New BN‐embedded, thiophene‐fused, polycyclic aromatic compounds with planar geometry were designed and synthesized. The molecules showed excellent stability and chemical robustness. Postfunctionalization on this skeleton was demonstrated with a series of electrophilic bromination, palladium‐catalyzed cross‐coupling, and Knoevenagel condensation reactions. The π skeleton remained intact during these late‐stage transformations. The optical and electronic properties have been well tuned through incorporation of electron‐rich and ‐deficient groups on the backbone. This work shows the great advantage of the postfunctionalization strategy on BN‐containing polycyclic aromatic compounds for fast diversification and materials screening.  相似文献

Fluorenes are a commonly encountered structural motif in materials science, pharmaceutical chemistry, and organic synthesis. Among various strategies towards the synthesis of this unique structure, transition metal‐catalyzed functionalization has emerged as one of the most efficient methods. This Minireview presents an overview of the recent advances in this emerging area by highlighting the reactions’ specificity and applicability and, where possible, provides a mechanistic rationale.  相似文献

A novel sesquiterpene‐based Psidium meroterpenoid, possessing an unusual coupling pattern, and two new monoterpene‐based meroterpenoids with unprecedented skeletons were isolated from the leaves of Psidium guajava. Their structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic, X‐ray diffraction, and computational methods. The plausible biosynthetic pathway of these meroterpenoids as well as their cytotoxicities toward HepG2 and HepG2/ADM cells were also discussed.  相似文献

The development of sensitive and selective small molecular probes that enable real‐time detection of endogenous cysteine (Cys) has become an attractive topic because of the essential roles played by Cys in controlling the cellular nitrogen balance and in maintaining biological redox homeostasis. Herein, we report a Cys‐specific probe, 2‐cyanobenzothiazol‐6‐yl acrylate (CBTOA), that shows not only fluorescence turn‐on for sensitive detection of endogenous Cys but also enhanced probe retention inside cells for real‐time monitoring of Cys levels upon external stimulation. Cys‐mediated intracellular formation of luciferin from CBTOA was the key strategy leading to this new type of fluorogenic probe. CBTOA showed fast response to Cys in living cells and liver tissue slices with high sensitivity and selectivity. By using CBTOA as a real‐time probe, we were able to monitor the change in Cys levels in living HeLa cells under ROS‐induced oxidative stress as well as in human mesenchymal stem cells during adipogenic differentiation.  相似文献

Mitochondria‐targeting theranostic probes that enable the simultaneously reporting of and triggering of mitochondrial dysfunctions in cancer cells are highly attractive for cancer diagnosis and therapy. Three fluorescent mitochondria‐targeting theranostic probes have been developed by linking a mitochondrial dye, coumarin‐3‐carboximide, with a widely used traditional Chinese medicine, artemisinin, to kill cancer cells. Fluorescence images showed that the designed coumarin–artemisinin conjugates localized mainly in mitochondria, leading to enhanced anticancer activities over artemisinin. High cytotoxicity against cancer cells correlated with the strong ability to accumulate in mitochondria, which could efficiently increase the intracellular reactive oxygen species level and induce cell apoptosis. This study highlights the potential of using mitochondria‐targeting fluorophores to selectively trigger and directly visualize subcellular drug delivery in living cells.  相似文献

An unprecedented remote construction of chiral vicinal tertiary and quaternary centers by a catalytic asymmetric 1,6‐conjugate addition of prochiral carbon nucleophiles to cyclic dienones has been developed. Both 5H‐oxazol‐4‐ones and 2‐oxindoles were found to be very efficient carbon nucleophiles in this reaction at a remote position, giving products with excellent enantio‐ and diastereoselectivities (up to 99 % ee and >19:1 d.r. for 5H‐oxazol‐4‐ones and up to 97 % ee and >19:1 d.r. for 2‐oxindoles).  相似文献

The rapid and reliable measurement of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is imperative for many areas of technology, including pharmaceutical, clinical, food industry and environmental applications. In this work, a novel multifunctional complex, [Ru(bpy)2(luminol-bpy)](PF6)2 (bpy: 2,20'-bipyridine), was designed and synthesized by incorporating a Ru(II) complex with a luminal group. In the presence of horseradish peroxidase (HRP), reaction of [Ru(bpy)2(luminol-bpy)]2+ with H2O2 can be monitored by three sensing channels including photoluminescence (PL), chemiluminiscence (CL) and eletrochemiluminiscence (ECL). The quantitative assays for H2O2 in aqueous solutions using [Ru(bpy)2(Luminalbpy)]( PF6)2 as a probe were established with PL, ECL and CL signal output modes, respectively.  相似文献

废旧橡胶改性沥青可显著延长路面寿命。本文综述了国内外废旧橡胶改性沥青的热氧老化、紫外老化和水老化行为,使用宏观性能和微观结构变化分析了橡胶改性沥青老化特点。橡胶改性沥青在热、氧、紫外、水的作用下发生老化,软化点升高,针入度降低,羰基含量增加。特别是光、氧老化对经过水老化后的橡胶改性沥青老化作用尤为明显,水溶解了部分老化产物促进了沥青的老化。目前对于橡胶改性沥青老化过程中胶粉、沥青的结构性能变化和其环境耦合因素对橡胶改性沥青的老化研究及分析手段还很少,在今后的研究中须引起重视。  相似文献
