The influence of mechanical activation parameters (acceleration of milling bodies and activation time) on the morphology, texture, and functional composition of the surface of P514 and N375 carbon black was studied. Mechanical activation of carbon black leads to a decrease in the carbon black aggregate size and in the dibutyl phthalate adsorption and to an increase in the ash residue. Rubber stocks were prepared from SKMS-30 ARK rubber and mechanically activated carbon black, and their physicomechanical properties after vulcanization were determined.  相似文献

Comprehensive enumeration of conformationally restricted bicyclic secondary diamines (CRDA) was performed within defined structural limits, yielding a library of all theoretically possible compounds of this class, potentially useful as building blocks for drug design. In order to assess structural diversity of the generated library, molecular geometries of the library members were optimized using DFT calculations. It was shown that the distance between the amino groups and their relative orientation in space vary widely over the whole library, which might be beneficial for diversity-oriented conformational restriction approach in drug discovery. There are many representatives of "three-dimensional" scaffolds in the CRDA library. Selected literature data on biological activity of the known CRDA derivatives were discussed, demonstrating utility of the CRDA scaffold hopping in drug design.  相似文献

Homogeneous pyrolysis of 1,4-dimethoxynaphthalene was studied. The yield and group composition of liquid products and the component compositions of the gaseous products and hydrocarbons were determined; the asphaltenes and neutral oxygen-containing compounds were characterized. The kinetic parameters were determined, and possible mechanisms suggested, for decomposition of 1,4-dimethoxynaphthalene with the formation of CH4, H2, CO, and CO2.  相似文献

The sorption properties of the intramolecular complex - poly(acrylamide) to poly(vinyl alcohol) grafted copolymer (PVA-PAAN) in block state were investigated with respect to a number of compounds. The relatively small molecules of phenol, phenylalanine in water solution as well as nitrobenzene in hexane are strongly absorbed by PVA-PAAN films. The large humine acid molecules (sizes are larger by more than ≈ 10 times) are absorbed by PVA-PAAN very weakly. It was determined the absorption influence on the character of polymer film solution. In a number of cases the oscillation of the dilution and sorption were observed when determining the critical concentrations of guest molecules in the upper layer of polymer films were achieved. The possible mechanisms of absorption were discussed.  相似文献

A reaction of cyclohexanone phenylhydrazone with (het)aryldihalogenophosphines has been studied. As shown, cyclohexanone phenylhydrazone reacts with phenyldibromophosphine and 5-methyl-2-furyldibromophosphine to provide the corresponding 1,2,3-diazaphospholines in high yields.
