目的探究为缺铁性贫血患者行整体护理干预对其治疗依从性和护理满意度的影响。方法选取江西省宜春市人民医院于2015年11月至2016年11月期间收治的76例缺铁性贫血患者参与研究,将其随机分为对照组(n=38)和研究组(n=38),患者入院即刻开始实施护理,分别实施常规护理及整体护理。结果护理后3周研究组患者的治疗依从性与护理满意度均明显高于对照组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P0.05)。结论整体护理应用于缺铁性贫血患者中对其病情控制具有正面影响,还可提升患者的治疗依从性及护理满意度,可扩大应用范围。  相似文献

CE coupled with laser‐induced fluorescence and UV absorption detections has been applied to study the complexity of as‐synthesized green fluorescent hollow carbon nanoparticles (HC‐NP) samples. The effects of pH, type, and concentration of the run buffer and SDS on the separation of HC‐NP are studied in detail. It is observed that phosphate run buffer is more effective in separating the HC‐NP and the optimal run buffer is found to be 30 mM phosphate and 10 mM SDS at pH 9.0. The CE separation of this HC‐NP is based on the difference in size and electrophoretic mobility of HC‐NP. Some selected HC‐NP fractions are collected and further characterized by UV‐visible absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, MS, and transmission electron microscopy. The fractionated HC‐NP show profound differences in absorption, emission characteristics, and PL quantum yield that would have been otherwise misled by studying the complex mixture alone. It is anticipated that our CE methodology will open a new initiative on extensive studies of individual HC‐NP species in the biomedical, catalysis, electronic, and optical device, energy storage, material, and sensing field.  相似文献

Biodiesel is a fuel composed of monoalkyl esters of long-chain fatty acids derived from renewable biomass sources. In this study, biomass waste pecan nutshell (PS) was attempted to be converted into microbial oil. For effective utilization of PS, sequential pretreatment with ethylene glycol–H2SO4–water (78:2:20, wt:wt:wt) at 130 °C for 30 min and aqueous ammonia (25 wt%) at 50 °C for 24 h was used to enhance its enzymatic saccharification. Significant linear correlation was obtained about delignification-saccharification (R 2 = 0.9507). SEM and FTIR results indicated that combination pretreatment could effectively remove lignin and xylan in PS for promoting its enzymatic saccharification. After 72 h, the reducing sugars from the hydrolysis of 50 g/L pretreated PS by combination pretreatment could be obtained at 73.6% yield. Using the recovered PS hydrolysates containing 20 g/L glucose as carbon source, microbial lipids produced from the PS hydrolysates by Rhodococcus opacus ACCC41043. Four fatty acids including palmitic acid (C16:0; 23.1%), palmitoleic acid (C16:1; 22.4%), stearic acid (C18:0; 15.3%), and oleic acid (C18:1; 23.9%) were distributed in total fatty acids. In conclusion, this strategy has potential application in the future.  相似文献

Gas sensors based on organic semiconductors receive tremendous attentions owing to their advantages on high selectivity and room temperature operation. However, until now, most organic semiconductor based sensors still suffered from problems, such as low sensitivity, slow response/recovery speed and poor stability. In addition, a clear correlation between the sensing performance and the film property is still absent. Herein, we report the investigation on sensing performance of a series of organic films with various morphologies. By simply adjusting the quality of self-assembled monolayer(SAM) on the silicon wafer surface, we obtain organic semiconductor 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)pentacene (TIPS-pentacene) films with varied morphologies and different charge transport abilities. The film with a small grain size and a continuous morphology presents the highest sensing performance to NO2, with a sensitivity up to 730%/ppm(ppm=parts per million, vo-lume ratio). We thus reveal that the high sensitivity of the organic film is evident related with the charge transport ability and initial conductivity of the films, as well as the morphologies of both modification layer and the active films.  相似文献

Prism coupling techniques have been used to excite optical modes in a thin nematic liquid crystal with finite surface tilt in order to study the voltage dependent director profile. The surface tilts are opposite in character and it is found that at zero applied volts the stable configuration is the substantially horizontal state. On applying the field this state is broken, probably transforming to the twisted vertical state. By modelling all the data obtained, the detailed behaviour of the director profile has been fully characterized yielding much information, including the change of surface tilt with applied voltage. For the nematic liquid crystal E7, this gives a voltage induced surface tilt of approximately 0.67° V-1 for a 5.65 μm thick cell. Also using a boundary layer model, it has been possible to analyse the free energy in the cell and hence show that the observed twisted vertical state is the expected stable state under the field applied.  相似文献

Coordination-driven self-assembly features good predictability and directionality in the construction of discrete metallacycles and metallacages with well-defined sizes and shapes, but their medicinal application has been limited by their low stability and solubility. Herein, we have designed and synthesized a highly stable coordination-driven metallacycle with desired functionality derived from a perylene-diimide ligand via a spontaneous deprotonation self-assembly process. Brilliant chemical stability and singlet oxygen production ability of this emissive octanuclear organopalladium macrocycle make it a good candidate toward biological studies. After cellular uptake by endocytosis, the metallacycle exhibits potent fluorescence cell imaging properties and cancer photodynamic therapeutic ability through enhancing ROS production, with high biocompatibility and safety. This study not only provides a rational design strategy for highly stable luminescent organopalladium metallacycles, but also sheds light on their application in imaging-guided photodynamic cancer therapy.

A highly-luminescent metallacycle with chemical stability and singlet oxygen production ability were obtained by a spontaneous deprotonation self-assembly process, which exhibits application potential in imaging-guided photodynamic cancer therapy.  相似文献

The fluorescence emission and absorption spectra of single Anabaena sp. strain PCC7120 cells including vegetative cells and heterocysts have been studied in intact filaments in vivo with confocal microscopy and grating spectrography. The diameters of the excitation and detection areas in the cells are less than 1.0 microm. Heterogeneities within the same cell and among different cells are observed. The evident spectral heterogeneities in heterocysts, not reported previously, are attributed to the different stages of the evolution of phycobilisomes in heterocysts. The photosystem II in heterocysts were found to be not metabolized completely.  相似文献
