Cu离子A位掺杂对LaSrCoO4复合氧化物氧化性能的影响

采用聚丙烯酰胺法制备了La1-xCuxSrCoO4(x=0.2-0.8)复合氧化物,考察了Cu离子掺杂量(x)对CO及C3H8氧化反应活性的影响,并运用XRD、IR、TPR和TPD等多种手段对复合氧化物催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,催化剂活性随x的变化而变化,Cu部分取代A位La能提高LaSrCoO4催化剂的CO及C3H8氧化反应活性,当x=0.4时La1-xCuxSrCoO4催化剂的晶格氧和Co3 含量较多,晶格氧的活动性较高,催化活性最佳。     

Separation and determination of ephedrine alkaloids and tetramethylpyrazine in Ephedra sinica Stapf by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

A simple, sensitive, and reliable method using gas chromatography (GC)-mass spectrometry (MS) is developed for the simultaneous determination of ephedrine alkaloids and 2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) in Ephedra sinica Stapf. The sample is extracted with ethyl ether and submitted to GC-MS for identification and quantitation without derivatization. The column used for GC is an HP-5 (30.0 m x 250 microm x 0.25 microm, 5% phenyl methyl siloxane), and the carrier gas is helium. The detection limits for ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and TMP are 0.4 ng 0.7 ng, and 0.02 ng (signal-to-noise ratio of 3), respectively. The reproducibility of the total procedure is proved to be acceptable (RSD < 2%), and the recoveries are above 93%.

The Q-band position of tin-centered 5, 9, 14, 18, 23, 27, 32, 36-octabutoxy 2, 3-phthalocyanine(SnNc(OBu)8) exhibits dramatic red-shift as mixed with SnCl2 in CH2Cl2.     

磁性纳米标记检测技术在生物医学即时检测领域的研究进展

基于磁性纳米材料的磁标记检测技术具有灵敏度高、线性范围广、信号检测便捷等优点。由于生物样品自身磁背景信号极低,相比于光学标记检测技术,磁标记检测技术在蛋白质、核酸、细胞、病原体及生物组织检测中均表现出更高的灵敏度,在生物医学即时检测领域展现了良好的应用前景。该文围绕磁性纳米粒在即时检测领域的最新研究进展,重点介绍了其在蛋白质、核酸以及几类病原体检测方面的应用,并对基于磁性纳米粒的即时检测技术发展方向及应用前景进行了展望。     

N,N-二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)甲胺高氯酸盐的晶体和电子结构

合成了三齿配体N,N-二(2-苯并咪唑亚甲基)甲胺(MN3)的高氯酸盐.对该化合物进行了元素分析、紫外和红外表征;采用X射线衍射方法测定了该化合物的晶体结构,依据晶体结构数据使用G98程序对配体(MN3)进行了量子化学计算.     

皮革中六价铬含量的IUC-18测定法

Ｃｒ(ＩＩＩ)是制革业最重要的鞣剂 ,制革业所用的Ｃｒ(ＩＩＩ)鞣剂由Ｃｒ(ＶＩ)还原而得到。皮革中除Ｃｒ(ＩＩＩ)外 ,还可能含有微量的Ｃｒ(ＶＩ) ,目前欧盟等国要求Ｃｒ(ＶＩ)的含量小于 5ｍｇ/ｋｇ[1 ] ;国内则还没有分析测定皮革中六价铬的国家标准 ,本文介绍六价铬的ＩＵＣ - 1 8国际标准分析方法 (ＩＵＣ ,Ｉｎｔｅｒ ｎａｔｉｏｎａｌＵｎｉｏｎｏｆＣｈｅｍｉｓｔｒｙ) ,并分析了该方法的不足及改进途径。1　实验部分ｐＨ7 5～ 8 0、惰性气体保护下用磷酸盐缓冲溶液浸取皮革的六价铬 ,六价铬将 1 ,5 二苯卡巴肼氧化为 1 ,5 二苯…     

SO42-促进的中孔含锆分子筛催化合成乙酸松油酯的研究

合成了中孔含锆分子筛Zr-MCM-41，用H2SO4对Zr-MCM-41进行修饰，得到SO4^2-促进的中孔含锆分子筛SO4^2-／Zr-MCM-41．通过XRD、FT—IR表征了其结构．结果表明：Zr—MCM-41和SO4^2-／Zr—MCM-41具有中孔分子筛的特征结构、良好的长程有序性和结晶度；SO4^2-已进入Zr—MCM-41骨架内部，并与骨架原子形成了化学键，从而产生强酸中心，将SO4^2-／Zr—MCM-41用于催化合成乙酸松油酯，考察了催化剂的种类、反应温度、反应时间及反应物配比对松油醇酯化反应结果的影响．     

Electrodeposition of nanocrystalline zinc from acidic sulfate solutions containing thiourea and benzalacetone as additives

Nanocrystalline zinc coatings were produced by pulse electrodeposition in acid sulfate bath containing thiourea and benzalacetone additives and characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy techniques. The influence of benzalacetone concentration and pulse peak current density on the grain size and crystallographic orientation of zinc deposits was investigated. Zinc electrodeposited from additive-free solutions or with one of the two additives is not composed of nanosized crystals. The mixture additives of thiourea and benzalacetone give rise to the formation of particle-like nanocrystalline zinc with a (10ī1) random orientation. A change in peak current density from 2 to 1 A/cm² only increases the grain size from 60 to 62 nm.     

Determination of Size Distribution of Nano-particles by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

A new method was developed for the determination of the size distribution of nano-particles by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). Scattering effect of nanoparticles was studied. This method for the determination of size distribution was statistical.     

A multifunctional Pasteurella multocida sialyltransferase: a powerful tool for the synthesis of sialoside libraries

A multifunctional sialyltransferase has been cloned from Pasteurella multocida strain P-1059 and expressed in E. coli as a truncated C-terminal His6-tagged recombinant protein (tPm0188Ph). Biochemical studies indicate that the obtained protein is (1) an alpha2,3-sialyltransferase (main function), (2) an alpha2,6-sialyltransferase, (3) an alpha2,3-sialidase, and (4) an alpha2,3-trans-sialidase. The recombinant tPm0188Ph is a powerful tool in the synthesis of structurally diverse sialoside libraries due to its relaxed substrate specificity, high solubility, high expression level, and multifunctionality.
