利用计算机辅助装调检测矩形大口径离轴非球面的方法研究

通过非球面的零位补偿法,完成了对矩形大口径离轴非球面镜的检测。先用光学设计软件Zemax从理论上分析了在检测中会出现的现象,并结合计算机辅助装调技术,确定在检测过程中相对敏感的自由度,然后控制这些量,使补偿器和非球面的相对关系与理论设计相吻合,在Zygo相位干涉仪上测得最终结果。在λ=632.8nm时,中心圆口径与两个边缘圆口径面形误差RMS分别为0.022λ,0.037λ,0.032λ。检测结果,达到预期目的。     

CCD相机调制传递函数测试软件的研制

数学傅立叶分析法是测量调制传递函数常用的一种方法，为了迅速地给出采用该方法进行调制传递函数测试的结果，针对刀口扫描测试CCD相机调制传递函数的测试系统研制了测试软件。软件可读入CCD相机摄取的数字图像文件，对数据进行消噪声处理，并自动识别刀口位置，选择合适区域计算出相机的调制传递函数。软件采用VC语言编制，结果以列表和曲线两种形式输出，用户界面良好，使用方便。利用该软件得到的测试结果与俄罗斯软件的计算结果吻合较好。     

变In组分沟道的MM-HEMT材料电子输运特性研究

在变缓冲层高迁移率晶体管（MM_HEMT）器件中，二维电子气的输运性质对器件性能起着决定作用.通过低温下二维电子气横向电阻的量子振荡现象，结合变温度的Hall测量，系统研究了不同In组分沟道MM_HEMT器件中子带电子迁移率和浓度随温度的变化关系.结果表明，沟道中In组分为0.65的样品，材料电学性能最好，In组分高于0.65的样品，严重的晶格失配将产生位错，引起迁移率下降，大大影响材料和器件的性能. 关键词： 变缓冲层高迁移率晶体管 Shubnikov_de Hass 振荡     

带有随机因素的逆DEA模型

本文讨论含有随机因素的逆 DEA模型 .逆 DEA模型解决的问题是 :对于某个决策单元 (DMU ) ,若增加其输入 ,在保持相对效率水平不变的情况下 ,估计 (预测 )输出应增加多少 .因此逆 DEA模型可用于短期预测问题 .带有随机因素的逆 DEA模型 ,是将该问题转化成机会约束的多目标规划问题 ,在某些特殊情况下 ,成为机会约束的线性规划问题 .     

SiH4激光等离子体内自由基反应动力学研究

本工作采用时间分辨的OES(Optics Emission Spectroscopy)技术,研究横向激励大气压(TEA)CO₂激光诱发的SiH₄等离子体内碎片反应动力学过程。实验结果表明,等离子体内某些碎片的发光特征谱线主峰位置明显不同。据此,讨论了各碎片的产生及反应过程。比较各碎片发光的持续时间及综合其它OES结果,我们认为SIH₄激光等离子体的最终反应通道为产生Si的通道。 关键词：     

Image Displaying Method of Ground-Based Millimeter Wave Radiometric Imaging System

The image displaying methods used in a millimeter wave radiometric imaging system have great influence on its imaging quality. In order to obtain high quality millimeter wave radiometric images, intensive studies on the image displaying methods are needed. This paper describes the image displaying method of Ground-based 8mm Millimeter Wave Radiometric Imaging (GMWRI) system and compares two different image displaying methods. The experimental results prove the unequal size element arc displaying method fits GMWRI system better.     

监测Lévy稳定过程均值变点的平均运行时间估计

平均运行长度(时间)(ARL)是判断一控制图监测变点效果好坏的一个重要工具.本文主要研究Lévy稳定过程的均值变点监测问题.我们给出了三个控制图,即EWMA,GEWMA和GLR的ARL估计,并通过数值模拟比较了4个控制图监测均值变点的效果和差异.     

Design and Fabrication of 1.06 μm Resonant-Cavity Enhanced Reflective Modulator with GaInAs/GaAs Quantum Wells

A resonant-cavity enhanced reflective optical modulator is designed and fabricated, with three groups of three highly strained InGaAs/GaAs quantum wells in the cavity, for low voltage and high contrast ratio operation. The quantum wells are positioned in antinodes of the optical standing wave. The modulator is grown in a single growth step in an molecular beam epitaxy system, using GaAs/AlAs distributed Bragg reflectors as both the top and bottom mirrors. Results show that the reflection device has a modulation extinction of 3 dB at -4.5 V bias.     

Magnetic Properties of Hf0.8Ta0.2（Fe0.97A0.03）2 （A=Al, Co, Mn） Systems

Moessbauer studies on the effect of substitution with 3% Al, Co, Mn atoms in the intermetallic compound of Hf0.8Ta0.2Fe2 are reported. The Al substitution leads to increase of the FM-AFM transition temperature and to decrease of the AFM-PM transition temperature. The Co substitution leads to disappearance of the FM state, only showing some FM impurity component, while Mn substituted compound indicates coexistence of FM and AFM states at low temperature. The phenomena imply complex itinerant electron properties in these magnetic systems.     

Simulation of Patterns and Qualitative Analysis of Pattern Rotation in an End-Pumped Nd：YVO4 Laser

We simulate some laser output patterns observed in our previous experiment employing superposition of Laguerre- Gaussian modes. The rotating pattern is qualitatively analysed from the point of contemporary spatial burning hole effect of the lasing crystal.
