New phosphorylated aminoacetal has been synthesized by the Kabachnik–Fields reaction; its reactivity has been studied in acid‐catalyzed condensation with linear polyphenols (2‐methylresorcinol, resorcinol, pyrogallol) and the Mannich reaction with macrocyclic polyphenol (calix[4]resorcinol). It has been determined for the first time that acid‐catalyzed reaction of phosphorus‐containing acetal with resorcinol and its derivatives in ethanol in the presence of hydrochloric acid gives new phosphorylated piperazines in addition to the compounds of diarylmethane series. Condensation of macrocyclic polyphenol (calix[4]resorcinol) with formaldehyde and N‐((dihexylphosphoryl)methyl)‐2, 2‐dimethoxyethylamine (the Mannich reaction) has resulted in novel tetrasubstituted calixarene containing aminophosphine oxide and acetal groups on the “upper rim” of molecule.  相似文献

The kinetics of phosphorylation of alkylated polyethyleneimine in chloroform in the presence of cationic surfactants with a cyclic or bicyclic head group and alkylated calix[4]resorcinarenes has been investigated by UV spectrophotometry. The catalytic activity of individual and mixed solutions of the amphiphilic admixtures depends on the structure of the constituents of the composition, on their concentrations in the solution, and on their relative amounts. In the presence of a calixarene, a decrease in the surfactant and polymer concentrations enhances the catalytic effect of the system.  相似文献

The use of ultrasonic irradiation in the reactions of trialkyl borates with octahydroxytetraoctyl[l 4] metacyclophane allowed us obtaining tetraalkoxyboratocavitands with higher yields and under milder conditions. We first obtained 1,3,2-dioxaborolane and 1,3,2-dioxaborinane derivatives of tetraoctyl[l 4]metacyclophane using ultrasonic irradiation. A series of aminophosphino cavitands were synthesized by reactions of dialkylaminomethyl-substituted calix[4]resorcinolarenes with hexaalkylphosphorous triamides, and their properties were studied. New aminoalkylated (thio)phosphato(phosphonato) cavitands were prepared by phosphorylation of dialkylaminomethyl-substituted calix[4]resorcinolarenes with phosphorus(V) dichlorides in the presence of a base. Their reactions with electrophilic alkylating agents (methyl trifluoromethanesulfonate, methyl iodide, and triethyloxonium tetrafluoroborate) were examined.  相似文献

Reactions of calixarenes with methylaminoacetaldehyde dimethyl acetal and formalin gave Mannich bases with the calixarene platform. It was found by dielcometric titration that calix[4]resorcinols with acetal groups in the aminomethyl fragment form head-to-head supra-molecular aggregates in chloroform at low concentrations.
