X射线衍射仪新功能的开发及其应用

根据Ｘ射线衍射仪的结构特点,通过巧妙而简易的改装,增添了“同步照相”新功能。文中分析了开发新功能的可行性;列举了新功能在某些场合下,能使传统的照相法和现代的衍射仪法结合起来,取长补短的例子;指出新功能有助于提高分析测试水平,并可收到一机多用、节能高效的综合效果。     

Concise Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activities of New Substituted 5‐Isoxazolpenicillins

The synthesis of a series of new 5‐isoxazolpenicillins is described, which were obtained by coupling substituted isoxazoles with 6‐APA. Concise large‐scale synthesis of 3,5‐disubstituted isoxazoles by 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition using copper(I) as catalyst was also investigated. Representative compounds were assayed for antimicrobial activities, showing satisfactory antimicrobial activities against Gram‐negative bacteria.     

Double hexagonal chains with minimal total <Emphasis Type="Italic">π</Emphasis>-electron energy

The total energy of all π-electrons in a conjugated hydrocarbon (within the framework of HMO approximation) is the sum of the absolute value of all the eigenvalues of its corresponding graph. In this paper, we consider “double hexagonal chains” as benzenoids constructed by successive fusions of successive naphthalenes along a zig–zag sequence of triples of edges as appear on opposite sides of each naphthalene unit. It is shown that if the fusions are such as to give a polyaceacene then the total π-electron energy is the minimum from among all the double hexagonal chains with the same number of naphthalene units.      

中性红作试剂荧光光度法测定亚硝酸根

研究了在盐酸介质中ＮＯ＾－２与中性红的亚硝化反应。结果表明，在０．０４８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的盐酸介质中，ＮＯ＾－２与中性红反应生成无荧光的物质，ＮＯ＾－２在４０－２４０μｇ／Ｌ，范围内与荧光猝灭程度成正比，常见的共存离子不干扰其测定。所拟方法用于水样中ＮＯ＾－２的测定，结果满意。     

Metal clips induce folding of a short unstructured peptide into an alpha-helix via turn conformations in water. Kinetic versus thermodynamic products

Short peptides corresponding to two to four alpha-helical turns of proteins are not thermodynamically stable helices in water. Unstructured octapeptide Ac-His1-Ala2-Ala3-His4-His5-Glu6-Leu7-His8-NH(2) (1) reacts with two [Pd((15)NH(2)(CH(2))(2)(15)NH(2))(NO(3))(2)] in water to form a kinetically stable intermediate, [[Pden](2)[(1,4)(5,8)-peptide]](2), in which two 19-membered metallocyclic rings stabilize two peptide turns. Slow subsequent folding to a thermodynamically more stable two-turn alpha-helix drives the equilibrium to [[Pden](2)[(1,5)(4,8)-peptide]] (3), featuring two 22-membered rings. This transformation from unstructured peptide via turns to an alpha-helix suggests that metal clips might be useful probes for investigating peptide folding.     

催化还原褪色光度法测定蒙药中痕量铜(Ⅱ)

在增敏剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺和活化剂α、α-联吡啶存在的条件下,以铜(Ⅱ)催化抗坏血酸还原偶氮氯膦mA褪色为指示反应建立了动力学光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。用固定时间法在554 nm处检测催化反应,方法的线性范围为0~0.11μg/mL,检出限6.3×10-11g/mL,相对标准偏差为3.6%。用于多种蒙药样品中痕量铜的测定。     

Differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry of osmium-modified peptides

Complexes of osmium tetroxide with nitrogen ligands were developed and used in our laboratory as probes of the DNA structure. Here, we show that the complex of osmium tetroxide with 2,2'-bipyridine (Os,bipy) can be used for modification and electrochemical detection of proteins at neutral pH. Salmon luteinizing hormone (SLH) containing two tryptophan (Trp) residues and human luteinizing hormone (HLH) containing one Trp were modified by Os,bipy and measured by differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry (DPAdSV) at a hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE). The intensity of the DPAdSV catalytic signals corresponded to the number of Trp residues in the peptide molecule. Decreasing pH of the background electrolyte from 6.6 to 3.8 led to the increase of DPAdSV signals, suggesting that at pH 3.8, the DPAdSV detection limit might be well below 1 ng/ml. Our results suggest that Os,bipy is potentially useful for chemical modification of proteins.     

希土盐与三种α-氨基酸配合物的合成和化学键性质的研究

合成了１４种希土氨基酸的固态配合物，并用反射电子光谱对其进行了表征。根据电子反射光谱数据，对每个配合物的Ｓｌａｔｅｒ－Ｃｏｎｄｏｎ参量（Ｆ２、Ｆ４、Ｆ６）和Ｌａｎｄｅ参量（ζ４５）、Ｎｅｐｈａｌａｎｘｅｔｅ比率（β）进行了计算，还计算了平均共价参数（δ）、成键参数（ｂ１／２）及Ｓｌａｔｅｒ径向积分比值（Ｆ４／Ｆ２与Ｆ６／Ｆ２）。结果表明：在这些配合物中ＲＥ３＋与三种α－氨基酸间配位键存在一定程度的共价性     

A theoretical study of electronic excited states of photosynthetic reaction center in Rhodopseudomonas viridis

The electronic singlet vertical excited states of photosynthetic reaction center (PSRC) in Rhodopseudomonas (Rps.) viridis were investigated by ZINDO and INDO/S methods. The effects of the interactions of pigment-pigment and pigment-protein on the electronic excitations were examined. The calculation results showed that the interactions of pigment-pigment and pigment-protein play an important role in reasonably assigning the experimental absorption and circular dichroism (CD) spectra of PSRC in Rps. virids. By comparing the theoretically computed excited states with the experimental absorption and CD spectra, satisfactory assignments of the experimental spectroscopic peaks were achieved.     

触头用银合金粉末的氧化性能和氧化后的组织结构

通过热重实验和扫描电子显微等方法，研究了４种触头用银合金粉末的氧化性能及氧化后的组织结构。发现Ａｇ－Ｓｎ－ＲＥ合金粉末氧化以后，在粉末表层形成一层纯银层，其组织结构理想；它的氧化性能最好，适于制备触头材料。Ａｇ－Ｓｎ－ＲＥ合金粉末的优良氧化性能与其氧化后理想的组织结构有关。稀土元素可以降低合金粉末的氧化温度，其它影响作用有待于进一步研究。
