Performance of an Accelerometer Suspended by a Pendulum

Performances of an accelerometer suspended by a pendulum and set on ground directly are both discussed. Theoretical analysis shows that the isolation from seismic disturbances of such a suspending accelerometer is equal to that of a narrow band-pass electronic filter. This means that the effect of seismic noises to the accelerometer can be substantially suppressed by means of a pendulum suspension during its performance tests.

PA-PVA-CH塑料微球充D2和Ar

ICF塑料靶丸典型结构由3层组成：内层起支撑作用的聚苯乙烯（PS），中间起阻气作用的聚乙烯醇（PVA）和外部的烧蚀层碳氢（CH）。作为靶丸，空心塑料微球内的气体由燃料气体和诊断气体组成。燃料气体目前使用的主要是D2。塑料微球采用热扩散法充气，D2在塑料球壳中扩散很快，而Ar却渗透很慢，因此，塑料靶丸充气的核心工艺是如何充Ar和如何保D2。利用充Ar条件充D2或利用保D2技术保Ar都是很容易实现的。塑料微球充气在自行研制的充气系统中完成，球内气体采用四极质谱或X射线荧光谱仪进行测量。

Study on forward stimulated Brillouin scattering in a backward pumped fiber Raman amplifier

Strong multi-order forward stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) has been observed in the backward pumped S-band distributed fiber Raman amplifier (PRA) with tunable narrow signal source (less than 100 MHz) when the pump power of FRA reached the SBS threshold. This does not obey the theory that only weak backward SBS lines exist according to the conservation of energy and momentum and the wave vector selected rule. This is because the sound waveguide characteristic weakens the wave vector rule, and the forward transmitted sound waveguide Brillouin scattering lines are generated and amplified in FRA. When the pump power is further increased, 11 orders of SBS lines and comb-like profile are observed. For the excited line, the frequency is 197.2296 THz and the power is 0 dBm. The even order SBS lines are stronger than odd order SBS lines, the power of the 2nd and 4th order SBS lines is 1.75 dBm, which is 16 dB higher than that of the 1st and 3rd order SBS lines. The odd order SBS lines are named Brillouin R     

Identification of Newβ-Delayed γ Rays and a Low-Spin Isomer in^176Ir

The β＋/EC decay of doubly odd nucleus ^176Ir has been studied via the ^146Nd（^35Cl, 5n7） heavy ion fusion evaporation reaction at 210MeV bombarding energy. With the aid of a helium-jet recoil fast tape transport system, the reaction products were transported to a low-background location for measurement. Based on the data analysis, the previously known γ rays from the decay of ^176Ir are proven. Moreover, three new excited levels and ten new γ rays are assigned to ^176Os. The time spectra of typical γ rays clearly indicate a long-lived low-spin isomer in ^176Ir.
