研究了9种金属离子对一株南海红树内生真菌B77生长代谢的影响。结果表明,质量浓度为0.15 mg/mL的Zn2+可明显促进该真菌的生长,菌丝体增多,并且使代谢时间缩短,代谢产物产量提高。结果表明,适量的金属离子可以对该真菌的生长,次级代谢产物的生产具有明显的作用。 相似文献

研究了从南海海洋真菌2508号分离得到的一种新的海洋代谢产物Xylopyridine A (1)和一个已知代谢产物xylopyrazine A (2).他们的结构由光谱数据确定。同时通过荧光淬灭实验和光谱滴定实验研究了两种化合物与DNA的结合。结果表面1显示出很强的DNA结合作用并且是通过扦插结合的,可开发用于强DNA结合剂方面的用途。 相似文献

目的测定红树内生真菌Nigrospora sp.菌体中的微量元素。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对湛江红树木榄内生真菌菌体中的Fe、Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cd和Pb等微量元素进行了分析测定,结果发现其Fe、Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg和Mn等元素的含量都比较丰富,未检出Cd和Pb。数据显示相对标准偏差为0.30%~3.93%,回收率为96.8%~102.6%,结论该法快速、简单、结果可靠,为进一步对红树木榄内生真菌探讨研究提供更全面的分析数据。 相似文献

研究红树林植物角果木根部内生真菌Fusarium sp.JG13次级代谢产物。用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析和重结晶等方法,从该菌发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取相中分离获得4个单体化合物,以及一对顺反异构体。运用现代波谱技术以及文献数据对照,鉴定其结构分别为physcion(1)、trans physcion bianthrone(2)、cis physcion bianthrone(3)、asperflavin(4)、neoechinulin A(5)和isodihydroauroglaucin(6)。所有化合物均为首次从角果木根内生真菌Fusarium sp.JG13发酵分离得到。 相似文献

The endophytic fungus No. 1893 was isolated from the dropper of Kandelia candel from an estuarine mangrove on the South China Sea coast. The ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation broth of this fungus strain exhibited cytotoxicity toward NCI4460 and Bel-7402, and high activities against Heliothis armigera (Hühner) and Sinergasilus spp. Two new lactones, 1893A (1) and B (2), together with 5-(p-hydroxybenzyl)hydantoin and two cyclodipeptides, cyclo-(Ser-Leu) and cyclo-(Phe-Gly), were isolated from the extract. Four new cyclic lipopeptides, cyclo-(AFA-Ser-Gln-Asn-Tyr-Asn-Ser-Thr), named cyclodysidins A–D, were isolated from the broth culture of Streptomyces strain RV15 associated with the marine sponge Dysidea tupha. The sequences of the amino acid building blocks in the compounds and their structures were determined by 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques and CID-MS/MS experiments. The absolute configurations of all α-amino acids were determined by HPLC analysis after derivatization with Marfey’s reagent and comparison with commercially available reference samples, while those two of the β-amino fatty acids were determined by using racemic and enantiopure reference samples synthetically prepared. 相似文献

A new secondary metabolite, (2S,3R)-l-threonine, N-[3-(formylamino)-2-hydroxybenzoyl]-ethyl ester (streptomyceamide C, 1), together with four known compounds 1, 4-dimethyl-3-isopropyl-2,5-piperidinedione (2), cyclo-((S)-Pro-8- hydroxy-(R)-Ile (3), cyclo-((S)-Pro-(R)-Leu (4), and seco-((S)-Pro-(R)-Val) (5), were isolated from the EtOH extract of the fermented mycelium of the marine-derived streptomycete strain H74-21, which was isolated from sea sediment in a mangrove site. The structure of the new compound was established on the basis of its spectroscopic data, including 1D and 2D NMR, HR-TOF-MS. Their antifungal activities against Candida albicans and cytotoxicities against human breast adenocarcinoma cell line MCF-7, human glioblastoma cell line SF-268 and human lung cancer cell line NCI-H460 were tested. Compounds 1 only displayed cytotoxicity against human breast adenocarcinoma cell line MCF-7 with the IC50 value of 27.0 μg/mL. However, compounds 1–5 do not show antifungal activities at the test concentration of 1 mg/mL, and 2–5 have no cytotoxicities at the test concentration of 50 μg/mL. 相似文献

Cultivation of the fungal strain Eurotium rubrum, an endophytic fungus that was isolated from the inner tissue of the semi‐mangrove plant Hibiscus tiliaceus, resulted in the isolation of one new dioxopiperazine alkaloid, 12‐demethyl‐12‐oxo‐eurotechinulin B ( 1 ), and one new anthraquinone derivative, 9‐dehydroxyeurotinone ( 2 ), together with ten known compounds including variecolorin J ( 3 ), eurotechinulin B ( 4 ), variecolorin G ( 5 ), alkaloid E‐7 ( 6 ), cryptoechinuline G ( 7 ), isoechinulin B ( 8 ), 7‐isopentenylcryptoechinuline D ( 9 ), 2‐O‐methyl‐9‐dehydroxyeurotinone ( 10 ), emodin ( 11 ), and emodic acid ( 12 ). The structures of the isolated compounds were determined by extensive analysis of their spectroscopic data as well as by comparison with literature reports.
