无创人皮肤浅表组织血液中卟啉的荧光光谱分析

人体中含有的卟啉化合物主要有血红蛋白、血红素、原卟啉、粪卟啉、尿卟啉等。健康状况影响卟啉代谢,恶性肿瘤影响原卟啉(PPⅨ)与类胡萝卜素的相对含量。采用钛宝石激光器、光导纤维、荧光探头、多色仪、CCD、微机,组建起实施人体皮肤浅表组织内血液中的卟啉进行无创荧光检测系统。对人耳垂皮肤浅表组织内血液进行了荧光分析,结果同P_pⅨ水溶液的荧光谱一致。     

CHARACTERISTICS OF NATURAL CONTENTS OF CHEMICAL ELEMENTS IN PROFILES OF SOME SOIL TYPES IN CHINA AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP

The natural contents of 23 elements in the main soil types in China, the degree of enrichment of those elements and the characteristics of regional differences of the element arrangement are discussed in this paper. Through comparison between the element contents of 10 soils in China and the soils of the world, we have found that it is necessary to consider the equilibrium of the compositions of the soil types, when we try to find out a soil background content of the world or large region. The paper also deals with the concept and model of the regional differential coefficients of the elements. In the end of the paper, we analyse the correlation between 23 elements. The results show that there is a correlation between some elements of different soils in different geographical zones.     

稀土离子光谱探针技术研究——稀土离子与环境配体耦合边带的观测

用纳秒脉冲激光作为激发光源，在激发谱中观察到了Ｔｂ＾３＋的４ｆ－４ｆ电子跃迁与ＯＨ，ＯＤ键伸缩振动的耦合边带。实验上采用了时间分辨技术及扣除背影的计算机数据处理方法，有效地克服 杂质荧光和拉曼散射的背景干扰，获得了清晰的Ｔｂ＾３＋振动谱带。     

牛血清白蛋白与血卟啉之间的能量转移

首次报导了蛋白质分子对血卟啉衍生物分子之间的荧光敏化现象。通过离体模拟实验,证实了牛血清白蛋白分子(Bovine albumin) (BALB)与血卟啉衍生物分子(HPD)之间存在着能量转移,其中能量供体为BALB,能量受体为(HPD)。估算了其转移效率,讨论了BALB与HFD之间的相互作用类型。     

五氧硼酸钾结构的~1H NMR研究

给出相对于外磁场不同取向的五氧硼酸钾（ＫＢ５）单晶的１ＨＮＭＲ室温谱．发现当外磁场在晶体的ｂｃ平面里，１ＨＮＭＲ谱最多有６个峰．而在ａｈ或ａｃ平面里，最多仅有５个峰．用计算机拟合ＮＭＲ谱表明：在五氧硼酸钾中，氢原子是以羟基和水分子集团的形式存在．在羟基集团中，Ｏ—Ｈ的距离为０．１００５±０．００１ｎｍ和０．１０５４±０．００１ｎｍ；而在水分子中，Ｏ—Ｈ的距离为０．０９８３±０．００１ｎｍ和０．０９６８±０．００１ｎｍ，并且Ｈ—Ｏ—Ｈ夹角为１０８°±１°．这些显示本文的数据与中子衍射结果相近，而Ｘ射线衍射所得到的质子位置的数据则与我们的结果相距甚远．     

关于连续(开)序同态与分离性的一点注记

在L-拓扑空间中,给出连续序同态和开序同态的若干特征刻画,它们推广了文[2]的相应结果。此外,给出一个例子表明了分离性关系式:T-1 次T0/T0.     

癸二酸二辛酯非酸性催化合成

以癸二酸与２－乙基己醇为原料，铝酸盐为催化剂，合成了癸二酸二辛酯。考察了影响合成收率的各种因素。在醇酸摩尔比为２．５∶１、催化剂用量为０．０４～０．０５％、反应温度２２０～２３０℃及反应时间２．５ｈ的最佳条件下，产品收率＞９８％。     

载Ni沸石上Ni2+的还原作用III.沸石载体的影响和Ni0的稳定性

载Ni沸石(A,X,Y和M型)上Ni~(2 )的还原表明,沸石性质对Ni~(2 )的可还原性和Ni~0的分散度有明显影响,后者与载Ni沸石的催化性质密切相关.但是,对沸石结构与Ni~(2 )的可还原性和Ni~0分散度之间的关系迄今仍不清楚. 本文通过几种载Ni沸石(Y,M和ZSM-5型)上Ni~(2 )还原和Ni~0分散度的研究,观察沸石结构对它们的影响,并借助ESCA技术研究了NiNaY的还原试样在不同处理条件下表     

La（III）催化磷酸二（4－硝基苯酚）酯水解研究

The catalytic hydrolysis of bis（4-nitrophenyl）phosphate （BNPP） by lanthanum（Ⅲ） ion in the presence of amino-alcoholic ligands： diethanolamine （DEA） and triethanolamine （TEA）, was investigated kinetically at 30 ℃. The results indicated that the dinuclear dihydroxo complexes formed by lanthanum（Ⅲ） ion with aminoalcoholic ligands might be the catalytically active species which catalyze the hydrolysis of BNPP to different extents and the catalytic mechanism was believed to involve the synergism of double Lewis acid activation of the substrate and an intramolecular nucleophilic attack of a bridging oxo ligand.
