LDS751染料的受激喇曼散射

报道了用532nm激光抽运LDS751染料产生720—780nm可调谐染料激光输出的同时,观察到喇曼频移为102和45cm-1的反斯托克斯线,前者谱线较强,后者较弱.与这两条强线对应的斯托克斯线未能观察到.另外,还观察到喇曼频移为34cm-1的一级和二级斯托克斯线与反斯托克斯线 关键词： LDS751染料 受激喇曼散射 喇曼位移 斯托克斯线 反斯托克斯线     

Design and Fabrication of 1.06 μm Resonant-Cavity Enhanced Reflective Modulator with GaInAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

A resonant-cavity enhanced reflective optical modulator is designed and fabricated, with three groups of three highly strained InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells in the cavity, for low voltage and high contrast ratio operation. The quantum wells are positioned in antinodes of the optical standing wave. The modulator is grown in a single growth step in an molecular beam epitaxy system, using GaAs/AlAs distributed Bragg reflectors as both the top and bottom mirrors. Results show that the reflection device has a modulation extinction of 3 dB at -4.5 V bias.     

表面垂直裂痕诱发瑞利波散射的数值分析

激光激发的声表面波为材料表面缺陷的检测提供了有力的工具.针对含缺陷材料在模型边界上的复杂性,建立了基于平面应变的有限元模型并选取了相同厚度但含有不同深度的表面裂痕的单层铝板进行了对比计算,得到了声表面波经过不同深度的表面裂痕时产生的反射及透射信号波形的时域特征.进而引入了基于Wigner-Ville分布理论的时-频分析方法计算裂痕前、后散射的瞬态表面波的能量在时间-频率平面内分布的情形.结果显示：声表面波接近中心频率的某一频率成分在经过深度小于其中心波长的表面缺陷时,随着裂痕深度的增加,对应于该频率的反射系数呈现单调递增的趋势;而透射系数呈现递减的特征,这一结果可以为激光超声检测表面缺陷提供一种定量的表征手段.     

Banach空间中广义拟变分包含解的存在与逼近

研究了Banach空间中含k-次增生映射和φ-强增生映射的一类无紧性条件的广义拟变分包含解的存在惟一性与逼近问题，给出了一新的迭代算法和具混合误差的ishikawa迭代序列强收敛到变分包含解的充要条件，所得的结果改进和推广了近期许多相关结果．     

ASYMPTOTIC APPROXIMATION METHOD AND ITS CONVERGENCE ON SEMI-INFINITE PROGRAMMING

The aim of this article is to discuss an asymptotic approximation model and its convergence for the minimax semi-infinite programming problem. An asymptotic surrogate constraints method for the minimax semi-infinite programming problem is presented by making use of two general discrete approximation methods. Simultaneously, the consistence and the epi-convergence of the asymptotic approximation problem are discussed.     

Synthesis of poly(ethylene oxide) with pending 2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl groups and its further initiation of the grafting polymerization of styrene

A new stratagem for the synthesis of amphiphilic graft copolymers of hydrophilic poly(ethylene oxide) as the main chain and hydrophobic polystyrene as the side chains is suggested. A poly(ethylene oxide) with pending 2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyls [poly(4‐glycidyloxy‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl‐co‐ethylene oxide)] was first prepared by the anionic ring‐opening copolymerization of ethylene oxide and 4‐glycidyloxy‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl, and then the graft copolymerization of styrene was completed with benzoyl peroxide as the initiator in the presence of poly(4‐glycidyloxy‐2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidine‐1‐oxyl‐co‐ethylene oxide). The polymerization of styrene was under control, and comblike, amphiphilic poly(ethylene oxide)‐g‐polystyrene was obtained. The copolymer and its intermediates were characterized with size exclusion chromatography, ¹H NMR, and electron spin resonance in detail. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Determination of 17 kinds of banned organochlorine pesticides in water by activated carbon fiber-solid phase microextraction coupled with GC-MS.

Activated carbon fiber (ACF) as extraction fiber for solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and its application for the analysis of banned organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) were investigated. Firstly, ACF was activated by different concentration of zinc chloride, which indicated that ACF activated by 60% zinc chloride had a reasonable specific surface area, pore volume and pore distribution. Secondly, the parameters for the ACF-SPME procedure, the adsorption and desorption conditions, were also optimized when coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Thirdly, the ACF-SPME was used to analyze 17 kinds of OCPs in water. The linearity of most pesticides was found to be between 0.2 and 50 microg/l with GC-MS under the selected ion monitoring (SIM) acquisition mode. The limits of detection (LOD) at the sub microg/l were obtained. The work demonstrated here shows that ACF is a promising alternative for the SPME procedure.     

Effect of Bias Step on the I-V Curve in Double-Barrier AlGaAs/GaAs/AlGaAs Resonant-Tunnelling Devices

We investigate the non-equilibrium electron transport properties of double-barrier AlGaAs/GaAs/AlGaAs resonant- tunnelling devices in nonlinear bias using the time-dependent simulation technique. It is found that the bias step of the external bias voltage applied on the device has an important effect on the final current-voltage （I - V） curves. The results show that different bias step applied on the device can change the bistability, hysteresis and current plateau structure of the I - V curve. The current plateau occurs only in the case of small bias step. As the bias step increases, this plateau structure disappears.     

诺氟沙星-Cu(Ⅱ)-DNA三元络合物的光谱

诺氟沙星(NFA)是一种具有荧光活性并通过抑制促旋酶成为抗菌谱广的药物.采用紫外-可见分光光度法和固定波长同步荧光光度法(CW-SFS)研究了NFA-Cu2 -DNA三元络合物体系,考查了各成分间的相互作用,并由测量数据计算得到结合常数.     

猪肉中16种性激素的多残留检测方法

采用安捷仑GC/MS5975N能同时对猪肉中16种性激素残留进行筛选、定量和确证.对5.0g肌肉样品的检出限均在0.25～1.0 μg·kg-1之间.猪肉的平均回收率分别为83.7%～107.9%,平均变异系数为6.8%～19.7%.当添加水平为1.0 μgkg-1时,本方法不同批次猪肉回收率的相对标准偏差为7.7%～21.6%,重复性好.另外,与安捷仑GC/MS5973分析相比,采用GC/MS5975N时,雌三醇衍生物定量离子为m/z 876,比m/z 663峰度强.
