发射速度和能量转换效率是同步感应线圈型电磁发射装置(SICEML)最重要的两项指标。驱动线圈和电枢的结构参数、驱动线圈匝数以及电枢初始触发位置都会对这两项指标产生影响。以上述参数为变量,以发射速度和能量转换效率之积为目标函数,引入遗传算法对单级SICEML参数进行了优化设计,并利用有限元软件进行了仿真验证。结果表明:在储能与发射装置总体体积不变的前提下,优化后的系统效率由5.38%提高到13.6%,出口速度由38m/s提高到61m/s,系统性能得到明显改善。利用单级SICEML样机进行了堵驻试验,结果与仿真结果吻合较好,验证了本文提出的遗传算法的可行性。 相似文献

Hydroxyurea is the only FDA approved treatment of sickle cell disease. It is believed that the primary mechanism of action is associated with the pharmacological elevation of nitric oxide in the blood; however, the exact details of this are still unclear. In the current work, we investigate the atomic level details of this process using a combination of flexible-ligand/flexible-receptor virtual screening coupled with energetic analysis that decomposes interaction energies. Utilizing these methods, we were able to elucidate the previously unknown substrate binding modes of a series of hydroxyurea analogs to hemoglobin and the concomitant structural changes of the enzyme. We identify a backbone carbonyl that forms a hydrogen bond with bound substrates. Our results are consistent with kinetic and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) measurements of hydroxyurea-hemoglobin reactions, and a full mechanism is proposed that offers new insights into possibly improving substrate binding and/or reactivity. 相似文献

The study describes the synthesis of new β2,2-peptides made from geminally disubstituted β2,2-amino acid and their folding propensities. The (R)-C-linked carbo-β2,2-amino acid [(R)-β2,2-Caa] was prepared from d-glucose and converted into the homo-oligomeric di-, tetra-, and hexapeptides. The conformational studies were carried out using NMR (in CDCl3), CD, IR, and MD calculations. These β2,2-peptides were interestingly stabilized by five-membered (mr) inter-residue H-bonds NH(i)?O(i-1) (furanoside) and a 6-mr intra-residue H-bond between amide proton (NH(i)) and the oxygen of –OMe(i) at the C3 carbon of the carbohydrate side chain. These results amply demonstrate that the ‘epimerization’ at the spiro carbon center has an effect on the conformational behavior of these peptides. Finding of these, H-bonding patterns, which are not so common to stabilize the folds in this class of β2,2-Caa derived peptides would further facilitate augmentation in the domain of foldamer. 相似文献

Ni/Fe bimetallic nanoparticles were synthesized for treatment of Aroclor 1242, in order to evaluate their applicability for in situ remediation of groundwater and soil contaminated by polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Our experimental results indicate that the total PCB concentration changed during the reduction of 3,5-dichlorobiphenyl (PCB 14), and biphenyl was produced as the final product. Initially, the concentration of 3-chlorobiphenyl (PCB 2) was increased in the prophase reaction and then slowly decreased, suggesting that Aroclor 1242 was first adsorbed by Ni/Fe nanoparticles, and then, the higher chlorinated congeners were converted gradually to the lower chlorinated congeners, and finally to biphenyl. The dechlorination efficiency of Aroclor 1242 reached approximately 80% at 25°C in just 5h, then 95.6% and 95.8% in 10h and 24h, respectively. The study revealed that high Ni/Fe nanoparticle dosage and high Ni content in Ni/Fe nanoparticles favor the catalytic dechlorination reaction. Moreover, a comparison of different types of catalysts on the dechlorination of Aroclor 1242 indicated that Ni/Mg and Mg powders showed a greater reactivity than Ni/Fe and Fe nanoparticles, respectively. 相似文献

Previously, we reported that proteomic fingerprints were present in sera of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), and could separate patients into subgroups with different prognoses. In the present study, we examined the prognostic values of the SARS-associated proteomic features by biostatistical analysis, and deciphered the identities of those with prognostic values. Data of 20 SARS-associated serum proteomic features and ten serological variables from 38 SARS adult patients before treatment were subjected to multivariate logistic regression. Proteomic features of m/z 6634, m/z 7769, m/z 8635, and m/z 8865 were identified as independent prognostic markers. After purification by cation-exchange chromatography and gel electrophoresis, proteomic features of m/z 7769 and m/z 8865 were found to be platelet factor 4 (PF4) and beta-thromboglobulin (beta-TG) by tandem mass spectrometry, respectively. The associations of decreased serum PF4 and increased serum beta-TG levels with poor prognosis were confirmed by Western blot. Previous studies suggest that PF4 and beta-TG are involved in the pathogenesis of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in a negative and positive way, respectively. Our results suggest that PF4 and beta-TG may also play similar roles in the development of ARDS in SARS patients. 相似文献
