Optical Recording Properties of Metal-Azo Dye as Recording Medium with Super-Resolution Near-Field Structure

A novel metallized azo dye has been synthesized. The absorption spectra of the thin film and thermal characteristic are measured. Static optical recording properties with and without the Bi mask layer super-resolution near-field structure （Super-RENS） of the metal-azo dye are investigated. The results show that the metal-azo dye film has a broad absorbance band in the region of 450-650 nm and the maximum absorbance wavelength is located at 603 nm. It is also found that the new metallized azo dye occupies excellent thermal stability, initiatory decomposition temperature is at 270℃ and the mass loss is about 48% in a narrow temperature region （15℃）. The complex refractive index N （N = n ＋ iκ） is measured. High refractive index （n = 2.45） and low extinction coefficient （κ = 0.2） at the recording wavelength 65Ohm are attained. Static optical recording tests with and without Super-RENS are carried out using a 65Ohm semiconductor diode laser with recording power of 7mW and laser pulse duration of 200ns. The AFM images show that the diameter of recording mark on the dye film with the Bi mask layer is reduced about 42%, compared to that of recorded mark on the dye film without Super-RENS. It is indicated that Bi can well performed as a mask layer of the dye recording layer and the metallized azo dye can be a promising candidate for recording media with the super-resolution near-field structure.     

瑶药野葛花中6种无机元素的测定

用原子吸收光谱法测定野葛花原生药、野葛花汤剂中的 Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn等 6种无机元素含量。结果表明 ,原药和水煎液中 Ca、Mg含量比较丰富 ;各种元素的煎出率存在着较大的差异 ,其中 Cu、Zn、Fe的煎出率较高 ,Zn最高 ,达到了 82 .5 6 % ;Ca最低 ,为 5 .5 8%。并且将其结果与葛根的无机元素做了比较。为探讨无机元素与中药药效之间的关系提供了基础数据。     

Effect of Ultrashort Pulsed Laser and X-Ray Irradiation on Au+ -Doped Glass

Au nanoparticles were precipitated inside Au+-doped glass samples after irradiation by femtosecond laser or x-ray. Femtosecond laser and X-ray irradiation result in decreasing of anneal temperature and critical size for the precipitation of Au nanoparticles.     

第Ⅰ种强度不对称三态叠加多模叠加态光场N次方Y压缩—第一正交相位分量的压缩情况

根据量子力学中的线性叠加原理,构造了由三个强度不等的多模相干态光场|{Z_j^(A)}>_q、|{Z_j^(B)}>_q和|{Z_j^(C)}>_q的线性叠加所组成的第Ⅰ种强度不对称三态叠加多模叠加态光场|ψ_l^(ABC)>_q.利用多模压缩态理论,研究了态|ψ_l^(ABC)>_q的第一正交方分量(即磁场分量)的广义非线性等幂次N次方Y压缩特性.结果发现:①在上述各多模相干态光场中各模的强度和各模的初始相位各不相等的情况下,态|ψ_l^(ABC)>_q的第一正交分量-磁场分量在一定的条件下,总可呈现出周期性变化的、任意等幂次的N次方Y压缩效应;②当上述各多模相干态光场的强度和各模的初始相位相等时,态|ψ_l^(ABC)>_q的磁场分量的N次方Y压缩现象消失,态|ψ_l^(ABC)>_q可恒处于等幂次N-Y最小测不准态.     

用方差定义的激光束横向尺寸的测量

用方差定义的激光束横向尺寸,有着普适、简单和便于利用光学元件并行运算功能的特点.本文提出一种借助改变柱形容器内吸收液浓度来直接测量各种波长激光束横向尺寸的理论和方法.     

巯基丁二胺铜单层修饰金电极上HIV-p24抗原的电化学免疫检测

制备了用巯基丁二胺铜(CuL)修饰的金电极并用作HIV-p24抗原蛋白(简称p24)免疫检测的化学传感器。CuL通过单层自组装固定在金电极表面,其覆盖率为1.02×10-11mol.cm-2,在含有1.0 mmol.L-1过氧化氢并在pH 6.2的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,制备的校正曲线的线性范围为0.5-150μg.L-1p24对相应的伏安响应,方法的检出限为0.2μg.L-1。在10μg.L-1p24浓度水平作精密度试验,得RSD值为3.5%,于试样中分别加入5,15,20及30μg.L-1p24进行回收率试验,所得结果在98%-102%之间。此方法毋需另加电子传递媒介体。应用此方法于临床血清分析,所得结果与放射性免疫法的结果一致,且所得RSD值均小于0.3%。     

新型固液双重致孔球形离子交换剂的制备及其性能研究

以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯为单体 ,采用固液联合致孔方式 ,通过一步悬浮聚合制备了一种新型双孔高分子球形载体 .经化学修饰后 ,得到含二乙胺羟丙基的阴离子交换剂 (介质A) .优化了制备条件 .并与用相同方法制备的但仅含有机溶剂致孔剂的介质B进行了比较 .介质A和B均具有较高的静态吸附容量和机械强度 .由于介质A内含有流动相可以对流通过的大孔 ,因此其动态吸附容量远高于介质B ,并且在较高的流速下表现出较好的色谱流动性能

马齿苋及其籽中脂肪酸的比较研究

本实验利用ＧＣ－ＭＳ分析技术对马齿苋全草及其籽中的脂肪酸（以甲酯的形式）进行了分析，共鉴定出８种脂肪酸。全草中以亚麻酸（４７．１６％）、亚油酸（２２．００％）及棕榈酸（１７．４％）为主，籽中以亚油酸（４５．８６％）及亚麻酸（３０．６１％）为主。     

太阳CO 4.6微米红外成像观测

太阳红外光谱中蕴含着丰富的物理信息,其中CO 4.6μm波段是具有代表性的分子谱带,其形成于温度极小区附近,对研究太阳物理具有极其重要的意义。为获得CO 4.6μm波段太阳单色像,本文建立了一套全反射太阳红外成像观测系统。该系统采用定天镜跟踪引光,通过成像反射镜将太阳成像于3~5μm波段红外相机的焦平面上,该相机采用的是国产HgCdTe焦平面阵列器件。同时,为提高信噪比,提出了一种有效计算平场提取观测目标的方法,并利用该方法获得了CO 4.6μm波段的太阳单色像。
