In this research, a rapid, green and efficient protocol for synthesis of bis (pyrazolyl)methane derivatives in the presence of Pd(0)-guanidine@MCM-41 catalysts under solvent-free conditions by the following two methods has been reported: (i) via the one-pot pseudo five-component reaction among phenylhydrazine (2 equivalents), ethyl acetoacetate (2 equivalents) and aromatic aldehydes (1 equivalent); and (ii) the one-pot pseudo three-component reaction between 3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one (2 equivalents) and aromatic aldehydes (1 equivalent). Some advantages of this protocol include: green conditions, extremely short times, high efficiency, proper one-pot operation, generality of method, easy work-up and recyclability, and reusability of the catalyst up to five times without significant loss in catalytic activity.  相似文献

A palladium–fibroin complex (Pd/Fib.) was prepared by the addition of sonicated fibroin fiber in water to palladium acetate solution. Pd (OAc)2 was absorbed by fibroin and reduced with NaBH4 at room temperature to the Pd(0) nanoparticles. Powder‐X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy–energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform‐infrared, CHN elemental analysis and inductively coupled plasma‐atomic emission spectroscopy were carried out to characterize the Pd/Fib. catalyst. Catalytic activity of this finely dispersed palladium was examined in the Heck coupling reaction. The catalytic coupling of aryl halides (‐Cl, ‐Br, ‐I) and olefins led to the formation of the corresponding coupled products in moderate to high yields under air atmosphere. A variety of substrates, including electron‐rich and electron‐poor aryl halides, were converted smoothly to the targeted products in simple procedure. Heterogeneous supported Pd catalyst can be recycled and reused several times.  相似文献

A facile, efficient and eco‐friendly catalytic protocol was developed for the synthesis of medicinally important pyran‐annulated heterocycles via multicomponent reaction (MCR). Cyclocondensation of differently substituted aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile/ethyl cyanoacetate and various β‐dicarbonyl compounds in the presence of Ag3[PMo12O40]?nH2O as heterogeneous catalyst, in EtOH–H2O, afforded diverse pyran‐fused chromene analogues. The merits observed for this approach were it being conducted via MCR, using commercially available or easily accessible starting materials in the presence of a green and easily separable heterogeneous and reusable catalyst, and affording high yields of desired products in very short reaction times with high purity in one‐pot fashion, thus providing a superior alternative approach for the synthesis of pyran‐annulated heterocycles.  相似文献

One-pot synthesis of substituted chromeno[3,4-b]quinoline derivatives was developed by three-component reaction of aldehydes, dimedone or 1,3-cyclohexadione, and 4-aminocoumarin in the presence of nicotinic acid-supported cobalt ferrite [CoFe2O4@SiO2@Si(CH2)3Cl@NA] as a novel magnetic catalyst in chloroform at reflux conditions. Nicotinic acid-supported cobalt ferrite was characterized via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermal gravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometry. Moreover, the catalyst could be easily recovered by magnetic separation and recycled up to five times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. The products formed in excellent yields over appropriate reaction times under environmentally friendly conditions. High efficiency and easy isolation of the catalyst from products by simple magnetic attraction are some of the considerable advantages of this procedure.  相似文献

In this work, poly vinyl alcohol–ZnO nanocomposites were synthesized via two different in situ and ex-situ methods. In ex-situ, at first zinc oxide nanostructures were synthesized by one-step precipitation reaction between zinc acetate and sodium hydroxide. The effect of different surfactants such as poly vinyl pyrrolidone, poly vinyl alcohol and poly ethylene glycol on the morphology of ZnO nanostructures was investigated. Nanostructures were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy. The influence of ZnO nanostructures on the flame retardancy of the poly vinyl alcohol matrix was studied using underwriter laboratories UL-94 analysis.  相似文献

In this research, the main emphasis has been focused on the preparation of a novel Fe3O4-supported propane-1-sulfonic acid-grafted graphene oxide quantum dots (Fe3O4@GOQD-O-(propane-1-sulfonic acid)) that it was readily synthesized via a five-step procedure as a hitherto unreported magnetic nanocatalyst. This newly prepared Fe3O4@GOQD-O-(propane-1-sulfonic acid) nanocomposite was structurally well-established by different analytical techniques including Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), field emission gun-scanning electron microscope (FESEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) analyses. The high catalytic performance of this nanocomposite was exhibited in one-pot synthesis of dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole and 4H-chromene derivatives under mild conditions. Low reaction times, excellent yields of the products, benignity of the catalyst, easy reaction work-up and magnetic recyclability of the catalyst are the main advantages of the present protocol. Also, our research indicated that the Fe3O4@GOQD-O-(propane-1-sulfonic acid) could be reused up to five times without considerable loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the performance of nanoclay reinforced unsaturated polyester (UP) resin under impact loads. Nanocomposite specimens containing nanoclay in 0, 1.5, and 3 (wt%) were prepared by melt mixing method. X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy analysis, scanning electron microscope photographs, and viscosity changes in liquid state resin confirmed exfoliation and intercalation of the nanoclay in the UP resin system used. Tensile modulus showed an increase with increase in nanoclay content. However, the tensile strength and elongation at break exhibited reducing performance with increase in nanoclay content. Izod impact test results indicated better performance for the specimens containing nanoclay reinforcements, with 1.5 (wt%) of nanoclay specimens showing the highest value. High velocity impact tests were carried out using gas gun in velocity range of 20–100 m/sec and harden steel hemispherical tip projectile with diameter of 8.7 mm and weight of 11.54 g. Results for high velocity impact test indicated better performance by the specimens containing nanoclay, with 1.5 (wt%) nanoclay showing the highest attained value. Damage assessments of impact area for all specimens showed spalling type brittle failure with punch out and sever fragmentation pattern. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this article developing incompressible viscous flow in an eccentric curved annulus in the presence of gravity is numerically studied using a second order finite difference method based on the projection algorithm to solve the governing equations including the continuity and full Navier–Stokes equations. The equations written in a bipolar–toroidal coordinate system are discretized in a three dimensional staggered grid. The effects of governing non-dimensional parameters including the eccentricity, non-dimensional curvature ratio, Dean number, Froude number, aspect ratio, and the Reynolds number on the flow field in the entrance and fully developed region are investigated. The numerical results indicate that at the small Froude numbers, the flow field distorts from the symmetrical condition due to the larger body force effect and the axial velocity formation mostly takes place at the lower half of the annulus. In addition, at the constant Froude number, by decreasing the curvature radius, the peak axial velocity and its sharp gradient appear on the outer curvature region due to the larger centrifugal forces and by increasing the eccentricity the flow rate intensifies at the wider region and weakens at the narrower region due to the larger flow resistance. Furthermore, the friction factor increases by decreasing the Froude number and increasing the Dean number.  相似文献
