eV和2.14 eV。
