A short review of industrial technologies used for receiving titanic powders is provided. Shortcomings of existing industrial chloride production technologies of titanium are shown. The need to develop, the essentially new fluoride technology for the purposes of receiving titanic powders from low-temperature fluoride fusions is shown. The preparation technique for fluoride fusions uses the process of hydrofluoration of fluorides from lithium and sodium non-aqueous HF with the allocated decomposition of potassium hydrofluoride is given. The processes occurring during the electrolysis of titanic powders from fluoride fusions with the use of tetrafluoride as a reagent for the titanium are described.  相似文献

Finely dispersed titanium dioxide is widely used in modern technologies. Proved reserves of titanium ores in Russia are expected to meet industrial needs. However, the available facilities for the manufacture of titanium dioxide from ores are clearly insufficient, which naturally requires new plants to be put into operation. The technologies used for the production of titanium dioxide were developed as early as 1940s, when ecological aspects of the production process were almost not taken into account. The present survey analyzes environmental problems related to the titanium dioxide production according to the sulfate and chloride technologies in comparison with the fluoride process proposed for industrial implementation. The fluoride process has been examined as applied to ilmenite from the Turan deposit in Tomsk oblast, and some actions directed toward improvement of ecological parameters of this process have been proposed.  相似文献

An easy method for speedy and quantitative separation of carrier-free scandium tracer formed by the (48)Ti(22)(n,p)(48)Sc(21) nuclear reaction has been developed. Separation of (48)Sc (1.83 days) from the target titanium metal was carried out by co-precipitating the tracer with calcium fluoride precipitated at pH approximately 4 from the solution of irradiated titanium in hydrofluoric acid. The freshly formed fluoride precipitate was dissolved in conc. hydrochloric acid, and the tracer extracted with tributyl phosphate and then stripped into aqueous medium. The carrier-free tracer was estimated by isotopic dilution. with calcium fluoride as non-isotopic diluent.  相似文献

建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GF-AAS)测定纳米二氧化钛中痕量杂质元素砷的分析方法。采用由一定浓度和比例的氢氟酸、硝酸组成的混合试剂,结合应用高压密闭微波加热技术快速完全消解纳米二氧化钛样品,优选了最佳微波加热控制程序,不仅解决了二氧化钛难消解和待测元素砷高温消解过程中易挥发损失等难点,而且检测溶液酸度低,避免对GF-AAS石墨管的侵蚀。并且,通过基体效应影响实验,优化选择了石墨管类型、石墨炉升温原子化控制程序以及原子吸收光谱仪检测参数,消除热稳定性强的二氧化钛基体对测定易挥发痕量元素砷的影响。方法检出限为0.02μg/L,加标回收率为93.0%~106.0%,相对标准偏差9.4%,与ICP-MS检测方法结果对照一致。  相似文献

The delamination of titanium carbide sheets, an intriguing class of two‐dimensional materials, has been critically dependent on the extraction of interlayer Al in acidic media, such as concentrated hydrofluoric acid (HF) or a mixture of hydrochloric acid (HCl) and a fluoride salt. Herein, we report an organic‐base‐driven intercalation and delamination of titanium carbide that takes advantage of the amphoteric nature of interlayer Al. The resulting aluminum‐oxoanion‐functionalized titanium carbide sheets manifested unusually strong optical absorption in the near‐infrared (NIR) region with a mass extinction coefficient as high as 29.1 L g?1 cm?1 at 808 nm. Thus, the performance of this material is comparable or even superior to that of state‐of‐the‐art photoabsorption materials, including gold‐based nanostructures, carbon‐based materials, and transition‐metal dichalcogenides. Preliminary studies show that the titanium carbide sheets serve as efficient photothermal agents against tumor cells.  相似文献

The behaviour of the 6% aluminium–magnesium alloy (AM60) surface in zirconium or titanium fluoride aqueous acid solutions was studied. X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy was used to investigate modifications in the surface chemistry with respect to the composition of the surface treatment solution. The surface film is composed of magnesium hydroxide and hydroxyfluoride, zirconium oxide, oxyhydroxide or oxyfluoride, titanium oxide and structural and adsorbed water. Optimal parameters leading to the formation of a zirconium‐ or titanium‐rich film were determined. A mechanism is proposed for the formation of zirconium‐ or titanium‐based films. The physical and chemical processes taking place in multicomponent gas-plasma mixtures are considered. A theoretical model of selective condensation during relaxation of the mixture is developed. It is shown that the condensation process depends strongly on the concentration of charged particles, which appear to be condensation nuclei. The concentration of the charged nuclei isfound to be influenced by the initial conditions of gas-plasma mixture relaxation. Illustrative calculations for titanium ultrafine powder deposition during plasma-chemical processing of titanium tetrachloride are carried out.  相似文献

用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)树脂制备了溶剂型氟碳涂料,筛选并优化了PVDF涂料的溶剂组成。采用丙烯酸树脂对PVDF进行改性,并研究颜填料钛白粉对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,由甲苯、甲基异丁基酮、乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯及邻苯二甲酸二甲酯组成的溶剂体系的涂料综合性能比较好,而丙烯酸树脂和钛白粉的加入明显地改善了PVDF涂膜的性能。  相似文献

Modification of titanium butoxide by acetic acid has been studied by means of FT-IR spectroscopy. A deconvolution procedure was carried out to give further insight concerning the coordination modes of acetate ligands in TiaOb(OBu)c(OAc)d complexes. From these results, molecular structures of the acetic acid modified precursor in a stoichiometric Ti(OBu)4/AcOH (1:1) were proposed. On the basis of ATR spectroscopic data, the degree of complexation in TiaOb(OBu)c(OAc)d oligomers as a function of the molar ratio Ti/AcOH was also estimated. Organic/inorganic hybrids were prepared from titanium butoxide and acrylic terpolymers bearing active acid groups via the sol-gel process. The interactions between the acid groups of the polymer and titanium butoxide were investigated by FT-IR spectroscopy and the carboxylate coordination modes were compared with the coordination modes in the acetato complexes.  相似文献

The influence of process parameters on the epoxidation of 2-buten-1-ol with 30 % hydrogen peroxide using the titanium silicalite TS-1 is presented. The studies were carried out under autogenic pressure (in autoclave). Methanol was used as a solvent in this process. The influence of temperature, 2-buten-1-ol to hydrogen peroxide mole ratio, amount of solvent used, TS-1 catalyst content, and reaction time on the reaction was studied. The major product of this reaction, 2,3-epoxybutan-1-ol (EB), has numerous applications in chemical industry.  相似文献

Titanium raw materials play important role as a source of titanium and titanium dioxide. The investigation of the rate of oxidation and phase transformation of titanium slag in static air atmosphere by use of thermogravimetry (TG) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD) were presented. The investigation were carried out for three different particle size fractions to determine influence of this parameter on rate of reaction. To estimate kinetic parameters was used the kinetic model of contracting volume. The value of kinetic parameters show that influence of heating rate and particle size on rate of reaction is not so large. The thermogravimetric investigations of the oxidation of titanium slag in air atmosphere shown that reaction proceeds in two stages. The XRD investigation shown that titanium slag has the pseudobrookite structure and its diffraction pattern is very close to the diffractogram of magnesium titanate MgTi2O5 and iron magnesium titanium oxide (Fe-Mg-Ti-O). At elevated temperature the structure of slag transforms to the ferric pseudobrookite structure and excess titanium dioxide forms the rutile phase. The characteristics of the mixed-ligand titanium(IV)-fluoride-alizarin complex, including the optimum conditions of formation and extraction into methyl isobutyl ketone, are described. A simple and sensitive procedure for spectrophotometric determination of titanium has been developed. At pH 9.5-10.3 titanium reacts with alizarin in the presence of fluoride to form a red-violet complex that is completely extractable into methyl isobutyl ketone, and has its absorption maximum at 513 nm. The molar absorptivity at 513 nm is 7.0 x 10(4)l.mole(-1).cm(-1). Beer's law is obeyed up to 22 mug of titanium in 30 ml of solution. The method has been used for the determination of titanium in an oxide mixture and aluminium alloy samples.  相似文献

An analysis of complex tantalocolumbites has been carried out by precipitation from homogeneous solutions. A homogeneous precipitation of tungsten, titanium, tantalum and niobium by thermal decomposition of the soluble peroxytungstates, described in previous papers, is used. Corrections for incomplete precipitation and coprecipitation phenomena are applied on the basis of the experimentally found values. Silicon and tin are separated by volatilisation as fluoride and iodide, respectively. Iron is extracted by means of isopropyl ether and the rare earth metals are precipitated homogeneously from an oxalate solution. Manganese is precipitated as the ammonium phosphate. The results are in good agreement with an independent method, the standard deviations being within 1 % for the major constituents.  相似文献

The compound Na2Ti(CF3COO)6(CF3COOH)2 was synthesized as colorless crystals, extremely unstable in air, by the reaction of TiCl4 with trifluoroacetic acid and sodium trifluoroacetate. Crystallographic studies have shown that this sodium trifluoroacetatotitanate is the first example of a tetravalent titanium carboxylate [Ti(RCOO)6]2– containing titanium in an octahedral environment of oxygen atoms of carboxylate groups. Thermal decomposition of Na2Ti(CF3COO)6(CF3COOH)2 in an argon atmosphere results in the complex fluoride Na2TiF6.  相似文献

The Ti/CuO interface has been studied by the techniques of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy. Thin films of titanium were deposited on a CuO substrate at room temperature by the e-beam technique. The photoelectron spectra of titanium and copper were found to exhibit significant chemical interaction at the interface. The titanium overlayer was observed to get oxidized to TiO2, while the CuO was observed to get reduced to elemental copper. This chemical interaction was observed to occur until a thickness of 7 nm of the titanium overlayer. For thicknesses greater than this value, the presence of unreacted titanium in the sample was detected. Barrier characteristics at the Ti/CuO interface were also carried out for substrate temperatures of 300°C, 400°C, 500°C, and 600°C as a function of the titanium overlayer thickness. A linear trend in the barrier thickness of the overlayer was observed between 400°C and 600°C substrate temperatures. The atomic force microscopy micrographs of the unannealed samples depicted layer-by-layer growth of elemental titanium on copper. At the Ti/CuO interface in such samples, the micrographs exhibited island formation of TiO2 corresponding to the Volmer-Weber growth model. This formation has been interpreted as the relaxation in the strain energy. The percentage coverage of the underlying substrate by the TiO2 islands showed a linear trend for the thicknesses of the titanium overlayer investigated. The average size of these islands also showed a linear trend as a function of the thickness of the overlayer.  相似文献

首先在含钠体系硼酸与哌啶用量较少的条件下水热合成B-MWW分子筛前驱体, 然后对其进行液相酸溶液后补钛, 合成了高结晶度的Ti-MWW分子筛. 利用粉末X射线衍射、 氮气吸附-脱附分析、 紫外-可见漫反射光谱和紫外拉曼光谱等技术考察了硅钛比、 温度等后补钛参数对所合成Ti-MWW分子筛的织构性质、 钛物种周围配位环境及催化1-己烯环氧化性能的影响, 确定适宜液相后补钛的硅钛比为30, 温度为373 K. 并且发现, 在后补钛体系中添加少量氟化铵可显著提高所合成Ti-MWW分子筛对1-己烯环氧化的催化活性. 本研究不仅证实了酸处理Ti-MWW分子筛前驱体的脱硼补钛机制, 也为Ti-MWW分子筛的合成提供了一种新的方法与思路.  相似文献

In recent years, the pulp and paper industries have been trying different technologies to reduce fresh water consumption in paper mills. This has led to a fast development of new wastewater treatment technologies for industrial reuse. Lately, water-soluble polymeric ligands have shown to be powerful substances to remove trace metals from industrial wastewater through ultrafiltration (UF). In the present study, polyethyleneimine (PEI) and polyvinylalcohol (PVA) were used as water-soluble polymeric macroligands. The UF experiments were carried out in stirred dead-end cells. The membrane used was formed from polyvinilidene fluoride (PVDF). The performance of water-soluble polymeric ligands was evaluated by determining metal removal and chemical oxygen demand (COD). In general, the complexation–ultrafiltration process was efficient for metal removal from wastewater, leading to a better effluent quality when compared to ultrafiltration without any ligands addition.  相似文献
