The crystal structure of [Cd(DBDA)(phen)2(H2O)](H2O)2 (1) (DBDA=2,2′-dimethoxy-1,1′-binaphthylene-6,6′-disulfonate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline) composes of a cadmium center which is surrounded by four nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenathroline as well as two oxygen atoms from water and sulfonate group of DBDA that also participates in H-bonding interactions to form 3D network. The crystal structure of [Cd(BDA)(phen)2(H2O)](H2O)2 (1) (BDA=6,6′-dibromo-2,2′-dimethoxy-1,1′-binaphthylene-4,4′-disulfonate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline)consists of a cadmium center whose coordination environment can be best described as a slightly distorted octahedron defined four nitrogen atoms from two phen ligands and two oxygen atoms differently from BDA ligand and water. There are strong hydrogen-bonding interactions between water and sulfonate group of BDA ligands to construct the 3D network. CCDC: 277921.  相似文献

A mixed-ligand metal-organic complex [Cd(C7H3N3O2)(C12H8N2)]n was synthesized by cadmium(Ⅱ) nitrate, 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) and benzotriazole-5-carboxylate acid(H2btca). Single crystal X-ray analysis indicates that complex 1 has a two-dimensional layer structure and crystallizes in an orthorhombic space group(Pbca), with cell parameters, a=1.7422(6) nm, b=0.9264(3) nm, c=2.0729(7) nm, α=90°, β=90°,γ=90°, V=3.346(2) nm^3, Z=8. Each central Cd(Ⅱ) is six-coordinated by four N atoms, two of which are from 1,10-phenanthroline, and the other two from two different triazole nitrogen atoms and two O atoms from benzotriazole-5-carboxylate, forming a distorted octahedral geometry. Adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) centers are bridged by benzotriazole-5-carboxylate molecules to form a one-dimensional chain, which is further connected by the nitrogen atoms of btca^2- to form an extended two-dimensional wave-like layer, with OFF(offset face-to-face) stacking interactions between phen ligands in adjacent layers, which are helpful to forming the three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Cd(2,6-pyda)(N3)2(H2O)6]n (2,6-H2pyda = 2,6- pyridinedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 24.416(4), b = 10.7638(17), c = 6.9224(11) A^°, β= 106.124(2)A^°, V = 1747.7(5) A^°3, Mr = 515.64, De= 1.960 g/cm^3,μ = 1.365 mm^-1, F(000) = 1024, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0426 and wR = 0.1320. In the title complex, there exist two kinds of metal centers in the structure, cadmium ions and sodium ions. The Cd(Ⅱ) atom shows a distorted pentagonal-dipyramidal geometry defined by two O and one N atoms from one deprotonated pyda ligand and four N atoms from four μ-1,1,3 azido groups. The adjacent cadmium atoms are bridged via two μ-1,1,3 azido groups, along the c axis to afford an extended chain. There is also a 2D network which is comprised of binuclear subunits [NaE(H2O)6] connected by O atoms from coordinated water between the adjacent Cdn(pyda)n(Na)2n infinite chains. Furthermore, each cadmium atom is connected with four adjacent sodium atoms through the bridging N3- ligand in μ-1,3 patterns. Thus, the title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

<正>Mononuclear complex {[Cu(N-men)2(cda)2]·[Cu(N-men)2]-(ClO4)2} was synthesized by sodium carbamyldicyanomethanide Na(cda), N-methylethylenediamine and hydrate copper perchlorate. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P 1 with a = 7.229(2), b = 8.114(2), c = 15.936(4) A, α = 80.511(4), β = 78.993(4), r= 72.118(4)°, V = 867.6(3) A3, Z = 1, C20H44Cl2Cu2N14O10, Mr = 838.68, Dc = 1.605 g/cm3, F(000) = 434 and μ = 1.449 mm-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0480 and wR = 0.1289 for 2503 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the complex there exist two kinds of coordination models for Cu (II) ions. One is that the Cu (II) ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms which are from two N-men molecules, and a slightly distorted square planar coordinate environment is formed around the Cu (II) ion; the other is that the Cu (II) ion is coordinated by six nitrogen atoms, of which four are from two N-men molecules and the left from nitrile groups, resulting in a distorted octahedron around the  相似文献

A new inorganic-organic hybrid cadmium(Ⅱ) complex [Cd2(H1/2C4BIm)2(CH3COO)]nhas been prepared by a hydrothermal reaction,and characterized by fluorescence,IR,TGA,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.In its crystal structure,there are two kinds of coordinating forms for those Cd(Ⅱ) ions.One is that the Cd(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by one carboxylate oxygen atom from one acetate oxygen ligand and three benzimidazole nitrogen atoms from three 2,2’-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(1H-benzimidazole)(H2C4BIm) ligands,and the other is that the Cd(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by four benzimidazole nitrogen atoms from four H2C4 BIm ligands to furnish two distorted tetrahedral coordination geometries.It exhibits a beautiful structure for a 2D layer and a 3D network,with its four-connecting nodes provided by the H2C4 BIm ligands.Furthermore,this complex shows intense luminescent property at room temperature.In [Cd2(H2C2BIm)2(C9H6O4)2]n,the H2C2 BIm ligand lost the role as a bridging ligand because of the shorter alkyl chain compared with that of H2C4 BIm ligand.  相似文献

The reaction of Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O with 3,3'-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)-2,2'-dipyridine (L) gave a mononuclear zinc(II) complex: [ZnL2](ClO4)2·2DMF·4H2O, which was structurally characterized by EA, IR, UV, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C54H54Cl2N14O14Zn, Mr = 1259.38) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 20.874(2), b = 14.9953(16), c = 20.462(3) , β = 101.553(2)°, V = 6274.8(13) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.333 g/cm3, F (000) = 2608, μ(MoKα) = 0.548 mm–1, R = 0.0682 and wR = 0.1931 for 4984 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Zn(II) is four-coordinated in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry through four N atoms from four benzimidazole units of two ligands. In the crystal lattice, the [ZnL2]2+ cations are linked to each other by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds between nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole rings, water and DMF molecules.  相似文献

Complex [Zn(L)(SO4)]·0.5H2O (L= 2-(2-chloro-6-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 /n with a = 9.9916(7), b = 12.3834(9), c = 29.259(2) , β = 97.7720(10)°, V = 3587.0(4)3 , Z = 2, C76H41Cl4F4N16O9S2Zn2 , Mr = 1734.91, Dc = 1.606 g/cm 3 , F(000) = 1754, μ(MoKa) = 0.959 mm -1 , R = 0.0492 and wR = 0.1385. The asymmetric unit of 1 contains one Zn(II) atom, two L ligands, one sulfate anion and half a water molecule. Each Zn(II) atom is five-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from two different L ligands and one sulfate oxygen atom in a tetragonal pyramidal coordination environment. The N-H···O hydrogen bonds link the discrete structure of 1 into a 2D supramolecular architecture. The photoluminescent property of 1 has also been studied in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Cd(1,5-nds)(Him)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n (1,5-nds = naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate and Him = imidazole) was synthesized based on the reaction of cadmium oxide and 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid firstly, and then mixed with imidazole in methanol medium. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TGA, respectively. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P, with a = 8.5420(10), b = 10.2570(10), c = 13.361(2)(A), α = 100.704 (2), β = 100.195(2), γ = 108.873(3)°, C16H20Cd N4O9S2, Mr = 588.91, V = 1.0524(2) nm3, Dc = 1.858 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 592, μ= 1.294 mm-1, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1007 for 3180 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the cadmiun atom is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from three 1,5-nds and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from two imidazoles, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules are linked to form a two-dimensional coordination polymer based on bridging ligands of naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate anions, the sheets of which are then interacted via hydrogen bonds, leading to a three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The new cadmium coordination polymer [Cd(bim)2(dca)2]n (1), (bim?=?benzimidazole, dca?= dicyanamide) was synthesized and characterized by IR, thermogravimetric analysis and luminescent properties. The coordination geometry of cadmium atom is distorted octahedral, coordinated equatorially by four nitrogen atoms from four dicyanamide ligands, and axially by two nitrogen atoms from two benzoimidazoles. Two cobalt(II) coordination polymers formed from bte (bte = 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethane), namely [Co(bte)2(dca)2]n (1) and {[Co(bte)(dca)2] · H2O}n (2), have been synthesized and characterized by elementary analyses, IR, thermogravimetric analyses, X-ray diffraction analyses and magnetic measurements. Compound 1 is a double-chain with Co(II) centers bridged by bte, containing metallocycles of [Co2(bte)2] and trans dca as termination ligands. In 2, each Co(II) center is bonded by two bridging bte ligands and four dca as μ-1,5-dca in different orientations in the 3D network.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers {[Ni(bte)2(NCO)2](H2O)} n (1), {[Ni(bte)2(N3)2](H2O)} n (2) and {[Ag(bte)2](NO3)} n (3) (bte?=?1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethane) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography, IR and thermogravimetric analysis. The coordination geometry of the Ni(II) atom is distorted octahedral, coordinated equatorially by four nitrogen atoms from four triazole rings of four symmetry-related bte ligands, and axially by two nitrogen atoms from two isocyanate anions in 1 and azide anions in 2, respectively. The structures of 1 and 2 are both polymeric, with 18-membered spiro-fused rings and each 18-membered ring involving two inversion-related bte molecules. The coordination geometry of the Ag(I) atom in 3 is distorted tetrahedral, formed by four nitrogen atoms from four triazole rings of four symmetry-related bte ligands. Each bte ligand links two Ag(I) atoms and forms a two-dimensional undulated (4,4) network in 3.  相似文献
