S-(Trifluoromethyl)benzothioate (TFBT) has been developed as an inexpensive, bench-stable, and user-friendly trifluoromethylthiolation reagent, which can be easily synthesized by using KF as the only fluorine source. By using TFBT, trifluoromethylthiolates with various counterions can be readily obtained. The synthetic application of TFBT was demonstrated by trifluoromethylthiolation-halogenation of arynes, bis(trifluoromethylthiolation)–halogenation of 1,2-benzdiynes, nucleophilic substitution of alkyl halides, deoxytrifluoromethylthiolation of alcohols, and cross-coupling with aryl and vinyl boronic acids.  相似文献

Peptide sequences functionalized with primary amines at the N- and C-terminus are able to induce the aggregation of gold nanoparticles in ethanol as a consequence of their folding into a helical conformation. Random coil peptides are unable to induce such an aggregation process. Aggregation can be monitored spectrophotometrically by following the shift of the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) band of the nanoparticles and is confirmed by transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering analyses. Partial denaturation of the peptides results in diminished cross-linking ability. The helicity parameter θ222/θ208 correlates fairly well with the shift of the SPR band to longer wavelengths, supporting the relationship between the amount of helical content of a peptide sequence and its ability to induce aggregation.  相似文献

The conventional free radical polymerization (FRP) of multivinyl monomers (MVMs) inevitably leads to gelation even at low monomer conversion resulting in difficulties to control and monitor the reaction process. Flory and Stockmayer (F-S theory) studied it based on two fundamental assumptions: (1) independent and equivalent vinyl groups; (2) no intramolecular cyclization. However, until now its applicability to FRP of MVMs (especially regarding the extent of intramolecular cyclization) is still controversial. In this paper, Monte Carlo simulations are used to study FRP of divinyl monomers by two kinetic models: with/without cyclization models. The results of the simulations are compared with the calculated gel points based on F-S theory and the experimental data. It is found that the intramolecular cyclization has a negligible impact on the polymerization process and the gel point before gelation, which are in agreement with the prediction by F-S theory, but the effect becomes significant above the gel points.  相似文献

基于GaSb薄膜热光伏器件是降低热光伏系统成本的有效途径之一, 本文主要针对GaSb/CdS薄膜热光伏器件结构进行理论分析. 采用AFORS-HET软件进行模拟仿真, 分析GaSb和CdS两种材料各自的缺陷态密度、界面态对电池性能的影响. 根据软件模拟可以得知, 吸收层GaSb的缺陷态密度以及GaSb与CdS之间的界面态密度是影响电池性能的重要因素. 当GaSb缺陷态增加时, 主要影响电池的填充因子, 电池效率明显下降. 而作为窗口层的CdS缺陷态密度对电池性能影响不明显, 当CdS缺陷态密度上升4个数量级时, 电池效率仅下降0.11%.  相似文献

Recently, the coexistence of a parity‐time (PT) symmetric laser and absorber has gained tremendous research attention. While PT‐symmetric lasers have been observed in microring resonators, the experimental demonstration of a PT‐symmetric stripe laser is still absent. Here, we experimentally study a PT‐symmetric laser absorber in a stripe waveguide. Using the concept of PT‐symmetry to exploit the light amplification and absorption, PT‐symmetric laser absorbers have been successfully obtained. In contrast to the single‐mode PT‐symmetric lasers, the PT‐symmetric stripe lasers have been experimentally confirmed by comparing the relative wavelength positions and mode spacing under different pumping conditions. When the waveguide is half‐pumped, the mode spacing is doubled and the lasing wavelengths shift to the center of every two initial lasing modes. All these observations are consistent with the theoretical predictions and well confirm the PT‐symmetry breaking.
