A new preresonance light scattering (PRLS) assay of nucleic acids is presented. At pH 7.30, the weak PRLS of morin-cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) can be greatly enhanced by the addition of nucleic acids, owing to the interaction between the nucleic acid and morin-CTMAB. After the addition of morin and CTMAB to DNA, the zeta potential of DNA decreases and changes from negative to positive, which is due to the formation of an associate, the aggregation of morin on nucleic acids and the electric neutralization between DNA and the cationic surfactant CTMAB. Mechanism studies showed that the enhanced PRLS comes from the aggregation of morin in the presence of nucleic acids and CTMAB. The enhanced intensity of PRLS is in proportion to the concentration of nucleic acids in the range 7.5 x 10(-9)-1.0 x 10(-5) g ml(-1) for calf thymus DNA, 7.5 x 10(-9)-1.0 x 10(-6) g ml(-1) for salmon sperm DNA and 1.0 x 10(-8)-1.0 x 10(-6) g ml(-1) for yeast RNA. The detection limits are 3.4, 6.2 and 4.1 ng ml(-1) for calf thymus DNA, salmon sperm DNA and yeast RNA, respectively. Synthetic samples were analyzed satisfactorily. 相似文献

A new analytical method for the determination of ascorbic acid by the perturbation caused by different amounts of ascorbic acid on the BZ oscillating chemical system involving the Ce(IV)-catalyzed reaction between potassium bromate and malonic acid in a acidic medium is proposed. The method relies on the linear relationship between the change in the oscillation amplitude of the chemical system and the concentration of ascorbic acid, which is in this work exposed for the first time. The calibration curve is linearly proportional to the concentration of ascorbic acid over the range 3.5x10(-6)-4.7x10(-4) M, with the regression coefficient is 0.9975. Two different methodologies were used to address the determination. Some aspects of the potential mechanism of action of ascorbic acid on the BZ oscillating chemical system are discussed in detail. 相似文献

Polymerization of ethylene with ball-milled titanium dichloride leads to a completely linear polymer with terminal unsaturation corresponding to approximately one carbon–carbon double bond per molecule. Polymerization rate is first-order in both monomer and catalyst concentration at 140°C. Due to a thermal deactivation of the catalyst, the polymerization rate falls sharply with temperature above 180°C. Propylene and butene-1 will copolymerization with ethylene in this system, propylene more efficiently than butene-1. Evidence for copolymerization of trans-2-butene, but not of the cis-isomer or of isobutene, in trace concentrations is presented. Propylene is homopolymerized to a product low in isotactic content. The significance of the structural and (limited) kinetic data in terms of the mechanism of polymerization are discussed. 相似文献

A 4-Amino-2-mercaptopyrimidine self-assembled monolayer (AMP SAMs/Au) modified gold electrode was prepared. The electrochemical
behavior of acetaminophen on the AMP SAMs/Au was studied in Britton-Robinson (BR) buffer solution. Compared to a bare gold
electrode, the modified electrode exhibits a significant enhancement in the oxidation current response for acetaminophen.
The modified electrode was used for the determination of acetaminophen by square wave voltammetry. The oxidation current increased
linearly with the concentration of acetaminophen in the range of 2.0 × 10−6−4.0 × 10−3 M. The modified electrode made it possible to eliminate the interference of dopamine (DA), brucine, epinephrine (EP), and
norepinephrine (NE). The practical analytical utility was illustrated by the determination of acetaminophen in a commercially
available drug.

Three heterometallic cubane-like clusters, [Mo3(mu 3-O)(mu 3-S)3(SnCl3)(dtp)3(py)3] (dtp = S2P(OC2H5)2-, py = C5H5N) (1), (PPN)[Mo3(mu 3-O)(mu 3-S)3(SnCl3)(dtp)3(mu-OAc)(py)] (OAc = CH3COO-, PPN = (C6H5)3PNP(C6H5)3+) (2), and (Et4N)[Mo3(mu 3-O)(mu 3-S)3(SnCl3)(dtp)2(mu-OAc)2(py)] (3) have been prepared by the reaction of [Mo3(mu 3-O)-(mu-S)3(dtp)4(H2O)] (4), [Mo3(mu 3-O)(mu-S)3(dtp)3(OAc) (py)] (5), and [Mo3(mu 3-O)(mu-S)3(dtp)2(OAc)2 (py)] (6) with SnCl2, respectively. They have been characterized by IR, UV-vis, 31P NMR, 95Mo NMR, and X-ray structure analysis. All of these heterometallic clusters have a [Mo3OS3Sn]6+ core but contain a different arrangement of peripheral ligands. As far as the neutral cluster 1 is concerned, there is no bridging OAc ligand, while only one bridging OAc ligand is observed for cluster 2 and two are for cluster 3. The Mo-Mo distances are about 0.03-0.04 A shorter than those of the starting trimolybdenum clusters. This indicates that the incorporation of SnCl3- fragment into (Mo3) clusters makes the Mo-Mo bonding enhanced. A room-temperature ionic liquid (IL), 1-ethyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluoroborate (1E-3MI-TFB), used for the coating of
a silica capillary enables one to reduce or invert the electroosmotic flow (EOF) in capillary zone electrophoresis. Excellent
separations of amino acids and ary lalkanoic acids were obtained. Such separations could not be obtained in a naked capillary
in the presence of the cationic surfactants cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) or polycationic polymer hexadimethrine bromide
(HDB). The results indicate that 1E-3MI-TFB not only modulates the EOF but also acts as a discriminator. Further experiments
indicate that the interaction between hydrogen at C-2 carbon of IL and acid drugs plays an important role in the separation.

The catalytic effect of chiral Lewis acids on the hetero-Diels-Alder reaction between aldehydes and Danishefsky's diene (1) has been investigated. A variety of combinations of different ligands and Lewis acids have been examined as catalysts for the hetero-Diels-Alder reaction between benzaldehyde and 1, and it has been found that the readily accessible Ti(IV)-H(8)-BINOL (TiHBOL) complex is a very effective catalyst for the reaction, leading to products with very high enantioselectivity (up to 99% ee) and yield (92%). The hetero-Diels-Alder reaction of other aldehydes with 1 under the catalysis of TiHBOL is a general reaction which proceeds well with very high enantioselectivity and isolated yield for various aldehydes at 0 degrees C to room temperature. Based on the experimental results, the proposed mechanism of the hetero-Diels-Alder reaction and the dihedral angle effects of ligands are discussed. 相似文献

The direct electron transfer reactions between tyrosinase and silver electrode were investigated by using cyclic voltammetry and potential-step chronoamperometry as well as current-step chronopotentiometry techniques. The kinetics of these reactions is quasi-reversible with two electron transfer reactions and 0.030 s(-1) apparent electrode reaction rate constant. The results demonstrate that neither electrode surface modification nor the inclusion of mediators is necessary to study the electron transfer reactions of tyrosinase at silver electrodes. Moreover, both the anodic and the cathodic currents are linear relationship with the tyrosinase concentration in the range of 1 x 10(-9) approximately 5 x 10(-8)moll(-1). The complex of tin(IV) with bromopyrogallol red (BPR) in the presence of nonyl phenoxy polyethoxyethanol (OP) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) has a sensitive absorption peak at 304 nm. Under the optimal conditions, Beer's law is obeyed over the range 0.1-2.5 mug ml(-1) Sn(IV) with molar absorptivity being 8.2 x 10(4) l mol(-1) cm(-1) and detection limit 0.018 mug ml(-1). As compared with the visible method which also uses BPR as chromogenic reagent (lambda(max) = 550 nm), our method is sensitive and selective because of the complex's high, sharp absorption peak. In addition, the present method is simple and rapid, no heating or standing is needed. By means of the mixed surfactants the precipitation caused by the ion association of cetyltrimethylammonium cation and I(-)(3) anion is avoided if iodide is used for separating micro amounts of tin(IV) from a sample matrix. An application of the proposed method to the determination of Sn(IV) in a canned food was made with satisfactory results. 相似文献
