In the title compound, [Cu(C10H18N5)(CH4O)]ClO4, four N atoms from the deprotonated ligand derived from bis(3‐aminopropyl)amine and 2‐imidazolecarboxaldehyde are coordinated to the Cu atom. The four N atoms occupy equatorial positions with Cu—N bond distances ranging from 1.998 (2) to 2.046 (3) Å. The methanol O atom occupies one axial position with a Cu—O bond distance of 2.295 (2) Å. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl− anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl− anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The molecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C8H4O5)(C5H5N)2]n or [Cu(OH‐BDC)(py)2]n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and py is pyridine), the Cu atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the pyridine ligands and by three O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted triangular bipyramidal environment, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.941 (4)–2.225 (5) Å and Cu—N distances of 2.014 (6) and 2.046 (6) Å. The [Cu(OH‐BDC)]n two‐dimensional network is built up from interlocking 22‐, 15‐ and eight‐membered rings via sharing of Cu atoms and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by edge‐ or point‐to‐face C—H⋯π interactions and offset or slipped π–π stacking interactions. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)(C5H6N2)2(C12H12N2)]ClO4, was prepared by in situ partial ligand substitution between 3‐aminopyridine and 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine at room temperature. The central copper(II) ion is five‐coordinated by one bidentate 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine molecule, two monodentate pyridine‐coordinated 3‐aminopyridine molecules and one apical O atom from the perchlorate counter‐ion. Intermolecular N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions form a hydrogen‐bond‐sustained network. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The title complex, [Ag4(C7H5O3)2(C8H6N2)4(C7H6O3)4], lies about an inversion centre and has a unique tetranuclear structure consisting of four AgI atoms bridged by four N atoms from two 1,8‐naphthyridine (napy) ligands to form an N:N′‐bridge and four O atoms from two salicylate (SA) ligands to form an O:O′‐bridge. The Ag atoms have distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The centrosymmetric Ag4 ring has Ag—Ag separations of 2.772 (2) and 3.127 (2) Å, and Ag—Ag—Ag angles of 107.70 (4) and 72.30 (4)°. All SA hydroxy groups take part in intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding. In the crystal packing, the napy rings are oriented parallel and overlap one another. These π–π interactions, together with weak intermolecular C—H⋯O contacts, stabilize the crystal structure. 相似文献

In the title compound, {[Zn(C8H4O5)(C12H8N2)]·H2O}n or {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n (where OH‐H2BDC is 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), the Zn atoms are coordinated by two N atoms from the phen ligands and by four O atoms from hydroxyisophthalate ligands in a highly distorted octahedral geometry, with Zn—O distances in the range 2.042 (4)–2.085 (5) Å and Zn—N distances of 2.133 (5) and 2.137 (5) Å. The {[Zn(OH‐BDC)(phen)]·H2O}n infinite zigzag polymer forms a helical chain of [Zn2(OH‐BDC)2]n units. Face‐to‐face π–π interactions (3.60–3.75 Å) occur between two phen rings belonging to the same helical chain. Consolidation of the packing structure is achieved by O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the carboxylate O atoms, the hydroxyl group and the water molecule, forming two‐dimensional sheets. 相似文献

In bis[1‐(3‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) (the Cu atom occupies a centre of inversion), [Cu(C9H8NO2)2], (I), and bis[1‐(4‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) methanol solvate, [Cu(C9H8NO2)2]·CH3OH, (II), the O,O′‐chelating diketonate ligands support square‐planar coordination of the metal ions [Cu—O = 1.948 (1)–1.965 (1) Å]. Weaker Cu⋯N interactions [2.405 (2)–2.499 (2) Å], at both axial sides, occur between symmetry‐related bis(1‐pyridylbutane‐1,3‐dionato)copper(II) molecules. This causes their self‐organization into two‐dimensional square‐grid frameworks, with uniform [6.48 Å for (I)] or alternating [4.72 and 6.66 Å for (II)] interlayer separations. Guest methanol molecules in (II) reside between the distal layers and form weak hydrogen bonds to coordinated O atoms [O⋯O = 3.018 (4) Å]. 相似文献

The β‐diketone 3‐(4‐cyanophenyl)pentane‐2,4‐dione crystallizes as the enol tautomer 4‐(2‐hydroxy‐4‐oxopent‐2‐en‐3‐yl)benzonitrile, C12H11NO2, (I), with an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond [O⋯O = 2.456 (2) Å]. Reaction of (I) with copper acetate monohydrate in the presence of triethylamine leads to the formation of the copper(II) complexbis[3‐(4‐cyanophenyl)pentane‐2,4‐dionato‐κ2O,O]copper(II), [Cu(C12H10NO2)2], (II). In the structure of (II), the Cu atom is coordinated by four β‐diketonate O atoms in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—O distances in the range 1.8946 (11)–1.9092 (11) Å. The nitrile moieties in (II) make it a candidate for reaction with other metal ions to produce supramolecular structures. 相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, [Cr(C4H5NO4)(C6H6N4S2)(H2O)]Cl·H2O, consist of CrIII complex cations, Cl− counter‐ions and lattice water molecules. The complex cation assumes an octahedral coordination geometry, formed by a tridentate iminodiacetate dianion (IDA), a diaminobithiazole (DABT) molecule and a water molecule. The planar DABT group chelates the CrIII ion with normal Cr—N distances [2.0574 (17) and 2.0598 (17) Å], but the DABT molecule is inclined to the coordination plane by a dihedral angle of 17.23 (7)°. In the monodentate carboxylate groups of the IDA ion, the coordinated C—O bonds [1.288 (3) and 1.284 (3) Å] are much longer than the uncoordinated C—O bonds [1.222 (3) and 1.225 (3) Å]. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C11H15N3O2)], the CuII ion is five‐coordinated in a strongly distorted trigonal–bipyramidal arrangement, with the two methyloxime N atoms located in the apical positions, and the pyridine N and the Cl atoms located in the basal plane. The two axial Cu—N distances are almost equal (mean 2.098 Å) and are substantially longer than the equatorial Cu—N bond [1.9757 (15) Å]. It is observed that the N(oxime)—M—N(pyridine) bond angle for five‐membered chelate rings of 2,6‐diacetylpyridine dioxime complexes is inversely related to the magnitude of the M—N(pyridine) bond. The structure is stabilized by intra‐ and intermolecular C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds which involve the methyl H atoms, except for one of the two acetylmethyl groups. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cd(C14H10NO3)2(H2O)2], which crystallizes with Z = 4 in the space group C2c, the Cd atom is located on a twofold rotation axis and coordinated by six O atoms from two water molecules and two carboxylate groups of two planar 4‐(2‐hydroxybenzylideneamino)benzoate ligands, with a dihedral angle of 85.6 (1)° between them. Strong O—H⋯O hydrogen bonding in the coordination sphere, together with π–π stacking interactions, assemble the molecules into two‐dimensional layers. 相似文献

In the title molecular complex, [Cu4Cl6O(2‐EtTz)4], where 2‐EtTz is 2‐ethyltetrazole (C3H6N4), the central O atom is located on the symmetry site and is tetrahedrally coordinated to four Cu atoms, with Cu—O distances of 1.8966 (4) Å. A very slight distortion of Cu4O from a regular tetrahedron is observed [two Cu—O—Cu angles are 108.76 (3)° and four others are 109.828 (13)°]. Each Cu atom is connected to three others via the Cl atoms, forming a slightly distorted Cl octahedron around the O atom, with O⋯Cl distances of 2.9265 (7) Å for Cl atoms lying on the twofold axis and 2.9441 (13) Å for those in general positions. The Cu atom has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment, with three Cl atoms in the equatorial plane, and with the N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand and the μ4‐O atom in axial positions. The Cu atom is displaced out of the equatorial plane by ca 0.91 Å towards the coordinated N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C11H9N)2] or [Cu2(MeCO2)4(phpy)2] (phpy is 4‐phenylpyridine), consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the CuII atoms display a square‐pyramidal CuO4N coordination, with four acetate O atoms in the basal plane [Cu—O 1.975 (3)–1.987 (3) Å] and the phpy N atom in the apical position [Cu—N 2.150 (3) Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.654 (1) Å apart and are bridged by four acetate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular array through intermolecular π–π‐stacking interactions. 相似文献

The structure of 2,5‐bis(methylthio)‐1,4‐benzoquinone, C8H8O2S2, is composed of an essentially planar centrosymmetric benzoquinone substituted with two methylthio groups. The important bond distances are S—Csp3 1.788 (2) and S—Csp2 1.724 (2) Å, and the two Csp2—Csp2 distances are 1.447 (3) and 1.504 (3) Å, which differ significantly. There are short S?S interactions of 3.430 (1) Å and Csp2—H?O‐type contacts forming a dimeric motif with graph set R22(8). The structure of 2‐methyl‐3‐(methylsulfonyl)benzo[b]thiophene, C10H10O2S2, is composed of an essentially planar benzothiophene moiety substituted with methyl and methylsulfonyl groups. The mean values of the important bond distances are endocyclic S—Csp2 1.734 (3), S=O 1.434 (4) and C—Caromatic 1.389 (10) Å. The exocyclic S—Csp2 and S—Csp3 distances are 1.759 (4) and 1.763 (5) Å, respectively. 相似文献

The quinquedentate ligand 2,2′‐[1,1′‐(4‐azaheptane‐1,7‐diyldinitrilo)diethylidyne]diphenol in the title compound, [Cu(C22H27N3O2)], furnishes an N3O2 donor set, which results in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination; the two O and two imine N atoms lie in the basal plane, while the secondary amine N atom of the ligand occupies the axial position. The axial Cu—N bond is 0.33 Å longer than the average of the equatorial bonds, and the O atoms are trans. The symmetry of the molecule is lowered by the twist–boat and chair conformations adopted by the two CuNN chelate rings. The complex contains two intramolecular C—H⋯O interactions, and two molecules of the complex are linked into a dimer by means of moderate N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Spectroscopic evidence supports the presence of hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, (C2H10N2)[Cr(C4H9N2O2)2]2Cl4·2H2O, has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies at 293 and 100 K. The analyses demonstrated that the crystal consists of ethylenediammonium dications (which lie about inversion centres), bis[N‐(2‐aminoethyl)glycinato]chromium(III) monocations, Cl? anions and hydrate water molecules, in a molecular ratio of 1:2:4:2. The complex cation unit has a slightly distorted octahedrally coordinated Cr atom, with two Cr—O and four Cr—N bonds in the ranges 1.951 (1)–1.953 (1) and 2.054 (1)–2.089 (2) Å, respectively, at 293 K. The geometry of the bis[N‐(2‐aminoethyl)glycinato]chromium(III) moiety was found to be trans, cis, cis with respect to the carboxylate O atom and the primary and secondary amine N atoms. The two analyses, at 293 and 100 K, exhibited no remarkable structural differences, although the colour of the crystals did differ, being red at 293 K and orange at 100 K. 相似文献

The first single‐crystal studies of three bis‐transoid Cu–hydroxamate salts, bis(3‐methoxy‐4,N‐dimethylbenzohydroxamato‐O,O′)copper(II), [Cu(C10H12NO3)2], bis(4‐chloro‐N‐methylbenzohydroxamato‐O,O′)copper(II), [Cu(C8H7ClNO2)2], bis(N‐methyl‐3,5‐dinitrobenzohydroxamato‐O,O′)copper(II)–chloroform (1/2), [Cu(C8H6N3O6)2]·2CHCl3, are presented. The Cu atom in each of the title compounds sits at a center of inversion and displays a nearly square‐planar geometry with the hydroxamate‐O atoms connected to it in a syn configuration. The N atoms are in a transoid configuration. Each five‐membered Cu–hydroxamate ring is planar, thus providing evidence that a planar N atom is present in each ring. The phenyl groups are twisted with respect to the hydroxamate group by ~40–54°. The angular strain of the sp2 carbonyl oxygen is significant (~10° from ideal). 相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Cu(C4O4)(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, consists of one pyridine‐4‐carboxamide (isonicotinamide or ina) ligand, one‐half of a squarate dianion, a coordinated aqua ligand and a solvent water molecule. Both the CuII and the squarate ions are located on inversion centers. The CuII ions are octahedrally surrounded by four O atoms of two water molecules and two squarate anions, and by two N atoms of the isonicotinamide ligands. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,3‐bridged CuII ions. These chains are held together by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming an extensive three‐dimensional network. 相似文献
