Silicomolybdate‐Doped PEDOT Modified Electrode: Electrocatalytic Reduction of Bromate and Oxidation of Ascorbic Acid

Electrically conducting poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) film doped with silicomolybdate (SiMo₁₂O₄₀^4? or SiMo₁₂) was synthesized by electrochemical polymerization. The synthesized film is capable of fast charge propagation during redox reactions in strong acid medium 0.2 M H₂SO₄ solution. The modified electrode was used towards reduction of bromate and successfully employed as an amperometric sensor for bromate and also above modified electrode was investigated for ascorbic acid oxidation.     

嵌入Y型分子筛中钯簇合成与结构的研究

Pd clusters encaged in Y-zeolite (Pd0Y) have been prepared by means of exchanging zeolite HY with [Pd(NH3)4]2+ under microwave radiation. The product formed was deaminized by heating, washed sufficiently with de-ionized water and reduced with hydrogen. The crystal phase diffraction of Pd was not found in the XRD spectrogram of Pd0y. According to polycrystal X-ray diffraction data. Radial Electron Distribution Function (REDF) of Pd0Y was calculated to elucidate the structure of Pd cluster. The results show that the Pd clusters are of the Al type closely packed arrangement. The dimension of them is about 12 Å. They are encaged in the supercage of zeolite Y. Their occupancy on the supercage is as small as 0.06 so that the framework structure of zeolite Y is unchanged. Therefore, the high dispersing Pd cluster aggregating in supercage exhibit strong catalytic effect. The CO-conversion of Pd0Y with Pd 0.72% and 6.13% (in mass fraction) is 67 % and 100 % (in volume fraction) respectively. Evaluation conditions:

四磺化酞菁钴在微乳液、醇-水体系中的二聚现象研究

采用分光光度法研究了四磺化酞菁钴（ＣｏＴＳＰｃ），在微乳液（ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００－壬烷－正戊醇－水）、醇－水（甲醇、乙醇、丙醇）体系中的二聚现象，计算了ＣｏＴＳＰｃ的二聚常数ＫＤ。结果表明，ＣｏＴＳＰｃ的二聚常数ＫＤ值随着微乳液中表面活性的浓度及醇－水溶液的介电常数的增加而减小。     

任意多阶梯度场强毛细管凝胶电泳中谱带的迁移和展宽

在自行制备的毛细管凝胶电泳柱上，通过实验考察毛细管凝胶电泳（ＣＧＥ）中场强（Ｅ）和组分迁移率（μ）的关系，发现在一般ＣＧＥ使用的场强范围内，μ随Ｅ增大而成近似线性的增加。并讨论了产生这种现象的原因。以此为基础提供了任意多阶梯度场强毛细管凝胶电泳中组分的迁移时间和距离的计算公式，用于编制计算机程序。     

Nanophase segregation and water dynamics in the dendrion diblock copolymer formed from the Fréchet polyaryl ethereal dendrimer and linear PTFE

We propose a new material consisting of a dendrion copolymer formed from (a) a water-soluble dendritic polymer and (b) a hydrophobic backbone. Using molecular dynamics simulations techniques, we determine the structure and dynamics of the dendrion formed by second-generation Fréchet polyaryl ethereal dendrimer as the hydrophilic component and linear polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the hydrophobic polymer, with 5 and 10 wt % of water. We find that this material produces a well-developed nanoscale structure in which water forms a continuous nanophase, making this new family of compounds promising candidates for applications in fuel cell membranes. We find that the water molecules are incorporated into the dendrimer block of the copolymer to form a nanophase-segregated structure. The well-developed nanophase-segregated structures rendered by this material have characteristic dimensions of segregation ( approximately 30 Angstrom) and dendrimer conformational properties that are independent of water content. Calculations of water dynamics and proton transport in these nanophase-segregated structures indicate that the dendrion copolymer membrane with 10 wt % of water content has a water structure and transport properties equivalent to that of the hydrated Nafion membrane with 20 wt % of water content.     

A Rapid and Convenient Synthesis of Derivatives of Imidazoles under Microwave Irradiation

An efficient and a quick microwave‐assisted synthesis of benzimidazoles and trisubstituted imidazoles was developed. Three benzimidazoles were obtained as a result of the condensation of 1,2‐phenylenediamine with carboxylic acids and acetoacetic ester without catalyst. A series of trisubstituted imidazoles were synthesized by condensation of benzil, aromatic aldehyde and ammonium acetate in the presence of glacial acetic acid.     

The photochemical and thermal reactions of a triosmium cluster carrying a γ-pyrone ligand with alkynes

The reaction of the cluster Os₃(CO)₁₀(μ-H)(μ-γ-C₅H₃O₂) (1) with a number of alkynes under thermal or visible light irradiation conditions, afforded in most cases the dinuclear complexes Os₂(CO)₆(μ-γ-C₅H₃O₂)(μ-LH) (L=PhCCPh, ^tBuCCH, ^tBuCCMe or EtCCEt) (2) or the trinuclear chain complexes Os₃(CO)₉(μ-H)(μ-γ-C₅H₃O₂)(μ-RCCHC₆H₄) (R=H, Ph) (3). In the case of PhCCPh, a new isomer of Os₃(CO)₈(PhCCPh)₂, viz., Os₃(CO)₈(μ-PhCCPh)(μ-PhCCHC₆H₄) (7) has been isolated and characterised.     

SciFinder-guided rational design of fluorescent carbon dots for ratiometric monitoring intracellular pH fluctuations under heat shock

Intracellular pH plays a significant role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, metabolism, enzyme activity and homeostasis. In this work, a novel design strategy for the preparation of pH responsive carbon dots (CDs-pH) for ratiometric intracellular imaging was reported. By using SciFinder database, fluorescent CDs-pH with the required pK_a value of 6.84 were rationally designed, which is vital important for precise sensing of intracellular pH. As a result, the synthesized CDs-pH demonstrated robust ability to test pH fluctuations within the physiological range of 5.4-7.4. The CDs-pH was further utilized for fluorescent ratiometric imaging of pH in living HeLa cells, effectively avoided the influence of autofluorescence from native cellular species. Moreover, real-time monitoring of intracellular pH fluctuation under heat shock was successfully realized. This SciFinder-guided design strategy is simple and flexible, which has a great potential to be used for the development of other types of CDs for various applications.     

Synthesis of 4H-Pyrrolo[2,1-C][1,4]benzothiazines and 3-(Methylthio)oxindoles

The Pummerer reaction was carried out with α-acylsulfides and phenyl iodosyl bis(trifluoroacetate) instead of α-acylsulfoxides to prepare 4H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzothiazines and 3-(methyIthio)oxindoles.     

Eu（TTA）3·1／2（4，4′－bipyN_2O_2）配合物的发光光谱

在７７Ｋ下测定了Ｅｕ（ＴＴＡ）３·１／２（４，４′－ｂｉｐｙＮ２Ｏ２）配合物的激发光谱、发光光谱和时间分辨光谱。光谱数据表明，在标题配合物中存在化学环境不同的两种Ｅｕ３＋格位，但它们的局部对称性都属于Ｃ２Ｖ点群，这可能表明该配合物的激发态电子结构稍有不同
